本发明涉及一种手电筒。
背景技术
开头所述类型的能聚光的手电筒原理上是根据现有技术已知的。例如在DE 203 08 839 U1中记载了一种手电筒,该手电筒具有一设置在端侧的汇聚透镜、一光源和一设置在汇聚透镜和光源之间的、部分透光的图像载体。为了实现图像的投射,图像载体设置在一能够在纵轴向上运动的滑动套筒中,利用所述滑动套筒沿纵轴向的移动既可以改变光源到汇聚透镜的距离,也可以改变图像载体到汇聚透镜的距离。为了可移动地支承图像载体,除了手电筒头部和壳体以外还设有至少三个另外的连接元件,即一转接器、一导向筒和一滑动套筒,从而特别是手电筒的组装较为复杂。
此外,还已知这样的手电筒,在这种手电筒中,为了汇聚所发出的光,手电筒头部与一支承在其中的反射器,而壳体与光源通过螺纹连接这样相连,使得反射器和光源能够通过旋转运动相对于彼此移动。但这种构型有这样的缺点,即,始终需要用两只手来进行聚光,其中,用一只手握住壳体,而用另一只手旋转手电筒头部,或者相反。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种能聚光的手电筒,所述手电筒能够用一只手实现聚光并对于其安装只需要较少数量的部件。
所述目的通过具有如下特征的手电筒来实现,其中,手电筒,所述手电筒具有一壳体、一光源和一设置在一手电筒头部中的前置光学装置,其中手电筒头部相对于光源能够移动,其中,在壳体侧和手电筒头部侧构成对应的止挡,使得手电筒头部与壳体防脱落地相连,其中,壳体侧的止挡在一环形套筒上构成,所述环形套筒与壳体相连,其特征在于,光源固定在一盘形的保持件上,所述保持件形锁合地保持在环形套筒与壳体之间。根据本发明在所述手电筒上在壳体侧和手电筒头部侧构成对应的止挡,从而手电筒头部防脱落地与壳体相连。由此实现了一种极为紧凑的结构形式,这种结构形式能够快速装配,从而降低了装配成本。此外,能够简单快速地更换受损部件。
下面说明其他优选的实施形式。
根据一第一实施形式设定,壳体侧的止挡在一环形套筒上构成,所述环形套筒与壳体相连。在最简单的情况下,为此设有一螺纹连接,从而环形套筒能旋拧到壳体上。除此以外,也可以设想凸缘连接或其他可拆开的连接。这种套筒可以容易地制造并因此可以经济地获得。此外,通过在环形套筒上设置止挡还可以得到这样的优点,即壳体能够用于手电筒的各种不同的构型,至少当在壳体上构成一止挡时,情况就不是这样。
环形套筒这里不仅用作止挡的载体,并且更多地还构成为用于光源的固定元件。为此,所述光源优选固定在一盘形的保持件上,所述保持件由环形套筒保持在壳体上。
此外优选设有一外部的导向元件,该导向元件设置在壳体上或环形套筒上,其中,手电筒头部构成为两部分式的并在组装的状态下包围壳体侧的止挡,使得手电筒头部防脱落地与壳体相连。这里该导向元件用于,使得只有当在手电筒头部上施加超过一阈值的力时,手电筒才能够移动,因为只有此时才克服了导向元件和手电筒头部之间的摩擦力。在一个实施形式中,导向元件设置在环形套筒上,在该实施形式中类似地得到这样的优点,即,壳体可以用于各种不同的手电筒。当然,所述导向元件也可以设置在壳体上。也可以采用多个导向元件,这些导向元件此时与环形套筒和/或壳体相连。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施形式设定,手电筒头部具有一前面的部分和一后面的部分,其中前置光学装置与前面的部分相连,手电筒头部侧的止挡在后面的部分上构成。此外,手电筒头部的所述两个部分具有相对应的螺纹段,其中为了实现防脱落的连接,所述后面的部分从后面引导到壳体上,而前面的部分旋拧到后面的部分上。除此以外,手电筒头部的两个部分也可以通过凸缘连接或其他可拆开的连接彼此相连。这里,这两个部分也可以由两个壳状的部分组成,它们不是沿轴向方向,而是沿径向方向组装在一起。在这个实施形式中,手电筒头部的各部分优选通过凸缘连接相连。当壳体设计成后面的部分不能引导到壳体上时,例如当手电筒壳体特别厚且稳固时可能会出现这种情况,此时上述这种实施形式是特别适宜的。
手电筒头部优选具有一圆柱形的导向面,所述导向面与导向元件相贴靠。对于构成得不同的导向元件或当设置多个导向元件时,导向面的布置相应地调整。
环面形或环形的O形圈特别适宜于用作所述导向元件,所述O形圈优选由弹性材料,例如橡胶组成。这里导向元件不仅用于可移动地保持手电筒头部,而且用作密封件,从而污物颗粒、例如灰尘不会进入手电筒头部。
根据另一个实施形式,光源是发光二极管(LED),并且保持件具有在背侧圆形和环形的同心设置的电接触面和一个环形的贴靠面,该贴靠面由导热的材料制成并贴靠在壳体的一插座形的凸肩(Absatz)上。电接触面的这种构型特别适合于这样的手电筒,在这种手电筒中,电池设置在电池筒中。通过导热的贴靠面的设计方案整个保持件被冷却,因为热量输出到壳体上,这提高了所采用的光源的持久性。为此特别是铝、黄铜、紫铜适于用作优选的材料。
为了实现对保持件特别简单、但同时也稳固的固定,所述保持件从壳体中伸出一定的尺寸,从而保持件形锁合(formschlüssig)地与环形套筒和壳体相连。

