本发明公开了一种阳离子阻燃遮光面料,该面料是由一组经纱与两组纬纱交织而成的织物,经纱为50-85D/30-300F消光阻燃涤纶长丝,两组纬纱分别为100-200D/30-300F阳离子阻燃复合丝与100-300D/30-300F阻燃涤纶长丝;经丝总数为38000-46000根;经丝密度为70-110牙,纬丝密度为60-90牙。本发明保留现有遮光面料所特有的优越性能和风格的同时,使遮光面料在织造后便具备阻燃性能,阻燃耐久性高,提高遮光面料的综合性能。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种阳离子阻燃遮光面料。
背景技术
窗帘作为人们生活中最熟悉的纺织品之一,广泛使用于现代生活中,在居室,宾馆,办公会议室,在移动的火车、汽车、飞机等交通工具上,以及其他公共场所,随处可见各式各样,并起着不同作用的窗帘。调节内外空间的空气和光线、美化内部空间是使用窗帘的最终目的,即是其具有功能性和装饰性。传统窗帘面料的织物在透气、遮阳、透光方面表现出色,却在综合性的功能上显得比较逊色,由于传统遮光面料都具有可燃性,存在极大的安全隐患,因此,研发具有阻燃功能的面料成为新的市场需求。鉴于目前市场上所提供的阻燃遮光面料一般是采用后整理来达到阻燃效果,这种遮光布在长期使用、洗涤后,其阻燃性能会逐渐降低,而且这种处理方法还会对环境造成污染,原料消耗大,经济效益较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题就是提供一种阳离子阻燃遮光面料,保留现有遮光面料所特有的优越性能和风格的同时,使遮光面料在织造后便具备阻燃性能,阻燃耐久性高,提高遮光面料的综合性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种阳离子阻燃遮光面料,其特征在于:该面料是由一组经纱与两组纬纱交织而成的织物,经纱为50-85D/30-300F消光阻燃涤纶长丝,两组纬纱分别为100-200D/30-300F阳离子阻燃复合丝与100-300D/30-300F阻燃涤纶长丝;经丝总数为38000-46000根;经丝密度为70-110牙,纬丝密度为60-90牙。
进一步的,织物组织中两组纬纱的排列比例为1∶1。
进一步的,经纱采用55D/78F消光阻燃涤纶长丝;其中一组纬纱采用150D/36F阳离子阻燃复合丝,另一组纬纱采用300D/144F阻燃黑低弹丝;经丝总数为39200根;经丝密度为78牙,纬丝密度为68牙。
进一步的,经纱采用75D/72F消光阻燃涤纶长丝;其中一组纬纱采用185D/244F阳离子阻燃复合丝,另一组纬纱采用150D/96F阻燃涤纶黑丝;经丝总数为41500根;经丝密度为82牙,纬丝密度为65牙。
进一步的,经纱采用80D/144F消光阻燃涤纶长丝;其中一组纬纱采用120D/96F阳离子阻燃复合丝,另一组纬纱采用250D/188F阻燃涤纶黑丝;经丝总数为45200根;经丝密度为105牙,纬丝密度为88牙。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用新型的阳离子阻燃涤纶长丝织造而成,通过改变穿综工艺,使得经面组织和纬面组织相互交替,形成风格独特的竖条阻燃织物,结构合理、绿色环保、美观大方,使传统的遮光面料兼具阻燃性能,且阻燃耐久性高,提高了遮光面料的综合性能。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种阳离子阻燃遮光面料,该面料是由一组经纱与两组纬纱交织而成的织物,经纱为50-85D/30-300F消光阻燃涤纶长丝,两组纬纱分别为100-200D/30-300F阳离子阻燃复合丝与100-300D/30-300F阻燃涤纶长丝;经丝总数为38000-46000根;经丝密度为70-110牙,纬丝密度为60-90牙;织物组织中两组纬纱的排列比例为1∶1;组织结构一般为缎纹变化组织,通过改变穿综织造工艺形成经面组织和纬面组织相互交替的竖条阻燃织物。具有结构合理、绿色环保、美观大方的特点,使传统的遮光面料兼具阻燃性能,且阻燃耐久性高,提高了遮光面料的综合性能。
实施例1:经纱采用55D/78F消光阻燃涤纶长丝;其中一组纬纱采用150D/36F阳离子阻燃复合丝,另一组纬纱采用300D/144F阻燃黑低弹丝;经丝总数为39200根;经丝密度为78牙,纬丝密度为68牙。
实施例2:经纱采用75D/72F消光阻燃涤纶长丝;其中一组纬纱采用185D/244F阳离子阻燃复合丝,另一组纬纱采用150D/96F阻燃涤纶黑丝;经丝总数为41500根;经丝密度为82牙,纬丝密度为65牙。
实施例3:经纱采用80D/144F消光阻燃涤纶长丝;其中一组纬纱采用120D/96F阳离子阻燃复合丝,另一组纬纱采用250D/188F阻燃涤纶黑丝;经丝总数为45200根;经丝密度为105牙,纬丝密度为88牙。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阳离子阻燃遮光面料,其特征在于:织物组织中两组纬纱的排列比例为1:1。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阳离子阻燃遮光面料,其特征在于:经纱采用55D/78F消光阻燃涤纶长丝;其中一组纬纱采用150D/36F阳离子阻燃复合丝,另一组纬纱采用300D/144F阻燃黑低弹丝;经丝总数为39200根;经丝密度为78牙,纬丝密度为68牙。
