一种用于非相干多站点多用户联合传输的基站设备,包括:测量小区边缘用户的下行信道状态信息(S61)的测量装置;基于所述测量的结果,执行单小区多用户多入多出系统的调度,并且得到加权后的和容量(S62)的调度装置;从小区边缘用户接收所有的联合传输模式,并且接收其他基站设备的加权后的和容量(S63)的接收装置;选择使得系统容量最大的小区边缘用户及其对应的联合传输模式,对所述选择的小区边缘用户进行联合传输(S64)的选择装置。根据本发明,将非相干联合传输和多用户MIMO组合在一起。
