本发明涉及一种大型淬火池排烟装置，它包括淬火池、排风罩、鼓风通道、引风机和鼓风机，淬火池上方的两侧设置有排风罩，排风罩内设置有引风机，鼓风通道设置在排风罩的上方，鼓风通道内设置有鼓风机。本发明结构简单，在淬火池的正上方无硬件遮挡，可以使用桥吊等起重设备搬动大型零件，使用时，可以用桥式起重机把大型零件吊起，通过淬火池上方直接放入淬火池。由于在排风罩的上方设置了鼓风通道，经鼓风机吹出的风在淬火池正上方形成了“气流风墙”，淬火时排放的烟气在上升过程中遇到气流风墙会随之流动，从而使淬火烟气在引风机的作用下经排风罩的排风口顺利排出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排风装置，具体涉及一种大型件淬火池排烟装置。
背景技术
一些大型零件在热处理如淬火时，为了把零件从加热炉运输到淬火池，需要用起重机吊运。所以，淬火池的上方不能安装排烟罩，而大型零件的淬火池尺寸很大，普通的侧面抽吸排烟方法只能抽走少量烟气，大量烟气会直接上升，造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足，提供一种大型件淬火池排烟装置，该装置能够将淬火排出的烟气顺利排出，减少环境污染。
本发明的技术方案：一种大型淬火池排烟装置，它包括淬火池、排风罩、鼓风通道、引风机和鼓风机，淬火池上方的两侧设置有排风罩，排风罩内设置有引风机，鼓风通道设置在排风罩的上方，鼓风通道内设置有鼓风机。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：本发明结构简单，在淬火池的正上方无硬件遮挡，可以使用桥吊等起重设备搬动大型零件，使用时，可以用桥式起重机把大型零件吊起，通过淬火池上方直接放入淬火池。由于在排风罩的上方设置了鼓风通道，经鼓风机吹出的风在淬火池正上方形成了“气流风墙”，淬火时排放的烟气在上升过程中遇到气流风墙会随之流动，从而使淬火烟气在引风机的作用下经排风罩的排风口顺利排出。

具体实施方式
一种大型淬火池排烟装置，它包括淬火池1、排风罩2、鼓风通道3、引风机和鼓风机，淬火池1上方的两侧设置有排风罩2，排风罩2内设置有引风机，鼓风通道3设置在排风罩2的上方，鼓风通道3内设置有鼓风机。
当大型件放入淬火池1内，会形成大量烟气，形成烟气流6，排风罩2内的引风机启动，产生引风流5，在引风流5作用下，烟气流6的两边会向排风罩流动，还有大量烟气流6会上升。启动鼓风通道3内的鼓风机，从鼓风通道3吹出的高速气流形成一道风墙4，同时也形成了低压区，不仅会阻止烟气流6的继续上升，而且由于有引风流5的作用，会形成气流7，从而带动烟气流6向排风罩流动，将烟气经排风罩的出口顺利排出。

1.一种大型淬火池排烟装置，它包括淬火池、排风罩、鼓风通道、引风机和鼓风机，其特征是淬火池上方的两侧设置有排风罩，排风罩内设置有引风机，鼓风通道设置在排风罩的上方，鼓风通道内设置有鼓风机。
