技术领域
本发明涉及用于卷起和展开遮蔽物如窗帘的提升索的装置，该装置包括细长壳体、可在该壳体中转动的轴、可同轴地安装在该轴上的用于卷起和展开提升索的多个卷辊、用作所述多个卷辊轴承支承的多个卷辊座，其中所述卷辊适于可松开地固定其中一根提升索，所述卷辊座适合容纳在壳体中。
背景技术
这样的装置在现有技术中是已知的，比如可以由本申请人的欧洲专利申请EP1647666得知。
该已知的装置由于提升索可松开地固定到卷辊而简化了组装过程，但其具有这样的缺点，即在具有多个卷辊的情况下需要在将所述轴穿过所述卷辊之前将这些卷辊相互对齐。一旦该轴已经穿过所述多个卷辊，则必须将这些卷辊固定安装在该轴上以备使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种本文开头所述类型的装置，其组装过程更加简化。
针对上述目的，根据本发明的装置的特征在于，该装置还包括多个阻挡件，每个阻挡件被设置在所述多个卷辊中的一个卷辊上以用于阻挡该卷辊的其中一个运动自由度，其中每个阻挡件可在组装位置和使用位置之间移动，在组装位置，各个卷辊受到阻挡而无法绕轴转动，在使用位置，各个卷辊受到阻挡而无法沿轴平移，其中该阻挡件适于可松开地固定所述提升索。
在根据本发明的装置的阻挡件的组装位置，每个卷辊受到阻挡而无法转动。这些卷辊自动呈现相同的定向并能够被连续安置在轴上。通过将阻挡件移至使用位置可使各个卷辊受到阻挡而无法平移。
在一个可行的实施例中，每个阻挡件可基本垂直于轴地移动。
在第一优选实施例中，在组装位置，每个阻挡件均从细长形壳体伸出。从而该阻挡件可被使用者触接触到以可松开地固定提升索之一。根据所选择的阻挡件的尺寸，细长形壳体的纵向开口可保持较为窄小，这将带来美学上的好处。上面安装有阻挡件的卷辊在壳体内的转动也将因为伸出的阻挡件而受到限制。
根据第二个优选实施例，在使用位置所述阻挡件各夹紧接合于轴上。从而，上面安装有阻挡件的卷辊被固定在轴上。
根据另一个优选实施例，每个卷辊的外端设有适于容纳该阻挡件的法兰状组合件。
根据又一个优选实施例，每个阻挡件设有具有倒钩的弹性支腿，并且每个法兰状组合件设有用于容纳该倒钩的倒钩开口。该优选实施例可以提供按扣连接，由此能简单可靠地自动实现理想的组装位置或使用位置。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的装置1的第一优选实施例。装置1设有细长形壳体2或导轨。该细长形壳体或导轨2用于将装置1安装至墙壁或天花板上。
轴3在细长形壳体2中延伸并可在壳体2中转动。用于卷起或展开多根提升索5的多个卷辊4共轴安装于轴3上(见图3和图4)。装置1还包括用作所述卷辊4轴承支承的多个卷辊座6。这些卷辊座6适合容置在壳体2中。
图2示出了其中安装有卷辊4的卷辊座6。图2中所有的部件均将被容置于壳体2内。
卷辊4的两个外端处均分别设有缩小的端区14，24。卷辊座6设有支承套16和支承面26以用作卷辊4的缩小的端区14、24的轴承支承。用于容纳该轴3的轴通道34延伸穿过卷辊4。
根据本发明的装置1还设有多个阻挡件10，每个阻挡件安装在其中一个卷辊4上。每个阻挡件10可在图3和图4所示的组装位置和图5和图6所示的使用位置之间移动。
阻挡件10包括一对可相对彼此移动的弹性支腿11。每个弹性支腿11在外侧均设有倒钩12。
阻挡件10适于可松开地固定提升索5。在所示的优选实施例中，阻挡件10设有用于接纳提升索5的通口13。必要时，提升索5可设置固定件15，固定件15被附接至提升索5的外端并且其尺寸大小使得提升索5不能脱离通口13。
阻挡件10可大致垂直于轴3移动。在所示的优选实施例中，卷辊4设有用于容纳倒钩12的多个开口8。这些开口8位于设置在卷辊4的缩小的端区24的法兰状组合件7中。在组装状态下(参见图2)，该法兰状组合件7紧靠卷辊座6上的支承部46。
根据本发明的阻挡件10可在组装位置(示于图3和图4中)和使用位置(图5和图6中)之间移动，在组装位置各个卷辊4受到阻挡而无法转动(R)，在使用位置各个卷辊4受到阻挡而无法平移(T)。
在组装位置，阻挡件10从卷辊座6和细长形壳体2伸出并分别穿过纵向开口36、21。卷辊4此时无法绕轴3沿方向R转动。卷辊4从而自动地呈现为安装所必需的理想定向。通口13更加方便了对提升索5的紧固。然而，在此时卷辊座6可与卷辊4一起沿轴3沿方向T平移。
组装完成后，阻挡件10可从组装位置移动至使用位置。在所示的优选实施例中，阻挡件10可基本垂直于轴3地发生位移。弹性支腿11被彼此靠近推压并夹紧接合在轴3上，由此卷辊4连同卷辊座6无法在方向T上沿轴3平移。阻挡件10的长度如此选择使得阻挡件10完全被容纳于卷辊座6内且不再从卷辊座6伸出，从而卷辊4可以沿方向R转动。在使用位置，装置1随时准备用于通过装置1的合适的手动或自动控制机构将提升索5卷起或展开。
根据本发明的装置通常可用于卷起或展开掩蔽物比如窗帘的提升索。具有提升索的窗帘的实例包括折叠型百叶帘、褶皱型百叶帘和水平百叶帘。
本发明并不限于所描述和示出的优选实施例，而是包括落入了权利要求书所限定并根据前面的描述和所附的附图可明白的保护范围内的任何实施例。

Claims (7)

1.用于卷起和展开遮蔽物的多根提升索的装置，其包括：
细长形壳体(2)；
可在该壳体中转动的轴(3)；
可同轴地安装在该轴上的用于卷起和展开所述多根提升索(5)的多个卷辊(4)，其中所述卷辊适于可松开地紧固所述提升索之一；
用作所述多个卷辊轴承支承的多个卷辊座(6)，其中所述卷辊座适于被容置于壳体中，其特征在于，该装置还包括多个阻挡件(10)，每个阻挡件被设置在所述多个卷辊中的一个卷辊上以用于阻挡该卷辊(4)的其中一个运动自由度，其特征在于，每个阻挡件可在组装位置和使用位置之间移动，在该组装位置，各个卷辊受到阻挡而无法绕该轴(3)沿两个方向转动，在该使用位置，各个卷辊受到阻挡而无法沿该轴(3)平移，其中该阻挡件适于可松开地固定所述提升索。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述每个阻挡件(10)可基本垂直于所述轴(3)移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，在该安装位置，所述阻挡件(10)各从该细长形壳体(2)伸出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，在该使用位置，每个所述阻挡件(10)夹紧接合于该轴上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的装置，其特征在于，每个卷辊(4)均在其一外端上设有适于容纳所述阻挡件的法兰状组合件(7)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置，其特征在于，每个阻挡件均设有具有倒钩(12)的弹性支腿(11)，并且每个法兰状组合件(7)设有用于容纳所述倒钩的倒钩开口(8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述遮蔽物是窗帘。