具体实施方式
手电筒1主要具有一壳体2、一光源3、一手电筒头部4和一支承在手电筒头部中的前置光学装置5,其中光源3固定在一盘形的保持件6上。为了能够使手电筒1的光束汇聚,前置光学装置5相对于光源3能移动地支承。这里在图1a中示出这样的设置,其中前置光学装置5处于离保持件6并由此离光源3一距离A处。在图1b中相反前置光学装置位于保持件6上,从而这里形成保持件6或光源3与前置光学装置5之间尽可能小的距离A。
在所示的实施例中,保持件6由一环形套筒7保持在壳体2上,使得环形套筒7和壳体2形成形锁合的连接。环形套筒7此外还具有一止挡8和一导向元件9,在当前情况下所述导向元件时环面(torus)形的O形圈。为了使手电筒头部4可滑移运动并防脱落地与壳体2相连,所述手电筒头部具有一前部的部分10和一后部的部分11。这两个部分10、11通过一(未示出的)螺纹相互连接,其中为此后部的部分11从后面沿箭头方向12移动到壳体2和环形套筒7上。这里,所述移动运动通过构成在套筒7上的止挡8和对应的在后面的部分11上构成的止挡13限定,由此手电筒头部4防脱落地与壳体2连接。为了防止手电筒头部4无意的移动,导向元件9与一导向面14相贴靠,所述导向面在后面的部分11上构成。为了在发生磨损的情况下更换导向元件9,只需要旋拧拆开所述手电筒头部4并将后面的部分与箭头方向12相反地移动至使导向元件9露出并可以取下的程度。
图2a和b示出带有保持件6和环形套筒7的壳体2的细部视图,其中图2a示出分解视图。壳体2具有一插座形的凸肩20,用于支承保持件6,保持件6放置在所述凸肩上。在端侧设置一螺纹21,从而具有对应的螺纹22的环形套筒7能够旋拧到壳体2上。保持件6由此形锁合地支承在环形套筒7和壳体2之间(箭头23)。
为了容纳导向元件9,在环形套筒7上构成一环形槽24。此外环形套筒7具有一同样环形的止挡8,在组装状态下该止挡构成用于手电筒头部4的止挡。

Claims (9)

1.手电筒,所述手电筒具有一壳体(2)、一光源(3)和一设置在一手电筒头部(4)中的前置光学装置(5),其中手电筒头部(4)相对于光源(3)能够移动,其中,在壳体侧和手电筒头部侧构成对应的止挡(8、13),使得手电筒头部(4)与壳体(2)防脱落地相连,其中,壳体侧的止挡(8)在一环形套筒(7)上构成,所述环形套筒与壳体(2)相连,其特征在于,光源(3)固定在一盘形的保持件(6)上,所述保持件形锁合地保持在环形套筒(7)与壳体(2)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,设有一外部的导向元件(9),该导向元件设置在壳体(2)上或环形套筒(7)上,其中,手电筒头部(4)构成为两部分式的并在组装的状态下包围壳体侧的止挡(8),使得手电筒头部(4)与壳体(2)防脱落地相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手电筒,其特征在于,手电筒头部(4)具有一前面的部分(10)和一后面的部分(11),其中前置光学装置(5)与前面的部分(10)相连,手电筒头部侧的止挡(13)在后面的部分(11)上构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手电筒,其特征在于,手电筒头部(4)的两个部分(10、11)具有相对应的螺纹段,其中为了实现防脱落的连接,所述后面的部分(11)从后面引导到壳体(2)上,而前面的部分(10)旋拧到后面的部分(11)上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的手电筒,其特征在于,手电筒头部(4)具有一圆柱形的导向面(14),所述导向面与导向元件(9)相贴靠。
6.根据权利要求2所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述导向元件(9)是环面形或环形的O形圈。
7.根据权利要求6所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述O形圈由弹性材料组成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的手电筒,其特征在于,光源(3)是发光二极管,并且保持件(6)在背侧具有圆形和环形的同心设置的电 接触面和一个环形的贴靠面,所述贴靠面由导热的材料制成并贴靠在壳体(2)的一插座形的凸肩(20)上。
