Abstract

本发明公开一种套筒、铰链结构及应用该铰链结构的便携式电子装置。该套筒包括一端壁、周壁及一开口端,该端壁上形成一轴部,该轴部从该周壁围成的空间内延伸,该定位装置及该弹性件容置在套筒内,该定位装置可转动的套设在该轴部上且不脱离的安装在该轴部上,以将该套筒、该定位装置、该弹性件组装一起。本发明套筒结构简单,所述铰链结构所需较少的元件,不仅成本低,而且装配简单。

套筒、铰链结构及应用该铰链结构的便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明是关于一种铰链结构,尤其是关于一种用于折叠型便携式电子装置中的套筒及具有该套筒的铰链结构。
背景技术
目前,市场上所销售的便携式电子装置,如手机、PDA(PersonalDigital Assistant,个人数位助理)等,多为折叠式结构,即包括盖体和本体,为使盖体和本体连接在一起,通常采用铰链结构来连接上述两组件。
现有的铰链结构通常包括凸轮,随动件,弹簧,套筒及端帽。该凸轮,随动件及弹簧容置在套筒内,该端帽卡持在套筒的一端,从而使上述元件卡持于一体。由于上述的铰链结构需要一个端帽将套筒封闭,不仅所述铰链结构包括较多的元件,此外,上述铰链结构需将该端帽装配在该套筒上,装配也相对麻烦。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺点,有必要提供一种元件较少且装配简单的铰链结构。
另外,有必要提供一种具有所述铰链结构的便携式电子装置。
一种套筒,该套筒包括一端壁、周壁及一开口端,该端壁上形成一轴部,该轴部从该周壁围成的空间内延伸,并与该开口端相对。
一种铰链结构,包括一套筒、一定位装置、一弹性件,该套筒包括一端壁、周壁及一开口端,该端壁上形成一轴部,该轴部从该周壁围成的空间内延伸,该定位装置及该弹性件容置在套筒内,该弹性件一端与该端壁相抵持,另一端与该定位装置相抵持,该定位装置可转动的套设在该轴部上且不脱离的安装在该轴部上,以将该套筒、该定位装置、该弹性件组装一起。
一种便携式电子装置,包括本体、盖体及一使盖体活动连接至本体上的铰链结构,该铰链结构包括一套筒、一定位装置、一弹性件,该套筒包括一端壁、周壁及一开口端,其特征在于:该端壁上形成一轴部,该轴部从该周壁围成的空间内延伸,该定位装置及该弹性件容置在套筒内,该弹性件一端与该端壁相抵持,另一端与该定位装置相抵持,该定位装置可转动的套设在该轴部上且不脱离的安装在该轴部上,以将该套筒、该定位装置、该弹性件组装一起。
相较现有技术,本发明套筒结构简单,所述铰链结构包括的元件较少,不仅成本低,而且装配简单。

