Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗小便失禁的中药组合物，由下述重量配比的原料制成：五味子20-30份，补骨脂40-60份，肉豆蔻20-30份，吴茱萸20-30份，大葱根须40-60份，生姜40-60份，红枣40-60份。本发明纯属中草药配制而成，通过服本发明的药能达到健脾温肾补火生土之目的，能很快消除小便失禁症。对于治疗小便失禁具有很好的作用。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种治疗小便失禁的中药组合物，是纯中草药。
背景技术 小便失禁又称小便不禁。清醒时小便自出不觉，或小便频数难以自制。而且尤其是50岁以后的妇女居多，在大声咳嗽或者用力时小便就出来了。目前的治疗方法易反复，药物治疗效果也不理想。
发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于：提供一种治疗小便失禁的中药组合物，通过选择合适的药物及其配比，达到消除症状，预后良好恢复健康的目的。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗小便失禁的中药组合物，其特征在于由下述重量配比的原料制成： 五味子20-30份，补骨脂40-60份，肉豆蔻20-30份，吴茱萸20-30份，大葱根须40-60份，生姜40-60份，红枣40-60份。
优选的原料配方如下：五味子25份，补骨脂50份，肉豆蔻25份，吴茱萸25份，大葱根须50份，生姜50份，红枣50份。
本发明方剂主要的中草药根据传统医学及现代医学分析，药性及药理作用如下：
五味子：性味归经：温；酸、甘；归肺、心、肾经。功能主治：收敛固涩，益气生津，补肾宁心。用于久嗽虚喘，梦遗滑精，遗尿尿频，久泻不止，自汗，盗汗，津伤口渴，短气脉虚，内热消渴，心悸失眠。
补骨脂：性味归经：温；辛、苦；归肾、脾经。功能主治：补肾助阳，固精缩尿，暖脾止泻，纳气平喘。用于阳痿遗精，遗尿尿频，腰膝冷痛，肾虚作喘，五更泄泻；外用治白癜风，斑秃。
肉豆蔻：性味归经：温；辛；归脾、胃、大肠经；有小毒。功能主治：温中行气，涩肠止泻。用于脾胃虚寒，久泻不止，脘腹胀痛，食少呕吐。
吴茱萸：性味归经：热；辛、苦；归肝、脾、胃、肾经；小毒。功能主治：散寒止痛，降逆止呕，助阳止泻。用于厥阴头痛，寒疝腹痛，寒湿脚气，经行腹痛，脘腹胀痛，呕吐吞酸，五更泄泻；外治口疮，高血压。
大葱根须：性温，味辛平；入肺、胃二经。可发汗解表，散寒通阳，解毒散凝。主治风寒感冒轻症，痈肿疮毒，痢疾脉微，寒凝腹痛，小便不利等病症。
生姜：性味归经：微温；辛；归肺、脾、胃经。功能主治：解表散寒，温中止呕，化痰止咳。用于风寒感冒，胃寒呕吐，寒痰咳嗽。
红枣性味归经：温；甘；归脾、胃经。功能主治：补中益气，养血安神。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏，妇人脏燥。
方解与积极效果：小便失禁是由于命门火衰，失其固摄，脾肾阳虚之症。小便自出不觉，或小便频数难以自制。方中补骨脂补命门之火；吴茱萸温肾脾、散里寒而燥湿；肉豆蔻行气消食，暖胃涩肠；五味子温肾固精而固下元阳气，大葱根须治小便不利，生姜、大枣温身补气，祛妇人脏燥。诸药合用达到健脾温肾补火生土之目的，能很快根治小便失禁。
具体实施方式 为了更好地理解和实施，下面结合制备实施例进一步说明
本发明。
实施例一：
取五味子20份，补骨脂40份，肉豆蔻20份，吴茱萸20份，大葱根须40份，生姜40份，红枣40份混合均匀，粉碎成80目颗粒。以蜂蜜为丸，每丸重8克。
服法与用法：每服一丸，日服2次。
实施例二：
取五味子25份，补骨脂50份，肉豆蔻25份，吴茱萸25份，大葱根须50份，生姜50份，红枣50份混合均匀，粉碎成80目颗粒。以蜂蜜为丸，每丸重8克。
服法与用法同实施例一。
实施例三：
取五味子30份，补骨脂60份，肉豆蔻30份，吴茱萸30份，大葱根须60份，生姜60份，红枣60份混合均匀，粉碎成80目颗粒。以蜂蜜为丸，每丸重8克。
服法与用法同实施例一。
临床应用：
自2006年1月至2011年8月在烟台市福山区某医院以本发明实施例二制备的药治疗小便失禁75例，治愈率88%，总有效率100%。
治疗小便失禁的药效实验结果：
1、临床资料
一般资料观察病例共105例，随机分为2组。治疗组75例，病程(3±1)年；对照组30例，病程(3±1)年。2组一般资料经统计学处理，差异均无显著性意义(P＞0.05)具有可比性。
、治疗方法
2.1对照组口服托特罗定每天2次。疗程2周。
2.2治疗组采用口服本发明药每日2次。疗程2周。
2.3观察项目：小便次数，数量，自觉感知程度，尿裤子次数等治疗前后的变化情况。
2.4统计学方法采用SPSS统计软件进行分析。
3、疗效标准与治疗结果
3.1疗效标准参照《中医病症判断疗效标准》中有关疗效标准。痊愈：临床症状全部消失，试验室检查正常。好转：临床症状减轻，实验室检查改善或正常。无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。
3.2治疗结果
两组临床疗效比较见表1。总有效率治疗组为100%，对照组为86.6%，2组比
较，差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。

由此可见，本发明的药对于治疗小便失禁效果优于其它药物，治愈有效率高。

1.一种治疗小便失禁的中药组合物，其特征在于由下述重量配比的原料制成：五味子25份，补骨脂50份，肉豆蔻25份，吴茱萸25份，大葱根须50份，生姜50份，红枣50份。
