本发明涉及播种机的制造工艺,尤其是一种地膜覆盖自动出苗播种机的制造方法。该制造方法是首先利用种子的出土能力,然后在膜上覆盖一层土层,再利用土层的向下能力与种子的出土向上能力相结合,形成地膜覆盖自动出土。种子出土本能与地膜覆盖土相结合自动成苗的地膜覆盖播种机,不需要传统穴播机的牌种和鸭嘴播种的机构,出土效果好,能够自动出苗无传统的播种移位降低产量的弊端,同时保证出苗率,保水效果更好,大大降低了人工成本。该制造方法对所有的单子叶、双子叶植物除草效果达95%以上,大幅度提高了产量,早稻产量可提高50%以上。

背景技术
传统的播种机制造方法是仅靠一种机械的单一理论和制造的方法,随着播种机的精度要求越大,制造越复杂,结构增加,成本增加,事故率也随之增加。特别是地膜穴播播种机,往往引起移位影响全苗壮苗,影响地膜覆盖的增产效益,而播种质量和保水效果的不足,更影响播种机的适用范围。
