家用太阳能烘干消毒柜是太阳能利用领域,可在户内使用的以太阳能为能源的烘干、消毒设施,可有效解决城市楼房住户日常生活中遇到的凉晒、烘干及消毒问题。

领域:太阳能利用
背景:现代城市住户大多没有专门晾衣服的地方,而多数都选择自己在家洗衣服,洗后绝大多数晾晒在阳台,而晾晒在阳台只是一种无奈的选择,一是占用空用,二是影响室内环境,更主要的是阳光中具有消毒杀菌功能的紫外线难以透过阳台玻璃照射到衣物,使病毒及有害微生物可能在衣物上滋生,家用太阳能烘干消毒柜不但可解决这些问题,还可为其它日常生活中需要烘干或消毒的物品烘干、消毒。
目的:制做可在户内使用的以太阳能为能源的烘干、消毒设施。
方案:参见附图
一、太阳能加热系统
用隔热材料制成可置于普通楼房阳台的柜体(具体材料及规格可根据情况自定)柜体面向阳台的一面用真空玻璃(既可接收阳光又可保温),柜体内部涂为黑色,以保证光热在柜内转换。
二、自然通风系统
柜体底部开口为进风口,顶部开口用通风管连接,并将通风管口安在室外较高位置,使柜体内温度升高时,空气形成较高速度的自然流动。
三、消毒系统
室外安一块光伏电池,柜体内安紫外灯,室内放蓄电池,需要消毒时打开紫外灯照射柜内物品。

效果:太阳光射进柜体时转成热量,由于柜本保温性,柜内温迅速升高,热空气自然由通风管流向高空,带走了柜内水份,达到了烘干的效果,光伏板电能使紫外灯发光照射柜内物品,达到了消毒效果,整体达到了预期目的。

Claims (3)

1.一种可在户内使用的太阳能为能源的烘干、消毒设施,其具体特征是利用楼房阳台的太阳光使柜体内部温度增高,而促进柜体内的自然通风,达到局部水份蒸发,流动加速。
2.根据权利要求1中的柜体为隔热保温材料制做,迎光面为真空玻璃,内部为黑色下有进风口,上有出风口的柜子。
3.根据权利要求1中的自然通风是指柜体下部有进风口,上部出风口是由通风管竖向高空,柜体内温度升高空气自然高速流动的系统(类似高烟囱、炉膛、进风口)。
