本发明涉及一种水泥缓凝剂,其原料的重量份比组成为:氨水2-3份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-8份,聚乙烯醇0.1-0.8份。本发明所述的水泥缓释剂用于硅酸盐水泥中,具有较好的缓凝作用,效果比常用缓凝剂大大提高。流动率提高:5-6%,初凝时间差延长:40-100分钟;7天抗压强度比:相差不大。

技术领域
本发明公开一种水泥缓凝剂。
背景技术
水泥缓释剂延缓混凝土凝结时间而对后期强度无明显影响的外加剂,现有的主要成分为多羟基化合物、羟基羧酸盐及其衍生物、高糖木质素磺酸盐,因其兼有减水作用,也称缓凝减水剂。此外,一些无机盐如氯化锌、硼酸盐、各种磷酸盐也有缓凝作用,提高耐久性的外加剂:引气剂、防水剂、防锈剂等。掺量为水泥用量的0.1~0.6%。缓凝剂适用于高温条件下连续灌筑混凝土、大体积混凝土、预拌混凝土和泵送混凝土。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供了一种缓释效果更好的水泥缓凝剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种水泥缓凝剂,其原料的重量份比组成为:氨水2-3份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-8份,聚乙烯醇0.1-0.8份。
所述的水泥缓凝剂的使用方法:将聚乙烯醇加适量水溶解,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加水溶解,将两种溶液混合搅匀后滴加氨水,密封备用;向水泥中加适量水搅匀,加入备用的水泥缓凝剂的溶液;其中每1千克水泥中加5-8克水泥缓凝剂、共加水0.5千克。
本发明所述的水泥缓释剂用于硅酸盐水泥中,具有较好的缓凝作用,效果比常用缓凝剂大大提高。流动率提高:5-6%,初凝时间差延长:40-100分钟;7天抗压强度比:相差不大。

实施例1

所述的水泥缓凝剂的使用方法:将聚乙烯醇加适量水溶解,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加水溶解,将两种溶液混合搅匀后滴加氨水,密封备用;向水泥中加适量水搅匀,加入备用的水泥缓凝剂的溶液;其中每1千克水泥中加5克水泥缓凝剂、共加水0.5千克。
实施例2
一种水泥缓凝剂,其原料的重量份比组成为:氨水3份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份,聚乙烯醇0.5份。
所述的水泥缓凝剂的使用方法:将聚乙烯醇加适量水溶解,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加水溶解,将两种溶液混合搅匀后滴加氨水,密封备用;向水泥中加适量水搅匀,加入备用的水泥缓凝剂的溶液;其中每1千克水泥中加8克水泥缓凝剂、共加水0.5千克。
对比试验:用不同的缓凝剂,加入同样的水泥体系中,加量相同,效果对比如下:

1.一种水泥缓凝剂,其特征是,其原料的重量份比组成为:氨水2-3份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-8份,聚乙烯醇0.1-0.8份。
2.权利要求1所述的水泥缓凝剂的使用方法:其特征是,将聚乙烯醇加适量水溶解,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加水溶解,将两种溶液混合搅匀后滴加氨水,密封备用;向水泥中加适量水搅匀,加入备用的水泥缓凝剂的溶液;其中每1千克水泥中加5-8克水泥缓凝剂、共加水0.5千克。
