Abstract
一种毒死蜱可乳化粒剂及其制备方法，涉及一种农药杀虫剂。本发明包括以下重量份的原料：毒死蜱20-60%，乳化剂5-10%，水溶性聚合物8-12%，余量为载体。本发明的制备方法是：先将液体毒死蜱和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到水溶性聚合物的水溶液中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。本发明具有较好的速效与持效性，使用时加水能完全乳化，使用低浓度便可得到高效果，药效优于相同有效成分的其它剂型。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农药杀虫剂，具体涉及一种毒死蜱可乳化粒剂及毒死蜱可乳化粒剂的制备方法。
背景技术
毒死蜱是一种杀虫谱广的农药杀虫剂，具有胃毒、触杀、熏蒸三重作用，是乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂，易于土壤中的有机质结合，对地下害虫特效，无内吸作用，保障农产品、消费者的安全，对水稻、小麦、棉花、果树、蔬菜、茶树上多种咀嚼式和刺吸式口器害虫均具有较好防效。
目前，毒死蜱的常规使用剂型有微乳剂、水乳剂、乳油三种剂型，但这三种剂型在速效性、持效性、环保性方面均有不足，存在药效不佳的问题，需使用大剂量的毒死蜱才能达到杀虫的目的。且乳油（EC）剂型所用的溶剂主要是甲苯和二甲苯等芳烃类物质，污染环境的同时也浪费了大量的石油资源，不符合农业可持续发展的要求和趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上面所述缺陷，提供一种速效性、持效性、环保性俱佳的毒死蜱可乳化粒剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种毒死蜱可乳化粒剂的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的。
一种毒死蜱可乳化粒剂，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：毒死蜱20-60%，乳化剂5-10%，水溶性聚合物8-12%，余量为载体。
所述毒死蜱为液体。
所述乳化剂选自非离子和阴离子混合表面活性剂、非离子磷酸酯、非离子硫酸酯中的一种。
所述水溶性聚合物选自聚乙烯醇（PVA）、羧甲基纤维素钠（CMC）、羧甲基淀粉钠（CMS）中的一种，按1:8-12配成水溶液。
所述载体选自糊精、糖、尿素、硫酸铵、元明粉、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸钠、可溶性淀粉中的一种。
一种毒死蜱可乳化粒剂的制备方法，其特征在于，先将液体毒死蜱和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到水溶性聚合物的水溶液中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。
本发明的有益效果是：1、本发明具有较好的速效与持效性；2、本发明提供一种不加入有机溶剂的可乳化粒剂，使用时加水能完全乳化，使用低浓度便可得到高效果，药效优于相同有效成分的其它剂型；3、所述乳化剂具有高的HLB值，不容易被盐析出来，所述水溶性聚合物能在固化的制剂中保持胶体稳定性，能配制含有很多液体原药的可乳化粒剂，所述载体溶于水，用旋转挤压造粒机挤压成形的造粒方法可吸附很多的液体；4、颗粒形体便于包装和运输。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1：20%毒死蜱可乳化粒剂。
液体毒死蜱20%，乳化剂FS-7PG（非离子和阴离子混合表面活性剂，竹本油脂生产）5%，水溶性聚合物聚乙烯醇（PVA）8%，余量为载体苯甲酸钠补足。先将毒死啤和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到10%聚乙烯醇（PVA）的水溶液（PVA和水按1:10配成水溶液）中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体苯甲酸钠加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。
实施例2：30%毒死蜱可乳化粒剂。
液体毒死蜱30%，乳化剂SB-75（非离子和阴离子混合表面活性剂，竹本油脂生产）8%，水溶性聚合物羧甲基淀粉钠（CMS）10%，余量为载体元明粉补足。先将毒死蜱和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到8%羧甲基淀粉钠（CMS）的水溶液（CMS和水按1:8配成水溶液）中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体元明粉加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。
实施例3：40%毒死蜱可乳化粒剂。
液体毒死啤40%，乳化剂FS-7PG（非离子和阴离子混合表面活性剂，竹本油脂生产）8%，水溶性聚合物羧甲基纤维素钠（CMC）10%，余量为载体硫酸铵补足。先将毒死蜱和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到12%羧甲基纤维素钠（CMC）的水溶液（CMC和水按1:12配成水溶液）中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体硫酸铵加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。
实施例4：50%毒死蜱可乳化粒剂。
液体毒死蜱50%，乳化剂FS-1（非离子磷酸酯，竹本油脂生产）9%，水溶性聚合物聚乙烯醇（PVA）12%，余量为载体碳酸氢铵补足。先将毒死蜱和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到10%聚乙烯醇（PVA）的水溶液（PVA和水按1:10配成水溶液）中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体碳酸氢铵加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。
实施例5：60%毒死蜱可乳化粒剂。
液体毒死蜱60%，乳化剂EP60P（非离子硫酸酯，竹本油脂生产）10%，水溶性聚合物聚乙烯醇（PVA）10%，余量为载体可溶性淀粉补足。先将毒死蜱和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到10%聚乙烯醇（PVA）的水溶液（PVA和水按1:10配成水溶液）中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体可溶性淀粉加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。
生测例：毒死蜱可乳化粒剂对稻纵卷叶螟田间药效试验。
试验目的。
通过田间试验，用数据对比毒死蜱可乳化粒剂与其它剂型的药效差异。
材料与方法。
1.处理药剂及用量：按喷液量30公斤/亩计算，药剂及亩用药量如表一。

虫口减退率＝（（药前基数-处理活虫数）/药前基数）×100%。

结果与分析。
表二。
上面生测结果表明，实施例在药效性上与乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂剂型相比，速效性与持效性明显，使用一半的剂量便可得到比其它剂型同样的效果，具有强大的渗透力。
Claims (2)
1.一种毒死蜱可乳化粒剂，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料组成：毒死蜱20-60%，乳化剂5-10%，水溶性聚合物8-12%，余量为载体；所述乳化剂选自FS-7PG、SB-75、FS-1、EP60P中的一种；所述水溶性聚合物选自聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基淀粉钠中的一种，按1:8-12配成水溶液；所述载体选自糊精、糖、尿素、硫酸铵、元明粉、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸钠、可溶性淀粉中的一种。
2.权利要求1所述一种毒死蜱可乳化粒剂的制备方法，其特征在于，先将液体毒死蜱和乳化剂混合均匀，混合后的毒死蜱被加入到水溶性聚合物的水溶液中，混合均匀得到粘稠的乳剂，再将载体加入粘稠的乳剂中得到预造粒混合物，最后造粒并干燥。
