与罩盖在酒具口上的密封相关的另一问题可能源自于酒具口平面度的缺陷:在这种情况下,封闭可能只在酒具口轮廓的一部分上完全实现,而该封闭却可能在该轮廓的另一部分上缺失,因此便于在容器的内部容积与容器被放置在其中的介质(特别是空气)之间出现渗漏。
发明内容
本发明的一目标是提出盛酒容器,该容器包括被罩盖封闭的酒具,其可以更好地保存酒,并且消费者使用酒具会更舒适。
本发明的一目标是提出主要由通过罩盖封闭的酒具构成的盛酒容器,该容器经过改进和/或该容器至少部分地消除已知盛酒容器的缺陷或不便。
本发明的一目标是提出适于容易地和有效地用罩盖封闭的酒具,该酒具经过改进并且/或者至少部分地消除已知酒具的缺陷或不便。
本发明的一目标是提出将酒装在容器中的方法,该容器主要由用罩盖封闭的酒具构成,该方法经过改进并且/或者至少部分地消除已知装酒方法的缺陷或不便。
根据本发明的一个方面,提出塑料材料制的酒具,其中酒具边缘或酒具口的上端包括热塑材料制的一环形肋和两个收集面或收集空间,所述收集面或收集空间在所述环形肋的两侧并相对于所述环形肋的顶部缩退地延伸,用以接收源自所述环形肋受挤压的材料。
肋可在截面上呈倒“T”形状。
肋可包括一上中心部分和两个下侧向部分,所述两个下侧向部分在所述收集面的上方并在所述收集面之间、相对于所述上中心部分缩退地延伸,这样可增加酒具口与用于将罩盖密封在酒具口上的材料膜之间的接触面积,而不增加酒具口的宽度或厚度,这样可增加罩盖脱开阻力,可减小连接酒具口和罩盖的连接区的氧渗透率、特别是密封膜的氧渗透率,并限制或避免脱开罩盖后还存在突起的剩余部。
两个基本平坦的第一回转表面可相对于所述环形肋的顶部缩退地延伸在所述环形肋的上中心部分的两侧;并且两个基本平坦的第二回转表面可相对于所述两个第一回转表面缩退地延伸在所述两个第一回转表面的两侧;并且,一些也是回转的连接表面中的每一个可延伸在所述第一回转表面之一和所述第二回转表面之一之间,以使所述第一回转表面和第二回转表面两两连接。
酒具口可包括周边部分,所述周边部分相对于酒具侧壁的外表面突出地延伸,以和其一起限定能接纳握持工具的端部的突檐或环箍,以方便酒具或酒具坯件的操作。
特别是,酒具可通过吹注方法利用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制成。
根据本发明的另一方面,提出把酒包装在主要由用罩盖封闭的塑料材料制酒具构成的容器中的方法,其中,将一种或多种惰性气体注入到顶部空间中,将罩盖密封在酒具口上,然后在密封罩盖时引起容器发生变形,以便减小顶部空间的容积,所述变形优选包括罩盖的塑性变形和/或酒具壁的弹性变形,。
惰性气体可包括二氧化碳。
特别是,可在热封罩盖时使酒具口的环形肋产生塑性变形。
根据本发明的另一方面,提出包括塑料材料制酒具的容器,其装有酒并由包括金属层的罩盖封闭,其中,所述罩盖具有(至少一)局部变形部,所述局部变形部被设置用以当足够的压力差施加在所述罩盖的两个主要表面之间时有利于所述罩盖的一大部分发生变形,以有利于所述罩盖的整体变形和减小容器顶部空间的容积。
罩盖的局部变形部可具有关于酒具纵轴线的回转对称性。
罩盖的金属部分可以具有多个同心的局部变形部,每个同心的局部变形部都具有回转对称性。
罩盖的变形部可在截面上呈“U”形、“V”形、半波形、或全波形。
可以通过冲压罩盖或冲压用于制造罩盖的金属片来实现罩盖的所述局部变形部。
