本发明公开了一种带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,它从里到外包括电热膜发热管、导热绝缘管、腔体管,还包括依次套接的电极法兰、绝缘管法兰、腔体管法兰。导热绝缘管外套在两端开口的电热膜发热管外,其首端通过绝缘管密封环、法兰密封圈,封装于绝缘管法兰中;腔体管外套在导热绝缘管外,首端开口、尾端封闭,其首端通过腔体管密封环,封装于腔体管法兰中,其尾端与导热绝缘管的尾端之间、内侧管壁与导热绝缘管的外侧管壁之间,共同形成出液腔;电极法兰上设有与电热膜发热管管口相通的进液口,腔体管法兰上设有与出液腔相通的出液口。上述结构热效率高,节约能源,延长使用寿命,十分安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及加热置,特别是一种带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒。
背景技术
现代工业或民用领域,对水、油或其它液体快速加热,可通过各种发热体来进行,但现有发热体的发热元件,大多数采用电热丝、热敏电阻发热组件或高温陶瓷组件等,或者安全性难以保障,或者热效率较低,使用成本较高。虽然有的发热体也采用了电热膜发热管发热,比采用电热丝等发热有很大的改善,但其发热体的壳体开有缺口,电热膜发热管的电热膜完全裸露,电热膜向外辐射的热能有很大一部分都从缺口白白散发掉了,热效率不高,造成很大浪费,且同时导致壳体温度较高,人手不能触及,裸露的电热膜还有发生触电事故的危险,安全性较差,另外,电热膜的表面温度也比较高,常常会被烧坏,使用寿命不长,这些都有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是提供一种带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,热效率高,节约能源,延长使用寿命,十分安全可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:提供一种带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,它从里到外包括电热膜发热管、导热绝缘管、腔体管,还包括依次套接的电极法兰、绝缘管法兰、腔体管法兰,腔体管外套在导热绝缘管外,首端开口、尾端封闭,其首端通过腔体管密封环,封装于腔体管法兰中,其尾端与导热绝缘管的尾端之间、内侧管壁与导热绝缘管的外侧管壁之间,共同形成出液腔;电极法兰上设有与电热膜发热管管口相通的进液口,腔体管法兰上设有与出液腔相通的出液口。
如上所述的带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,导热绝缘管外套在两端开口的电热膜发热管外,其首端通过绝缘管密封环、法兰密封圈,封装于绝缘管法兰中,电热膜发热管向导热绝缘管首端外伸出一段,此伸出段的管壁上装有电极,端部通过电热管密封环,封装于电极法兰中。
采用上述结构的带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,由于棒体为全封闭,且电热膜外套有绝缘套管,出液腔可以储水进行热循环,电热膜向外辐射的热能被充分利用,热效率高,节约能源,同时还可以延长使用寿命,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图2,提供一种带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,它从里到外包括电热膜发热管1、导热绝缘管2、腔体管3,还包括依次套接的电极法兰4、绝缘管法兰5、腔体管法兰6。所述导热绝缘管2采用玻璃制成,如石英玻璃管,也可采用陶瓷材料制成,如氧化锆陶瓷管,所述腔体管3采用PE塑料制成,也可采用玻璃或不锈钢等金属制成。导热绝缘管2外套在两端开口的电热膜发热管1外,其首端通过绝缘管密封环7、法兰密封圈8,封装于绝缘管法兰5中,电热膜发热管1向导热绝缘管2首端外伸出一段,此伸出段的管壁上装有电极9,便于安装时接线,此伸出段的端部通过电热管密封环10,封装于电极法兰4中,使电极处于完全密封状态。腔体管3外套在导热绝缘管2外,首端开口、尾端封闭,其首端通过腔体管密封环11,封装于腔体管法兰6中,其尾端与导热绝缘管2的尾端之间、内侧管壁与导热绝缘管2的外侧管壁之间,共同形成出液腔12。电极法兰4上设有与电热膜发热管1管口相通的进液口13,腔体管法兰6上设有与出液腔12相通的出液口14。上述结构中通过多个法兰及密封环、密封圈的设置,使棒体达到良好的密封效果,既可避免液体渗入电极部位,发生触电或短路事故,又可避免热能向棒体外辐射流失,还可避免液体从棒体外壁渗出,影响正常使用。
本发明可用于水、油等多种液体的加热,这里仅以水作为被加热的液体为例进行说明。入电热膜发热管1的内腔,此时电热膜发热产生热能液体发热棒通电工作时,冷水从进液口13进,冷水受热逐渐升温变热,并流入出液腔12,继续吸收电热膜通过导热绝缘管2向外辐射传递的热能,继续升温变热,这样电热膜发热管1内腔及向管外辐射的热能,都被循环中的水流充分吸收,热效率高,节约能源;充分受热后的热水继而从出液腔12经出液口4排出,即可实现对水加热的工作目的。上述工作过程中,电热膜表面温度不高,可避免烧坏,使用寿命大大延长,而且,棒体温度也能保持人手可触的正常温度,电热膜发热管1带电的电热膜被套在导热绝缘管2内,十分安全可靠。
上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,凡与本发明类似的结构及所作的等效变化,均应属于本发明的保护范畴。

1.一种带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,它从里到外包括电热膜发热管(1)、导热绝缘管(2)、腔体管(3),还包括依次套接的电极法兰(4)、绝缘管法兰(5)、腔体管法兰(6),其特征在于:腔体管(3)外套在导热绝缘管(2)外,首端开口、尾端封闭,其首端通过腔体管密封环(11),封装于腔体管法兰(6)中,其尾端与导热绝缘管(2)的尾端之间、内侧管壁与导热绝缘管(2)的外侧管壁之间,共同形成出液腔(12);电极法兰(4)上设有与电热膜发热管(1)管口相通的进液口(13),腔体管法兰(6)上设有与出液腔(13)相通的出液口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有电热膜发热管的液体发热棒,其特征在于:导热绝缘管(2)外套在两端开口的电热膜发热管(1)外,其首端通过绝缘管密封环(7)、法兰密封圈(8),封装于绝缘管法兰(5)中,电热膜发热管(1)向导热绝缘管(2)首端外伸出一段,此伸出段的管壁上装有电极(9),端部通过电热管密封环(10),封装于电极法兰(4)中。
