In certain embodiments, the pressure pad that forms the part of the footwear insert invented can comprise the combination of material. For example, pressure pad can comprise first material that is covered at least in part or coated by second material. In a further embodiment, pressure pad can comprise a plurality of layers.Preferably, at least a portion of pressure pad comprises gel rubber material. In certain embodiments, can comprise gel rubber material according to pressure pad of the present invention and surround and coat the cladding material of this gel rubber material fully. In certain embodiments, cladding material can be thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material. For example, pressure pad can be the gelling vessel that comprises the carbamic acid gels, and the carbamate gel coating has the film such as TPU film, silicone resin film or other thermoplastic films.According to an embodiment, gel rubber material can be surrounded by cladding material partly, makes the different piece of pressure pad interact with the moderator sheet in a different manner. For example, have only the surface that does not contact of pressure pad to be capped (for example, not contacting the TPU covering surfaces of moderator sheet), make the former gel rubber material of pad contact the moderator sheet with the moderator sheet. In this example, owing to the surface interaction between part and other material around that is capped of pressure pad, such as passing through minimize surface tension or frictional force, the part that is capped of pressure pad adheres to resistance on other material around.
The thickness of the pressure pad of the footwear insert that is used for being invented can change, and can be especially be the thickness of the integral thickness that is substantially equal to the footwear insert. In certain embodiments, pressure pad can have and equals about 10mm, equals about 8mm, equals about 6mm, equals about 5mm or equal the thickness of about 4mm.In a further embodiment, pressure pad can have about 1mm to about 10mm, approximately 1mm to about 8mm, approximately 1mm to about 6mm, approximately 1mm to about 5mm, approximately 2mm to about 5mm, or approximately 2mm to the thickness of about 4mm.
Footwear insert according to an embodiment of the invention can comprise a plurality of pressure pads.A plurality of pressure pads can comprise two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, 13,14,15,16 or even more a plurality of pad.In certain embodiments, comprise that for footwear insert according to the present invention a series of pressure pads are useful especially.Such as in this article use, term " series " refer to the number that limits, relative to each other aligning, shape, partly aim at or size is arranged on a plurality of pads on the insert with respect to the anatomy of pin.In certain embodiments, a series of pressure pads can be limited two or more these factors of combination.
Become serial gel mat can represent the pad of relative to each other aiming at, make two or more pads be in the specific spatial placement. For example, first pad can relative to each other be aimed at second pad, making win pad by second fill up around.Certainly, the present invention also comprises additional embodiments, promptly fills up or the like around the 3rd of second pad.
According to above, clear and definite is that employed pressure pad can adopt the different shape such as square, ellipse, circle, rectangle, oblong or analogous shape. In addition, two or more pads can be shaped so that especially that pad can be with the spatial placement location that limits. For example, pad can be rectangle around its periphery, but can have opening portion (for example, elliptical openings).Second pad can be shaped and size is set in the opening portion that embeds first pad.Certainly, opening portion can have arbitrary shape and size with second pad that is embedded in the opening portion.Likewise, first pad can be configured as that to make its periphery be the shape except that rectangle. The shape of pad can with special relevant of its two-dimensional shapes (that is, length and width). In certain embodiments, the size (thickness or height) of the 3rd pad can be understood to be in spacer and have under the situation of flat relatively shape (that is, having relative homogeneous thickness) as described thickness in this article. In a further embodiment, pad can form and have the thickness (for example, hemispherical or conical pad) that on length of filling up or width, changes.
Pressure pad becomes to locate so that it is partly aimed at the anatomy of pin is particularly advantageous serially.A plurality of parts of pin possibly born increased pressure significantly.Likewise, various diseases and illness can make some zone of pin become fragile, the caused further injury of normal pressure that pin is born when perhaps more and more being easy to receive by walking, running or other activities. The pressure pad of the footwear insert of being invented can be positioned on the insert with the zone corresponding to these qualifications of pin.Particularly, pressure pad can be positioned to and be called one or more regional alignment of the pin at " the circular position of pin ", perhaps with just before toe corresponding to the regional alignment of the pin of metatarsal head. The normal shape of pin and normal walking or road-work make this zone of pin bear bigger pressure. And the footwear of wearing shoes improperly and having a narrower box toe can retrain walking process (that is, power from heel through circular portion and the normal delivery through toe).Through placing a series of pressure pads so that can alleviate or eliminate metatarsalgia especially with the circular portion substantial registration of pin.