作为替代或补充,罩盖可包括基本规则地分布在罩盖的至少一大部分上的许多(局部)变形部。特别是,罩盖可具有至少十个变形部/平方厘米,这些变形部的形状基本相同,并且这些变形部分布在至少一具有对中对称性的表面如环形部上。
可以通过对罩盖至少一部分进行凹凸压花或对用于制造罩盖的金属片的至少一部分进行凹凸压花,来得到罩盖的分布的局部变形部。
尽管罩盖可在它的整个表面上带有这些变形部,罩盖的周边部分或周边环形部可以没有变形部,以便于罩盖的整体变形,而不破坏该周边部分通过密封膜在酒具口上的接触和附着性。
酒具可包括具有第一厚度的壁的第一部分、以及壁的第二部分,壁的第二部分延长壁的第一部分并且具有小于第一厚度的第二厚度,壁的第二部分的面积小于壁的第一部分的面积,以使酒具具有弹性变形能力,同时保证防止氧气穿过酒具壁扩散的足够保护。
该弹性变形能力可改善罩盖在酒具口上的热封质量,尤其是在酒具口与用于热封的工具的头部之间缺乏平行度的情况下。
该弹性变形能力还可允许在热封时减小顶部空间的容积,并且必要时限制当酒具装酒并封闭时顶部空间中的负压。
壁的第一和第二部分在酒具口下延伸,酒具口的厚度一般大于壁的第一部分的厚度。
第一厚度与第二厚度之比可以在大约1.1到大约3、4或5的范围内,特别是在大约1.3到大约2或3的范围内。
壁的第一部分的面积与壁的第二部分的面积之比可以在大约1.5到大约10的范围内,特别是在大约2到大约4的范围内。
壁的第二部分可以相对壁的第一部分突起或凹陷地延伸,因此分别形成由酒具壁限定的空间的扩大或缩小。
壁的第一和第二部分可以沿回转面延伸。
容器中的负压可以为0.03巴到0.3巴的数量级,顶部空间的容积可以在酒具容量的大约3%到大约30%的范围内,特别是在酒具容量的约5%或6%到约10%的范围内。
本发明尤其允许形成容量为一分升或几分升的酒具、和包括这些酒具的容器,其中顶部空间的容积为酒具容量的大约3%到大约10%、20%或30%的数量级。
在参照附图并表示本发明的一些优选实施方式而没有任何限制特征的下面描述中,可以了解本发明的其它方面、特征和优点。

具体实施方式
除相反的明确或隐含的指示外,功能或结构上相同或相似的零件或构件在不同的图上用相同的标记表示。
特别地,参照图1、2、6和7,塑料材料制的酒具20包括形成酒具底的壁45和从酒具底45延伸并结束于自由边缘22或酒具口的侧壁21。
在图1、2和6所示的构型中,酒具20和壁21、45具有关于酒具的竖直纵向轴线26的整体回转对称性;特别地,侧壁21的上部分60可具有呈圆形截面的以轴线26为轴线的柱形或截锥形。
在图7所示的构型中,侧壁21不具有该回转对称性,该侧壁的变薄部分63沿一平面延伸,该平面在图平面中的迹线用标号49表示,该平面不与酒具的纵向轴线26正交。
参照图1和6,侧壁21的主要部分60,同底壁45的主要部分61一样,分别地具有可为1毫米至2.5毫米的数量级的厚度25、27。
在图1所示的构型中,侧壁21的下部分23具有的厚度28小于壁部分60、61的厚度25、27,壁21的下部分23相对侧壁21的上部分60向外突出;该变薄部分23连接侧壁21的部分60至底壁45,并导致酒具内截面局部扩大。
在图6所示的构型中,侧壁21的变薄下部分62延伸在底壁45和侧壁21的上部分60之间并连接底壁45和侧壁21的上部分60,相反地,该变薄下部分62在酒具侧壁外表面上形成局部凹陷,并造成由该壁限定的(酒具的)容积缩小。
在图2所示的构型中,底壁45也包括延伸在中心位置并被厚的壁部分61环围的变薄部分29。
