本发明涉及机械加工领域的钻孔机床,特别是一种高效钻孔机床。
背景技术
钻孔机床是对工件进行钻孔加工的机械。目前普遍使用的钻孔机床每台每次只能加工一个工件,生产效率不高,尤其大批量生产时需投入大量人力、时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计合理、操作简便的高效钻孔机床。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效钻孔机床,包括机床主体和加工单元,其特征在于:在机床主体上并排安装有四组加工单元,每一加工单元均由伺服电机、滑台、主轴头、钻头及夹具构成,伺服电机、主轴头均安装在滑台上,在主轴头端部安装钻头,夹具与主轴头对应并安装在机床主体上。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本高效钻孔机床操作人员在使用时可循环对四组加工单元进行控制,利用加工时间叠加,装卡其中一组时,另三组在加工过程中,如此循环操作可提高生产效率。
2、本高效钻孔机床更适合大批量生产,一台机床产量在操作人员数量不变情况下可达普通机床的四倍,提高了生产效率、节省了人力。
3、本高效钻孔机床结构设计科学合理,操作简便,大幅提高了加工效率,是一种具有较高创新性的钻孔机床。

一种高效钻孔机床,包括机床主体2和加工单元,其创新之处在于:在机床主体上并排安装有四组加工单元,每一加工单元均由伺服电机1、滑台3、主轴头4、钻头5及夹具6构成,伺服电机、主轴头均安装在滑台上,在主轴头端部安装钻头,夹具与主轴头对应并安装在机床主体上。每组加工单元可进行独立操作。
本高效钻孔机床操作人员在使用时可循环对四组加工单元进行控制,利用加工时间叠加,装卡其中一组时,另三组在加工过程中,如此循环操作使本高效钻孔机床产量在操作人员数量不变情况下可达普通机床的四倍,提高了生产效率、节省了人力。

1.一种高效钻孔机床,包括机床主体和加工单元,其特征在于:在机床主体上并排安装有四组加工单元,每一加工单元均由伺服电机、滑台、主轴头、钻头及夹具构成,伺服电机、主轴头均安装在滑台上,在主轴头端部安装钻头,夹具与主轴头对应并安装在机床主体上。