Another high-pressure area of pin is the heel of pin.Especially, running can be applied to excessive pressure on the heel. Therefore, a series of pressure pads can be arranged on the footwear insert of being invented, to aim at basically with the bottom of the heel of pin.Likewise, big toe possibly be the anatomy part of bearing excessive pressure of pin.The pressure harmful to big toe possibly caused by the characteristic or the other reasons of the gait of wearing shoes, individual improperly.Big toe is common positions for callus, corn or by other situations that excessive pressure causes. Therefore, a series of pressure pads can be arranged on the footwear insert of being invented to aim at big toe.
The size of pressure pad can change with respect to the position of the anatomy part of pin and the overall dimensions of footwear insert with respect to position, the pad of other pads according to shape, the pad of pad.
Except that pressure pad, the footwear insert also comprises the pressure moderator sheet of shaping according to one embodiment of present invention.Like what more specifically describe in this article, pressure moderator sheet can provide so far as yet not by this area thinks useful unique and special function.Particularly, pressure moderator sheet can be positioned to make pressure pad to separate with user's pin. Therefore, the pressure between pin and the pressure pad can be distributed on the moderator sheet partly.
The pressure moderator sheet that is shaped can comprise providing like the useful any material of function of described buffer in this article. In certain embodiments, moderator can be partly the elastomeric material of distortion particularly, such as around pressure pad or at the pressure pad initial alignment but be out of shape in the zone that has been removed, as said.In certain embodiments, pressure moderator sheet can comprise a slice thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).Can use durable thermoplastic arbitrarily, wherein transparent material has maximum Graphics Design potentiality.
Preferably, pressure moderator sheet has being badly deformed or " (bottoming out) touches the bottom and bounce back up " of zone that enough rigidity remove with the renitency pad.For example, if pressure pad has the average thickness of 2mm, when applying power on the separate areas that is not having pressure pad, if the pressure moderator sheet of overburden pressure pad is out of shape 2mm at least downwards, then pressure moderator sheet is considered to touch the bottom and bounce back up.Resistance to touching the bottom and bounce back up can be crossed over the distance that equals about 30mm, and this distance is measured with the open space between two adjacent pressure pads.In certain embodiments, this distance is measured with the open space between two adjacent pressure pads that except that pressure moderator sheet, do not have extra play or intermediate layer. In a further embodiment, can cross over the resistance that touches the bottom and bounce back up and equal about 25mm, equal about 22mm, equal about 20mm, equal about 18mm, equal about 16mm, equal about 15mm, equal about 12mm or equal the distance of about 10mm.In other embodiments, to the resistance that touches the bottom and bounce back up can cross over about 0.5mm to about 30mm, approximately 1mm to about 25mm, approximately 1mm to about 20mm, approximately 1mm to about 15mm or approximately 1mm to the distance of about 10mm.
In certain embodiments, the pressure moderator can be continuous sheet. In other words, according to embodiments of the invention, single footwear insert according to the present invention will comprise single pressure moderator sheet. In certain embodiments, single pressure moderator sheet also can be crossed over the whole length and the width of footwear insert basically. In other words, according to this embodiment, pressure moderator sheet can form the layer of the gamut existence of end cross section in the footwear that run through possible. In pressure moderator sheet, use continuous single can be particularly conducive to the pressure relaxation properties of guaranteeing this layer and can not trade off at any discontinuity point place on the pressure moderator sheet.A plurality of can combine perhaps can use the sheet of part as continuous sheet, although these replacement schemes can cause imbedding problem and make expensive more.
According to an embodiment, the moderator sheet can be a plurality of layers, and utilizes for example " double injection " moulding technology formation.About this respect; The crust of ground floor or moderator sheet (for example, the TPU material) can place grinding tool, and polymeric material (for example; Thermosetting or thermoplastic polyurethane) first injection can place on the crust, and mould is closed to solidify first injection and on crust, to form the ground floor polymeric material. Then, can be with moulds open, second injection of polymeric material (for example thermosetting or thermoplastic polyurethane) can place on crust and the ground floor polymeric material. Then, closing molding is to solidify second injection and to form second layer polymeric material. The ground floor and the second layer that are formed on the crust can have the material behavior that differs from one another, such as different rigidity and/or elasticity. For example, the ground floor that is formed on the crust can be harder than the second layer that is formed on the crust.
