Abstract

本发明公开了一种驻极体创伤贴,包括创伤贴片体、海绵体敷块和条形粘贴胶,其技术方案是将聚四氟乙烯和全氟代乙丙烯的复合材料加工细化制成薄膜、海绵吸附剂载体,采用电晕法或击穿法等驻极技术处理后,制作成不同规格的驻极体创伤贴。其特征是,将上述的驻极体薄膜加工制成创伤贴片体,在片体上设置条形粘贴胶,将上述的驻极体海绵制成治疗护理创伤的敷块,设置在片体上。本发明具有灭菌抑菌、镇痛消炎,不使用药物促进创伤愈合和防感染、防尘防水、透气性能好的性能,特别适用于日常创伤、战场急救、野外急救和抢险救灾情况下使用。

驻极体创伤贴
技术领域
本发明公开一种具有灭菌抑菌功效的创伤贴,具体说是一种氟塑料驻极体创伤贴,属于医疗用品领域。 
背景技术
目前,在工作和生活中发生的创伤,一般使用创可贴方便的对伤口进行护理和治疗,现用的创可贴是依靠胶布和药物对创伤进行护理和治疗,但现用的创可贴存在不防尘、不防水和使用时间稍长,因胶布的透气性差造成伤口或所贴部位皮肤发白溃烂、发炎导致继发感染等问题,对胶布和药物过敏者更无法使用。 
发明内容
本发明公开一种具有灭菌抑菌、镇痛消炎、防感染功效,防尘防水、透气性能好的氟塑料驻极体创伤贴。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是,将氟塑料加工细化制成薄膜、海绵吸附剂载体材料,采用电晕法或击穿法等驻极技术处理后,制作不同规格及形状的驻极体创伤贴。 
本发明所述的驻极体是在强外电场等因素的作用下极化并能长期存储电荷的氟塑料质材料。在氟塑料驻极体材料中存在静电场,材料的孔隙类似无数个无源集尘电极,当空气中的带电微粒尤其是亚微米级粒子通过这些孔隙时,在电场力的作用下被阻挡或捕获,气流中的中性微粒因感应或极化而成为偶极子也被有效的捕获,因此,氟塑料驻极体材料在防尘方面具有优异的特性。 
细菌和病毒具有天然驻极态(带负电),通常依附在空气中的粉尘上传 播。当细菌病毒附着在驻极体创伤贴上时,由于氟塑料驻极体产生的强静电场和微电流会破坏细菌的表面结构,损伤细菌的细胞质及细胞膜,刺激细菌的蛋白质变异,导致细菌死亡。驻极体电场对各类细菌的繁殖还具有明显的抑制功效,即使伤口被细菌污染因驻极体材料对细菌繁殖具有抑制的功效,细菌无法正常繁殖很难对伤口造成感染。 
所述的氟塑料驻极体为聚四氟乙烯和全氟代乙丙烯的复合材料加工细化制成吸附剂载体,采用电晕法或击穿法对吸附剂载体进行驻极技术处理。所述的吸附剂载体为上述氟塑料制成的薄膜体材料、海绵体材料。 
所述的氟塑料驻极体薄膜体材料、海绵体材料,具有透气防水性能,将薄膜、海绵材料的孔径直径选择在0.1-0.5μm时,该直径是水滴直径的1/2000-1/5000,是水蒸气分子的700倍,因此该材料制成的创伤贴在水中或潮湿的环境中,水都不能渗入,却可以使汗气通畅的透出,不会聚集在皮肤与创伤贴之间。 
本发明的有益效果是,所述的驻极体创伤贴具有灭菌抑菌、镇痛消炎、防感染、防尘防水、透气性能好的特性,即使长时间使用,也不会因透气性差而造成皮肤和创伤面发白溃烂、发炎,其治疗性能和护理效果优于现用的创可贴。本发明驻极体创伤贴具有不使用药物也可达到灭菌抑菌、镇痛消炎、防感染的功效,特别适用于药物和胶布过敏者使用,与药物配合使用可获得更佳的治疗效果。本发明还具有优异的防水性,即使在潮湿的环境中,水分也不会渗入感染伤口,驻极体创伤贴还具有耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、不受腐蚀、不溶于水和酒精等溶剂、性能稳定、无毒无害、安全可靠的特性,是一种具有物理治疗功能的新型医用治疗用品,特别适用于日常创伤、战场急救、野外急救、抢险救灾的情况下使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,将氟塑料加工细化制成薄膜、海绵吸附剂载体,采用电晕法或击穿法等驻极技术处理,使其成为驻极体薄膜、驻极体海绵。将氟塑料驻极体薄膜加工制成创伤贴片体(1),在片体上设置条形粘贴胶(3),将氟塑料驻极体海绵加工制成治疗护理创伤的敷块(2),设置在片体上,即制成驻极体创伤贴。在片体上设置条形粘贴胶主要为充分发挥驻极体片体优异性能的透气和便于胶布过敏者使用。驻极体创伤贴可方便的用于小创伤面的护理和治疗,也可用于大面积浅创伤面的护理和治疗,特别适用于战场急救、野外急救、抢险救灾情况下使用。

Claims (5)

1.一种驻极体创伤贴,包括创伤贴片体、海绵体敷块和条形粘贴胶,采用聚四氟乙烯和全氟代乙丙烯的复合材料加工细化制成薄膜、海绵吸附剂载体,经电晕法或击穿法等驻极技术处理,制成不同规格及形状的驻极体创伤贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驻极体创伤贴,其特征是,驻极体薄膜、海绵为微孔材料,微孔直径为0.1-0.5μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驻极体创伤贴,其特征是,将驻极体薄膜材料加工制成创伤贴片体,将驻极体海绵加工制成治疗护理创伤敷块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驻极体创伤贴,其特征是,在创伤贴适片体上设置条形粘贴胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的驻极体创伤贴,其特征是,可加工制成不同规格及形状的驻极体创伤贴。
