According to the embodiment of the present invention, when handle box, when developer supply cartridge does not have under the state in the charging apparatus body in the access to plant body, will prevent that receiving opening opens.

Developer receives opening, for receiving developer, enters described receiver side developer containing part;
Receiver side gate section, this receiver side gate section can receive between the developer reception disabled position that allows position and receive opening for closing described developer and rotate at the developer that receives opening for opening described developer;
The rotatable section of receiver side, the rotatable section of this receiver side can rotate, in order to make in linkage described receiver side gate section receive and allow position and developer to receive between disabled position to rotate at developer, the rotatable section of described receiver side comprises the first receiver side operating portion and the second receiver side operating portion, when described receiver side gate section when developer receives disabled position, this the first receiver side operating portion is in operating position, when described receiver side gate section receives while allowing position in described developer, this the second receiver side operating portion is in operating position