In certain embodiments, the pressure moderator sheet that is formed by solid material can be more useful.More specifically, be useful for avoiding the use of foamed material.Yet, do not hope to be fettered by theory, it is believed that the use of foamed material has reduced the ability of above-mentioned layer as real pressure moderator.Foamed material tends to resist being badly deformed of layer. When pressure was applied on the top surface of froth bed, in the time of possibly having the distortion of some discontinuous degree of depth that arrive froth bed simultaneously, the lower surface of froth bed not necessarily was out of shape (perhaps at least not being out of shape pro rata with the distortion of locating at the top of layer). Therefore, froth bed does not relax applied pressure on free space---more properly, and foam self absorption pressure. This does not provide the pressure of the type that realizes according to the present invention to relax.Except relaxing pressure, the moderator sheet is also with the canvas that acts on decoration, and this canvas can be realized and illustrated with seeing through in the inside of sheet, makes figure potential increase and more durable. As more fully describing hereinafter; Utilize relative thin, firm, continuous, flexure strip the favourable mitigation to institute's applied pressure to be provided as pressure moderator sheet; This pressure moderator sheet and pressure pad compound action are to provide comfortable and useful unique and useful stress reduction in treatment.
Be used for pressure moderator sheet of the present invention and can be described to " shaping " sheet. This term ad hoc structure, this ad hoc structure are not the intrinsic properties of making any known standard method of sheet material.More properly, pressure moderator sheet is configured as clearly and has protrusion and recess or recess.
As more clearly being described to about each accompanying drawing hereinafter, can be to have top surface and lower surface according to the characteristic of pressure moderator sheet of the present invention, and the characteristic of sheet can further be to have surface elevation portion and recess.More specifically, top surface can limit according to specific protrusion, so top surface can have recess, wherein, recess be when in the plane of pressure moderator sheet, seeing than protrusion the zone between the low protrusion.Likewise, lower surface can limit according to specific protrusion, so lower surface can have recess, wherein, recess be when in the plane of pressure moderator sheet, seeing than protrusion the zone between the high protrusion. In certain embodiments, the protrusion of the top surface of pressure moderator sheet corresponds essentially to the recess of the lower surface of sheet, and the recess of the top surface of pressure moderator is equally corresponding to the protrusion of the lower surface of sheet.
The recess and the protrusion that are present in the pressure moderator sheet of shaping can provide special benefit for the present invention. For example, in certain embodiments, the recess of the top surface of pressure moderator sheet can be provided for the zone of placement force pad.In addition, in certain embodiments, be formed on the height (with reference to the bottom of the recess in the pressure moderator sheet that is shaped) that protrusion in the pressure moderator sheet can have the height (or thickness) that can be equal to pressure pad basically.Yet in a further embodiment, the height of pressure pad (or thickness) can be slightly larger than or be slightly less than the height of the protrusion in the pressure moderator sheet.
The protrusion and the recess that are shaped also can have specific shape.Protrusion (with and thus the opposition side that is positioned at pressure moderator sheet on appropriate section) can have enough length and/or width. For example, protrusion can have the length and/or the width of the whole width of footwear insert no better than.In a further embodiment, protrusion can have and equals about 50mm, equals about 45mm, equals about 40mm, equals about 30mm, equals about 25mm, equals about 20mm, equals about 15mm or equal length and/or the width of about 10mm.Certainly, these sizes also can be relevant with the shape of protrusion (for example, circular or oval or the like diameter).Protrusion also can have enough length, has very inadequate width (or vice versa) simultaneously. For example, protrusion only can have the width of about 1mm or 2mm, and has bigger length (for example, 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10mm, perhaps even basically equal the width of footwear insert).
Formed term also can refer to other characteristics of footwear insert. For example, the footwear insert can be configured as the global shape with pin or footwear. In addition, the footwear insert can be configured as has specific profile, such as the 3D shape of the bottom with pin.
In certain embodiments, footwear insert of the present invention can comprise removable and replacedly be attached to one or more pressure pad on the insert.More specifically, pressure pad can be by removable and replacedly be attached on the pressure moderator sheet. In certain embodiments, one or more pressure pad can be by removable and replacedly be attached on the pressure moderator sheet, and be positioned in one or more recess that is formed in the moderator sheet.Pressure pad is removable and replacedly attached, and this is or not permanently attached because pressure pad is attached on the pressure moderator sheet.More properly, pressure pad can remove (for example, on purpose removing one or more pads) from pressure moderator sheet through user's clear and definite action.Pressure pad is replacedly attached, and this is that pad can be attached on the pressure moderator sheet again because after removing.Preferably, can remove and replace pad heap of times.
