一种适用可控硅调光器的LED调光线路
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种适用可控硅调光器的LED调光线路,属光电子技术应用领域,应用于通用照明。
背景技术:
调光不但节约电能,更是高质量照明必须,满足不同场景照明需求。作为白炽灯的调光方案,可控硅调光器具有经济方便、应用广泛的特点,调光效果非常完美。
目前,由于能效和环保的原因,世界各国都立法逐步淘汰禁用白炽灯,照明的主角是节能灯和LED灯,并且,由于LED灯无汞、无红外辐射和紫外线辐射,更高效节能更长寿也更环保,LED灯显然是未来照明的主流。但是,LED灯的调光却存在下述缺点:
1、用户希望能沿用原有的可控硅调光器,直接将白炽灯换成LED灯。由于白炽灯是纯电阻,LED灯却不是纯电阻,直接更换后调光时,易造成LED灯的闪烁和发光抖动。
2、已有许多LED驱动芯片厂家推出可以配用可控硅调光器的芯片,但使用效果并不完美,配部分可控硅调光器可以正常调光,配另一部可控硅分调光器则闪烁,无法兼容所有类型的前切相、后切相调光器。
3、这些可调光芯片电路复杂,生产调试困难,以及高昂的成本,成为LED灯替换白炽灯的一个障碍。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种适用可控硅调光器的LED调光线路,它使LED灯直接替换白炽灯调光效果一样完美,并且电路简单,成本较低,克服了LED灯替换白炽灯的一个重要阻碍。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种适用可控硅调光器的LED调光线路,50/60Hz交流正弦波波形经过三端双向可控硅开关斩波,经过桥式整流电路整流,由隔离电路取出斩波波形送入单片机控制单元,单片机控制单元输出PWM波形给LED驱动芯片,LED驱动芯片驱动发光二极管发光。
所述PWM波形的频率为桥式整流电路整流后输出波形频率的3~6倍。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它使LED灯直接替换白炽灯调光效果一样完美,并且电路简单,成本较低,克服了LED灯替换白炽灯的一个重要阻碍。它适合所有类型前切相、后切相调光器,不会因调光器差异造成闪烁等问题;采用成熟可靠的单片机,通过数字电路及程序控制,提高参数一致性同时降低生产和调试成本;有助于LED灯的普及。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至4所示,一种适用可控硅调光器的LED调光线路,50/60Hz交流正弦波波形经过三端双向可控硅开关TRIAC斩波,经过桥式整流电路A整流,由隔离电路U1取出斩波波形送入单片机控制单元MCU,单片机控制单元MCU输出PWM波形给LED驱动芯片LEDDRIVE,LED驱动芯片LEDDRIVE驱动发光二极管(LED1、LED2)发光。
所述PWM波形的频率为桥式整流电路A整流后输出波形频率的3~6倍。
工作原理:结合图1可控硅调光器的电路示意图,在图2所示可控硅调光器的波形示意图中:P0为输入的50Hz交流正弦波波形,半周波10ms,一个周期20ms。P1A、P1B为经过可控硅斩波波形,调节可控硅调光器的旋钮,可改变截止时间t1和导通时间t2的比例,实现平滑调光。
P1A波形的截止时间t1短,导通时间t2长;P1B波形的截止时间t1延长,导通时间t2变短。
可见,P1B截止时间比P1A截止时间更长,则P1B的功率比P1A功率小,P1B的照度更低。通过调节可控硅调光器的旋钮,延长导通时间t2则功率增加,缩短导通时间t2则功率减小,相应地,亮度也同时增加或减小。
结合图3本发明电路原理图,在图4所示本发明配合可控硅调光器的波形示意图中:
P0为输入的50Hz交流正弦波波形,半周波10ms,一个周期20ms。;
P1为经过可控硅斩波的50Hz交流波形,调节可控硅调光器的旋钮,可改变截止时间t1和导通时间t2的比例。
P2是经过全桥整流电路后的100Hz脉动直流波形。
其中A部分截止时间t1短,导通时间t2长;B部分截止时间t1长,导通时间t2短。
LED驱动电路用100Hz脉动直流供电,易造成LED灯的闪烁和发光抖动;即使采用昂贵的特定可调光驱动电路,经过复杂的调试,使用效果还不理想,只适用部分可控硅调光器,无法兼容所有类型的调光器。
本发明通过隔离电路将前切相、后切相调光器的的高压斩波波形经波形整形、电平转换,变成对应的低压100Hz方波波形,如波形图P3所示,其高电平时间t2与低电平时间t1比例与导通时间t2与截止时间t1比例相同。这个低压100Hz方波波形P3送入单片机控制单元,单片机控制单元输出的PWM波形频率提高数倍(例如400Hz)以避免人眼可察觉的闪烁感。这个PWM波形的占空比取决于P2波形的导通时间t2与截止时间t1比例,该PWM波形输入LED驱动电路的PWM接口,即可实现理想的无闪烁平滑调光。同时,由于采用数字技术和程序运算控制,参数具有高度的一致性和稳定性,没有模拟电路因元器件的离散性而造成的调试困难。
P4分别显示大占空比的A部分PWM波形和小占空比的B部分PWM波形。
P5则是LED驱动器输出到LED的恒流PWM波形。
具体来说,当可控硅调光器的旋钮调小,截止时间t1延长,导通时间t2变小;波形特性为P2的B部分,该波形经隔离整形和电平变换电路,得到P3的B部分方波输入单片机,单片机计算出P3的B部分波形的导通时间t2与截止时间t1比例变小,再调整输出PWM波形的占空比同步变小,LED发光相应减弱。
当可控硅调光器的旋钮调大,截止时间t1变小,导通时间t2延长;波形特性为P2的A部分,该波形经隔离整形和电平变换电路,得到P3的A部分方波输入单片机,单片机计算出P3的A部分波形的导通时间t2与截止时间t1比例变大,再调整输出PWM波形的占空比同步变大,LED发光相应增强。
由于PWM频率400Hz,每个导通周期内均稳定恒流,既无色坐标漂移,也无闪烁感,呈现完美调光效果。同时,单片机只计算P3波形的导通时间t2与截止时间t1比例,前切相与后切相并不影响输出PWM波形的占空比,调光效果不会改变。这是个独特的优势,模拟电路完全无法比肩。

Claims (2)

1.一种适用可控硅调光器的LED调光线路,其特征在于:50/60Hz交流正弦波波形经过三端双向可控硅开关(TRIAC)斩波,经过桥式整流电路(A)整流,由隔离电路(U1)取出斩波波形送入单片机控制单元(MCU),单片机控制单元(MCU)输出PWM波形给LED驱动芯片(LEDDRIVE),LED驱动芯片(LEDDRIVE)驱动发光二极管(LED1、LED2)发光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用可控硅调光器的LED调光线路,其特征在于:PWM波形的频率为桥式整流电路(A)整流后输出波形频率的3~6倍。