具体实施方式
本发明具体实施例的铰链结构以其应用在折叠式电子装置为例加以说明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明第一实施例的铰链结构包括主动件10、随动件20、弹性件30及套筒40。
该主动件10轴向依次包括一体成形的一头部12及一凸轮部14。该头部12大致为一柱体,其设在主动件10的一端。该头部12的外周壁相对设有若干平面122,该平面122用于与手机本体或盖体相配合。该凸轮部14设置在该头部12一侧,其径向直径大于该头部12的直径。该凸轮部14一端设有一第一凸轮面144,该第一凸轮面144上设有至少一凸峰和至少一凹谷。该主动件10的中心开有一中心孔144,其贯通该头部12及该凸轮部14。
该随动件20与手机本体或盖体相配合,其包括一配合部22及与一固定部24。该固定部24的外周壁为多边形,其与该配合部22一体成型。该配合部22相对该固定部24的一端设有一第二凸轮面222,该第二凸轮面222与该第一凸轮面142形状相配。该随动件20的中心开有一通孔26,其贯通该配合部22及该固定部24。
该弹性件30用于提供随动件20和主动件10的定位力量。在本实施例中,该弹性件30为一螺旋弹簧。
该套筒40为一中空多边形筒体,用于与手机本体或盖体相配合。该套筒40包括一开口端42,一端壁44及一周壁46,该端壁44位于该周壁46的一端,并与该开口端42相对。请参见图4,从该端壁44的中心形成一轴部48,该轴部48从该周壁46围成的空间内延伸,该轴部48通过整个套筒40,并从该套筒40的开口端42延伸至套筒40的外面。在本发明实施例中,该套筒40的轴部48通过冲压拉伸而与该套筒40一体成形,并在该轴部48中心形成一轴孔482。可以理解,该套筒40也可通过锻造等方式实现直接在套筒内形成一轴部48,该轴部48可以由实心组成,也可以是空心体。可以理解,该套筒40的轴部48也可通过卡合、焊接或铆接等方式将一轴体固定在该端壁44上,从而形成所述轴部48。此外,该套筒40内的轴部48也可没有延伸至套筒40的外面,而是完全位于套筒40,并临近开口端42的位置。
装配时,请参阅图3及图5,将弹性件30、随动件20及主动件10依次套设在轴部48上,并容置在套筒40内,该主动件10上的第一凸轮面142与随动件20的第二凸轮面222相配合,该弹性件30一端抵持在该套筒40的端壁44上,其另一端抵持在该随动件20上。该主动件10的头部12从该套筒40的开口端42露出,并将该轴部48的末端通过铆接变形而止挡该主动件10,使该主动件10无法与轴部48相脱离,以阻止该套筒40内的元件从套筒40内脱出,从而将上述铰链结构组装为一体。可以理解,当本发明的主动件10也可通过其它方式转动连接而不脱离的设置在该轴部48上,例如,将组装好的并从套筒40露出的轴部48上设置若干凸点,以阻挡主动件10从该轴部48相脱离。此外,也可将该轴部48末端通过胀接,使其直径变大,以止挡该主动件10。
该主动件10的凸轮面与随动件20的凸轮面相配合,当该便携式电子装置之一两部分相对开合时移动地接触该凸轮面,借此以产生该轴距,并使该弹性件30可根据该轴距而形变。可以理解,本发明铰链结构的随动件20和主动件10构成一定位装置,以实现盖体和本体之间的定位。可以理解,该定位装置并不限于图示中的随动件20和主动件10的结构,该随动件20与主动件10之间的凸轮面可根据盖体相对本体打开的角度来改变凸轮面的形状。可以理解,该定位装置也不限于本发明的凸轮配合结构,其也采用通过元件之间的摩擦力来实现定位。

Claims (5)

1.一种套筒,该套筒包括一端壁、周壁及一开口端,其特征在于:该端壁朝套筒内拉伸形成一轴部,该轴部为一中空柱体,该轴部从该周壁围成的空间内延伸,并从该开口端延伸至套筒的外面。
2.一种铰链结构,包括一套筒、一定位装置、一弹性件,该套筒包括一端壁、周壁及一开口端,其特征在于:该端壁朝套筒内拉伸形成一轴部,该轴部为一中空柱体,该轴部从该周壁围成的空间内延伸,并从该开口端延伸至套筒的外面,该定位装置及该弹性件容置在套筒内,该弹性件一端与该端壁相抵持,另一端与该定位装置相抵持,该定位装置可转动的套设在该轴部上且不脱离的安装在该轴部上,以将该套筒、该定位装置、该弹性件组装一起。
3.如权利要求2所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该定位装置包括一主动件及一随动件,该随动件相邻该弹性件,该主动件和该随动件可转动的套设在该轴部上,该主动件无法脱离的安装在该轴部上。
4.如权利要求3所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该轴部的末端通过铆接变形而止挡该主动件脱离该轴部。
5.一种便携式电子装置,包括本体、盖体及一使盖体活动连接至本体上的铰链结构,其特征在于:该铰链结构为权利要求2~4中任意项所述的铰链结构。
