领域:智能阀门
背景:智能控制保温与水热循环是太阳能热净水器的关键,温控阀门即是专为此关键设计的一种阀门。
目的:制做由太阳能集热管温度控制开关的阀门
方案:
一、通堵阀
常用球式、柱式、旋扭式、推拉式通堵阀均可用,这里选用推拉式塞形阀,具体规格可根据情况自定。
二、热敏胆
热敏胆是接收热的装置,就是可伸缩(长短伸缩)容器内装热敏液(这里选用酒精),由一保温管连接缸桶,热敏液体积膨涨时可推动活塞(热敏胆在缸桶内)。
三、组合(见附图)
四、附图说明,附图为太阳能热、净水器专用温控阀门结构示意图。
效果:集热管内温度升高时热敏胆温度升高,热敏液推动活塞,活塞拉开通堵阀,集热管温度下降热敏液体积收缩,活塞前移,推动通堵阀关闭,达到预期目的。

Claims (2)

1.一种由太阳能集热管温度控制的阀门,其具体特征为热敏胆控制活塞,由活塞移动控制阀门开关。
2.根据权利要求1中的热敏胆为可伸缩(长短伸缩)容器内装有液体,容器连热源,热源温度高时伸长,温度低时缩短。