Being used for method pressure pad is removable and that replacedly be attached on the pressure moderator sheet can be any means that is considered to useful in the art.In certain embodiments, for pressure moderator sheet and pressure pad, be useful by under the situation of not using any independent binding material, making pad be attached to directly that material on the sheet forms. For example, pressure moderator sheet all can comprise the TPU material with pad, and pressure pad can be attached on the pressure moderator sheet through the surface charge interaction that produces naturally between the material.Especially, the surface tension between pressure pad and the moderator sheet allows therebetween fully attached. Therefore, need not bond or other attachment techniques (for example, velcro) so that pressure pad directly is fixed on the moderator sheet. In addition, a surface of pressure pad can be formed by the material or the cover layer that are attached to via surface interaction on the moderator sheet, and another surface can be formed by the material different or the cover layer that opposing are bonded on moderator sheet or the other materials. For example; The lower surface of pressure pad can be unlapped and be configured to directly locate contiguously with the moderator sheet; And the surface that does not contact with the moderator sheet can be coated with the material (gelling vessel that for example, has the TPU overlay film) on the other materials that is not attached in moderator sheet or the footwear.
Pressure pad may be used on the pressure moderator sheet, makes pressure pad separate with user's pin through pressure moderator sheet. Therefore, pressure pad can be attached on the lower surface of pressure moderator sheet. Therefore, pressure pad is attachable on the lower surface of whole footwear insert.
The footwear insert of one embodiment of the present of invention can comprise the parts that one or more is other. This other parts can be positioned on the top surface of pressure moderator sheet, on the lower surface of pressure moderator sheet or on the top surface and lower surface of pressure moderator sheet.
In certain embodiments, other parts can be positioned on the pressure moderator sheet (and being positioned at thus on the footwear insert) with in the separate areas that exists only in insert. For example, in certain embodiments, other parts can only be positioned in one or more recess that is formed in the pressure moderator sheet. In special embodiment, other parts can only be positioned in the recess in the pressure moderator sheet on the side that is formed on the attached relative pressure moderator sheet of pressure pad.
Other parts can be used to fill all recess that are formed on pressure moderator sheet one-sided.Therefore, other parts can form continuous basically layer on pressure moderator sheet one-sided.Other parts also can form layer one or more separation, discontinuous on the one or both sides of pressure moderator sheet.
Other parts preferably include the material that gratifying buffer level is provided. Can adopt any material that sort buffer is provided, these materials include but not limited to gel, foam, bat, cellular material and similar material. In certain embodiments, other parts can comprise polyurethane foam, ethylene vinyl acetate, polyethylene or foaming silicones. In one embodiment, polyurethane foam is to have the typically very low-density thermosets of footwear.

Fig. 4 illustrates the vertical view of footwear insert 10 according to an embodiment of the invention. The footwear insert comprises pressure moderator sheet 20, and pressure moderator sheet 20 forms has surface elevation portion 350 and recess (invisible in this figure). In this embodiment, pressure moderator sheet 20 is clearly, and pressure pad removable and that replacedly be attached on the opposite side of pressure moderator sheet is visible (shown in broken lines). What illustrate particularly is center pressure pad 35,45,55,65,75,85,95,105 and peripheral pressure pad 30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100.The footwear insert of this embodiment also comprises other parts, and other parts are polyurethane foamed materials 400.Foamed material 400 is positioned in the recess on the top surface that is formed on footwear insert 10, therefore, renders sightless recess in this view. The filling of recess further is shown among Fig. 4 b, and Fig. 4 b illustrates the sectional view of the insert B-B along the line of Fig. 4.
Like what in Fig. 4 b, seen, the profile that pressure moderator sheet 20 also has relative thin.Pressure moderator sheet 20 forms has protrusion 200 and recess 250 in its lower surface.Protrusion 350 also is present on the top surface of footwear insert; Yet the recess of top surface is filled with foamed material 400.Being present in the recess in the lower surface is the pressure pad unit that is used for the heel area of footwear insert, peripheral specifically pressure pad 100 and center pressure pad 105.Like what seen in this embodiment, foamed material (or other coating materials) can be positioned on the footwear insert particularly, so that at least a portion of pressure moderator sheet is separated with user's pin.Foamed material can be described as cushion particularly. This cushion is the whole zone of the top surface of overburden pressure moderator sheet basically. In a further embodiment, the cushion discontinuous part of the top surface of overburden pressure moderator sheet (for example, in the recess 300 on the top surface of pressure moderator sheet 20) only.