厚度可为0.5毫米到1毫米数量级的这些变薄的壁部分方便酒具20的基本弹性变形,特别是当酒具承受沿其纵向轴线26的压缩力时;尤其是在密封罩盖时,这允许使酒具的高度24减小例如1%到2%,并引起顶部空间的容积减小。
参照图3,酒具口22包括周边部分36,周边部分36相对于侧壁21的外表面21a突出延伸并形成突出环箍。
如图7所示,该环箍39可作为用于接纳握持工具48端部的支撑部,这便于当通过模制制造酒具时利用该工具操作酒具或酒具坯件;优选这样进行制造:通过注入热塑材料以得到酒具坯件,然后通过坯件的吹制以得到酒具。
参照图3,酒具口22的上端包括倒“T”形的肋90,肋90延伸在酒具口的两个表面34、35上方,表面34、35在肋90的两侧延伸。这些表面34、35基本为平面并且共面,即它们属于与酒具纵向轴线正交的一平面或沿该平面延伸。
该构型赋予酒具口上端的(径向的)横截面以具有三级和五个“台阶”31至35的阶梯形状:面/表面34、35形成第一级的两个“台阶”;另外两个面/表面32、33基本共面,相应于“T”形体的两翼并且延伸在表面34、35上方,这另外两个面/表面32、33形成第二级的两个“台阶”;以及相应于“T”形体的支腿的端部并延伸在表面32、33上方的中心表面31,形成第三级的第五“台阶”。
优选地,一方面分隔表面32和34和另一方面分隔表面33和35的高度38,大于分隔表面32、33与中心表面31的高度37。高度37、38优选小于一毫米,和例如在0.1毫米到0.5毫米的范围内。
表面31可基本为平面,并与酒具的纵向轴线正交,或者如图3所示,表面31可具有(截面上)呈圆形的轮廓。
一些连接表面将表面31到35两两连接,这些连接表面如用标号50表示的连接表面,例如沿以酒具的纵向轴线为轴线的圆柱形体延伸。
如尤其从图3和4的比较或图3和5的比较中体现出的,肋90的对应于“T”形体的支腿的部分51“消失”:肋90的承受罩盖传递的压缩和加热的上中心部分51软化并且至少部分地与相应于“T”形体的杆或翼的肋下部分融合,该下部分也在加热的作用下变软。
因此导致该肋下部分扩大与表面34和35的宽度缩窄;选择罩盖加热的持续时间和温度、罩盖压靠在酒具口上的力的强度、表面34、35的宽度,以及高度38,使得热封时酒具口上端的变形不会导致酒具口扩大,并且不会导致肋的变软材料溢到表面34、35以外,这种溢出会妨碍酒具使用者的舒适性。
因此,两个表面34、35与连接表面50一起确定收集空间或收集容积,该收集空间或收集容积在形成“T”形体的杆的肋下部分的延长线中,相对于肋的顶部和部分51缩退延伸在肋两侧,以接纳热封造成的对肋挤压时蠕流的塑料材料。
因此,当将罩盖密封在酒具口上时,中心部分51可完全消失(见图4),或者只部分地消失(见图5),尤其在该中心部分的上端不完全是平面时。
在图4所示的密封构型中,罩盖40包括中心金属层42,特别是其厚度46例如为30微米到60微米数量级的铝层;中心层42在其外表面上覆有层41,该层41可以是漆或塑料材料膜,特别是附着在层42上的聚酯膜。
另外,中心层42在其内表面——参照图的布置该内表面也可称作下表面——上覆有厚度47的层43,该层43可以由漆构成或者由热封塑料材料层构成。
借助(变形的)“T”形肋,酒具口与罩盖之间的接触和密封面积增加,而酒具口的宽度或厚度30(见图3)不增加。
参照图8和9,罩盖40包括仅一个对中圆形变形部70,该变形(在截面上)呈半波状形廓并从罩盖下表面(内表面)突起。
在图11所示的构型中,罩盖40包括两个同心的圆形变形部70、73,每个圆形变形部呈半波状形廓并从罩盖的内表面突起。
