技术领域
本发明涉及一种坚果剥皮的机械装置，尤其是涉及一种应用于香榧剥皮取核的香榧剥皮机。
背景技术
香榧的生产和加工过程中，采摘后的鲜果剥皮是其重要并且困难的一个步骤。因为鲜香榧果的青色香榧皮果胶含量高，并且紧贴果核，很难剥离。以往农户采用堆放催熟腐烂香榧皮，再借用小刀划破后用手剥离，费工费时，劳动强度大、效率低。目前，香榧种植和加工主要是以家庭承包经营方式为主而非大规模加工生产。目前尚无能够提高香榧剥皮效率，减少劳动强度，适合家庭承包经营方式加工生产的香榧剥皮机。
目前，已有香榧剥皮技术的研发，例如，(a)公开号为CN201878727U的实用新型专利于2011年06月29日公开了一种滚动式手摇香榧剥皮机，其采用方法是使香榧在剥皮机的滚筒内翻动，不断翻滚、撞击、摩擦最终果部果皮分离，其不足之处有二：其一是不断的撞击、翻滚增加了香榧核的损害程度，同时大量的香榧堆在一起剥皮，香榧皮剥不干净；其二是剥皮后的皮和核混在一起。(b)公开号为CN101779822A的发明专利于2010年7月21日公开了一种香榧剥皮机，其不足之处是下磨盘和上磨盘表面设置的长条突块和长条状孔结构，当磨盘做上下运动中为推出剥离后的香榧皮长条突块与长条状孔吻合时，在两磨盘之间的香榧核受压迫容易损坏；又因为香榧核体积小，长条状孔不宜过大，而香榧皮厚且多，容易引起磨盘长条状孔和上磨盘与下磨盘之间空隙的堵塞。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足，提供了一种结构简单，能够替代手工剥皮，操作简单的香榧剥皮机。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采取的技术措施是：香榧剥皮机包括机座、圆磨盘、弧形盖，其中圆磨盘可相对360度旋转地与机座相连，在圆磨盘中心穿过机座设有手摇杆，弧形盖一侧与机座活动连接，与圆磨盘形成空隙。在圆磨盘表面设有逆时针螺旋状排列的锥形齿。在机座上端设置进料斗，侧壁设置出料口，下端设置稳固支撑架。
作为发明的香榧剥皮机的进一步改进：弧形盖到圆磨盘的最大距离为10mm--30mm，弧形盖与圆磨盘所形成的空隙上窄下宽，并与进料斗、出料口相通。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：圆磨盘表面设置了逆时针螺旋状排列的锥形齿，锥形齿起到切割刀划破香榧皮的作用，呈逆时针螺旋状排列可以将剥皮后的香榧核随着螺旋路线送到出料口，实现了果皮与果核的一次性分离；弧形盖一侧与机座活动连接结构，使得在机器运作时弧形盖能够随着香榧果的大小实现空隙的扩大或缩小，从而可以灵活适用体积大小不同或形状不规则的香榧果剥皮，并且能够减少在剥皮过程中的损坏。本发明的香榧剥皮机操作简单，成本低廉，提高香榧的剥皮效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照附图所给出的一种香榧剥皮机包括机座1、圆磨盘2和弧形盖3。在机座1的上端设置进料斗5，下端设置稳固支撑架9，侧壁设置一个出料口6，圆磨盘2表面设置逆时针螺旋状排列的锥形齿7。圆磨盘2轴连接于机座1上，连接圆磨盘2中心穿过机座1设置手摇杆4，通过摇动手摇杆实现圆磨盘转动。弧形盖3一侧与机座1通过可调节螺栓螺母组件10连接，弧形盖3盖过圆磨盘2并与其形成空隙8，空隙8最大直径为20mm并与进料斗5、出料口6都相通，弧形盖3下端弧度略大于上端弧度，这样所形成的空隙8呈上窄下宽状态。圆磨盘2和弧形盖3适宜采用塑胶材料等具有耐磨性且具有弹性的材质制成，以减少对剥皮后香榧核的损坏。
工作时，摇动手摇杆4启动圆磨盘2转动，将待剥皮的香榧果从进料斗5进入空隙8中，圆磨盘2与弧形盖3卡住香榧果，香榧果在圆磨盘2的运转中受到锥形齿7的划擦和弧形盖3的挤压实现剥皮，磨碎的皮屑从弧形盖3的下端掉落，香榧核由于被锥形齿7拦截并沿着逆时针螺旋路线送到出料口。

1.一种香榧剥皮机，其特征是：包括机座(1)、圆磨盘(2)、弧形盖(3)，所述圆磨盘(2)可相对360度旋转地与机座(1)相连，在圆磨盘(2)中心穿过机座(1)设有手摇杆(4)，所述弧形盖(3)一侧与机座(1)活动连接，与圆磨盘(2)形成空隙(8)，所述圆磨盘(2)表面设有逆时针螺旋状排列的锥形齿(7)，所述机座(1)上端设有进料斗(5)，侧壁设有出料口(6)，下端设有稳固支撑架(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香榧剥皮机，其特征是：所述弧形盖(3)到圆磨盘(2)最大距离为10mm--30mm，所述空隙(8)上窄下宽，所述空隙(8)与进料斗(5)和出料口(6)相通。