Especially, footwear insert of the present invention is characterised in that the pressure moderator that utilize to be shaped, particularly with the combination of serial pressure pad.Attempted using packing material to alleviate excessive foot pressure at the pressure spot place.Yet the present invention is through applying favourable pressure and regulating this pressure simultaneously and realize pressure is evenly distributed in the ability on the pin. This provides a kind of system of uniqueness, and this system provides the comfortableness of pin through using the footwear insert.
Especially, can see this pressure adjusting with reference to the cross-sectional view of Fig. 4 b.For example, when having pressure pad 100 and 105, the downward pressure distribution that in this zone, produces by pin pressure pad from one's body.In other words, on whole zone, has uniform pressure distribution.Yet, in special individuality, such as because injury, disabled or factitious gait possibly produce factitious pressure spot.Factitious pressure in this zone can be eased through removing in pressure pad 100 and the pressure pad 105 one or two.If pin is direct and pressure pad interacts, then removes one or two pressure pad and can cause very factitious sensation, and in fact can cause the local pressure on the pin to increase.Yet pressure pad separates through pressure moderator sheet and pin, makes the variation homogenising of the pressure distribution on the pin that is caused by removing of pressure pad.For example, if remove pressure pad 105 and do not have pressure moderator sheet, then pin will easily be felt " hole " in the footwear insert, and the differential pressure in this zone can cause injury. However, pressure moderator sheet changes evenly pressure, make do not have the pressure of pressure pad reduce diminish, and make the increase of the pressure that still has pressure pad also diminish. Therefore, replacing what have to adapt to pressure jump is that the removal of pressure pad produces comfortable pressure and reduces the zone, but not uncomfortable zero pressure is regional. This system that is used for the uniqueness that pressure relaxes is only realized by the embodiments of the invention of the combination through various parts as described herein.

Use the benefit of the pressure moderator sheet that is shaped also to be, pressure moderator sheet allows dynamic impressing pattern on the footwear insert. For example, use transparent TPU pressure moderator sheet to allow on one surface, to print, being visible on facing surfaces. In certain embodiments, pressure moderator sheet is through making the pattern that the water transfer technique is provided with to be needed.Certainly, can using arbitrarily, printing method is used on the footwear insert, pattern being set.In addition, applique can be applicable on one or two surface of moderator sheet with printing, and can adopt printing registration to be used for two surfaces of Decorative shoes moderator sheet, can see two patterns from a favourable point simultaneously.
In addition, pressure pad and moderator sheet can form and/or be configured to reduce the noise between the operating period by the material that reduces the noise between the operating period.About this aspect, if pressure pad and/or moderator sheet can be processed with and when the user wears insert, not abate the noise then reduce the texture of noise. For example, pressure pad and/or moderator sheet can have texture in the specific region, so that grating or creak sound between the inside of reduction insert and footwear. In one embodiment, utilize the texture of little polishing (for example, protrusion and recess) or cover polishing processing moderator sheet. For example; Hope can be processed texture with the part of the moderator sheet that vamp connects; Such as the sidewall surfaces (that is, the principal phase of moderator sheet is to those surfaces between the surface) of moderator sheet, this can be included in those surfaces in the zone of other outer rims of arch portion, heel cup and/or moderator sheet. Can use other technologies to be moderator sheet processing texture, such as through increasing additional fibers layer or other materials layer, or increase lubricant such as silicones.
In another embodiment, removable insert is applicable to using with iStep
technology (Aetrex global company). For example, you can use iStep
technologies to correspond by adding or removing from the iStep
Technical instructions specific pressure points pressure pad customized removable inserts.According to an embodiment, this method that is used for detected pressures zone and customizes insert is in U.S. Patent No. 7,493, and open in 230, this patent is assigned and incorporated this paper in this assignee and through reference. Therefore, can adopt the pressure plare that can detect the pressure span on the vola, the insert with removable pressure pad can change to occupy and to alleviate the high-pressure area on the vola.According to an aspect, pressure plare comprises one group of pressure sensor, and this group pressure sensor detected pressures is also collected the data relevant with higher pressure area, so that generate the tonogram in vola. These data can receive from pressure plare through the computer based device, and display can illustrate and relevant data of higher pressure area corresponding to the specific removable pressure pad of insert. The zone of elevated pressures can surpass the zone of being scheduled to the relative pressure level through location in tonogram and confirm.