参照图10和12,当(密封在酒具上的)罩盖的内表面承受足够的负压时,罩盖的分别由变形部70、73限定的部分71、76完全发生变形并在罩盖内表面上突起。
由此导致:在罩盖外(上)表面的一大部分上出现空腔72,顶部空间(图12的标记88)的容积减小,并且装有酒81的酒具中的负压受到限制。
在对应图13到16的实施方式中,基本为平面的罩盖40包括具有小尺寸的大量变形部80,这些变形部以盘的形式(图15)或以环的形式(图16)规则地分布在罩盖的一大部分上。
当罩盖的内表面40d承受足够负压时,这些小的变形部可引起罩盖相应部分的整体变形75——其中心部分至少为如图14所示的在罩盖内表面40d上突起的穹形,并可引起在罩盖外表面40a上形成大体积的凹陷72。
可通过凹凸压花得到的这些变形部80,可以具有小于一毫米的尺寸,可具有基本相同的形状并可根据每平方厘米罩盖表面具有至少十个变形部来分布。
在图16的构型中,罩盖的中心部分40b没有变形部80;罩盖的其它周边部分40c或环形部也没有变形部,以改善该周边部分在酒具口上的接触和附着。
通过罩盖和/或酒具壁的变形减小顶部空间88的容积,可允许将封闭酒具中的负压限制在为0.03巴到0.3巴数量级的值,即3×103帕斯卡至3×104帕斯卡数量级的值,特别是在大约0.1巴到大约0.2巴范围内的值。
罩盖和/或酒具20的壁的变形可源自于负压,在酒与容纳在顶部空间中的气体混合物之间进行的交换作用下和在酒中随时间产生的变化作用下,负压在酒具中、特别是在顶部空间中出现。
通过密封罩盖时在罩盖上和酒具口上实现的挤压,可启动或放大所述变形。

Claims (24)

1.塑料材料制的酒具(20),其特征在于,酒具边缘(22)或酒具口的上端包括热塑材料制的环形肋(90)和两个收集面(34、35)或收集空间,所述两个收集面或收集空间相对于所述环形肋的顶部(31)缩退(37、38)地延伸在所述环形肋的两侧,用以接收在所述环形肋受挤压时蠕流的塑料材料;并且,所述环形肋(90)包括一上中心部分(51)和两个下侧向部分,所述两个下侧向部分相对于所述上中心部分(51)缩退地延伸在所述收集面(34、35)的上方并在所述收集面之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的酒具,其中,所述环形肋(90)在截面上呈倒“T”形状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的酒具,其中,基本平坦的两个第一回转表面(32、33)相对于所述环形肋的顶部(31)缩退地延伸在所述环形肋(90)的上中心部分(51)的两侧;两个基本平坦的收集用的第二回转表面(34、35)相对于所述两个第一回转表面缩退地延伸在所述两个第一回转表面(32、33)的两侧;并且,一些也是回转的连接表面(50)中的每一个延伸在所述第一回转表面之一和所述第二回转表面之一之间,以使所述第一回转表面和第二回转表面两两连接。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的酒具,所述酒具包括壁(21、45)的第一部分(60、61)以及壁的第二部分(23、29、62、63),所述壁的第一部分具有第一厚度(25、27),所述壁的第二部分延长所述壁的第一部分并且具有小于所述第一厚度的第二厚度(28),所述壁的第二部分的面积小于所述壁的第一部分的面积。
