Abstract

一种啤酒包装用PET复合材料及其制备工艺,该复合材料由以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯62~73份,玻璃纤维25~35份,界面相容剂5~15份,抗氧剂0.05~0.2份,交联剂0.05~0.15份,润滑剂1~3份。本发明还包括所述啤酒包装用PET复合材料的制备工艺。本发明之啤酒包装用PET复合材料,抗冲击、抗拉伸和抗弯曲性能好,易于加工成型,制造成本低,特别适于啤酒瓶等的包装;制备工艺简单,适于工业化生产。

Description

一种啤酒包装用PET复合材料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚酯复合材料及其制备工艺,尤其是涉及一种啤酒包装用PET复合材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
PET,又名聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,除了具有优良的耐磨性、耐热性和耐化学药品性外,还具有良好的透明度、光泽度和外观性能良好等优点。由于PET具有上述优点,因而可广泛用于包装各种饮品,但在包装矿泉水、啤酒、果汁饮品时,往往因其强度不足而影响在啤酒包装领域的应用,从而限制了PET作为工程塑料的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种抗冲击、抗弯曲和抗拉伸性能好的啤酒包装用PET复合材料及其制备工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明之啤酒包装用PET复合材料,由以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯62~73份,玻璃纤维25~35份,界面相容剂5~15份,抗氧剂0.05~0.2份,交联剂0.05~0.15份,润滑剂1~3份。
进一步,所述复合材料的优选方案,由以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯67.9份,玻璃纤维30份,界面相容剂10份,抗氧剂0.05份,交联剂0.05份,润滑剂2份。
进一步,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯优选特性粘数为0.55~0.65dl/g的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
进一步,所述界面相容剂优选PP-g-MAH(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯)。
进一步,所述抗氧剂优选抗氧剂1010(四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯)或抗氧剂168(三[2,4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯),或抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的混合物。
进一步,所述交联剂优选过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)。
进一步,所述润滑剂优选硬脂酸。
本发明之啤酒包装用PET复合材料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按预定重量配比称取各组分原料,然后置于高速混合机中共混5~15min;
(2)将步骤(1)混合好的原料在同向平行双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出,造粒,加工工艺参数如下:一区温度235~245℃,二区温度245~255℃,三区温度260~270℃,四区温度260~270℃,五区温度260~270℃,六区温度270~280℃,七区温度250~260℃,八区温度250~260℃,九区温度250~260℃,熔体温度250~260℃,机头温度260~270℃,停留时间3~5min,压力3~6MPa;
(3)将步骤(2)所得粒料在同向平行双螺杆注塑机中注塑成型,注塑工艺参数如下:射嘴温度250~260℃,一段温度270~280℃,二段温度255~265℃,注射压力90~110MPa。
进一步,步骤(1),所述共混时间优选10min。
进一步,步骤(2),所述造粒加工工艺参数如下:一区温度优选240℃,二区温度优选250℃,三区温度优选260℃,四区温度优选265℃,五区温度优选265℃,六区温度优选275℃,七区温度优选255℃,八区温度优选255℃,九区温度优选255℃,熔体温度优选250℃,机头温度优选265℃,停留时间优选4min,压力优选5MPa。
进一步,步骤(3),所述注塑工艺参数如下:射嘴温度优选255℃,一段温度优选275℃,二段温度优选260℃,注射压力优选100MPa。
本发明之啤酒包装用PET复合材料,抗冲击、抗拉伸和抗弯曲性能好,易于加工成型,制造成本低,特别适于啤酒瓶等的包装。
本发明之啤酒包装用PET复合材料的制备工艺简单,加工成本低,适于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例之啤酒包装用PET复合材料,由以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯62.9份,玻璃纤维35份,界面相容剂PP-g-MAH为10份,抗氧剂1010为0.05份,过氧化二异丙苯0.05份,硬脂酸2份。
其制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述重量配比称取聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、玻璃纤维、界面相容剂PP-g-MAH、抗氧剂1010、过氧化二异丙苯、硬脂酸,然后置于高速混合机中共混10min;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合料置于同向平行双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出,造粒,工艺参数如下:一区温度240℃,二区温度250℃,三区温度260℃,四区温度265℃,五区温度265℃,六区温度275℃,七区温度255℃,八区温度255℃,九区温度255℃,熔体温度250℃,机头温度265℃,停留时间4min,压力5MPa;
(3)将步骤(2)所得粒料在同向平行双螺杆注塑机中注塑成型,注塑工艺参数如下:射嘴温度255℃,一段温度275℃,二段温度260℃,注射压力100MPa。
对本实施例的产品进行性能测试,其测试方法标准编号及结果见表1。
实施例2
本实施例之啤酒包装用PET复合材料,由以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯67.9份,玻璃纤维30份,界面相容剂PP-g-MAH为10份,抗氧剂168为0.05份,过氧化二异丙苯0.05份,硬脂酸2份。
其制备工艺同实施例1。
对本实施例的产品进行性能测试,其测试方法标准编号及结果见表1。
实施例3
本实施例之啤酒包装用PET复合材料,以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯72.9份,玻璃纤维25份,界面相容剂PP-g-MAH为10份,抗氧剂1010为0.05份,过氧化二异丙苯0.05份,硬脂酸2份。
其制备工艺同实施例1。
对本实施例的产品进行性能测试,其测试方法标准编号及结果见表1。

Claims (10)

1.一种啤酒包装用PET复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯62~73份,玻璃纤维25~35份,界面相容剂5~15份,抗氧剂0.05~0.2份,交联剂0.05~0.15份,润滑剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分构成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯67.9份,玻璃纤维30份,界面相容剂10份,抗氧剂0.05份,交联剂0.05份,润滑剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料,其特征在于:所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯为特性粘数0.55~0.65dl/g的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料,其特征在于:所述界面相容剂为PP-g-MAH。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂168,或抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料,其特征在于:所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按预定重量配比称取各组分原料,然后置于高速混合机中共混5~15min;
(2)将步骤(1)混合好的原料在同向平行双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出,造粒,工艺参数如下:一区温度235~245℃,二区温度245~255℃,三区温度260~270℃,四区温度260~270℃,五区温度260~270℃,六区温度270~280℃,七区温度250~260℃,八区温度250~260℃,九区温度250~260℃,熔体温度250~260℃,机头温度260~270℃,停留时间3~5min,压力3~6MPa;
(3)将步骤(2)所得粒料在同向平行双螺杆注塑机中注塑成型,注塑工艺参数如下:射嘴温度250~260℃,一段温度270~280℃,二段温度255~265℃,注射压力90~110MPa。
9.根据权利要求8所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2),所述造粒工艺参数如下:一区温度240℃,二区温度250℃,三区温度260℃,四区温度265℃,五区温度265℃,六区温度275℃,七区温度255℃,八区温度255℃,九区温度255℃,熔体温度250℃,机头温度265℃,停留时间4min,压力5MPa。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的啤酒包装用PET复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3),所述注塑工艺参数如下:射嘴温度255℃,一段温度275℃,二段温度260℃,注射压力100MPa。
