Abstract

利用太阳能化粪池污水处理零排放技术设备,其工艺,以光伏电源作动力,以过滤、生物接触氧化进行前处理,以超滤、纳滤进行污水处理。产品水达到饮用标准,再利用,浓水用于水培蔬菜,污泥干化制作花卉栽培土,污水全部资源化利用。其设备结构包括:小型光伏发电系统;过滤与生物接触氧化系统;超滤、纳滤膜处理系统;浓水水培蔬菜系统。适用于分散型农村与未入排污管网的城镇生活污水处理与资源化利用。

Description

利用太阳能化粪池污水处理零排放技术设备
技术领域    本技术属于再生水净化处理技术领域。 
背景技术    农村化粪池污水,随着农村劳动力转移城市,很少利用,大部分直接排入水体,成为重要的农业面源污染。城市未纳入污水管网的分散型社区,化粪池的污水大部分直接排入城市河道。城市与农村化粪池污水直接排放,严重影响城市、农村环境和群众的生活质量。如何有效处理化粪池污水,进而资源化利用,变废为宝,是急需解决的重要技术问题。为此,开发了利用太阳能化粪池污水处理零排放技术设备,对于城乡化粪池污水处理与资源化利用有重要意义。 
发明内容    利用太阳能化粪池污水处理零排放技术工艺,是以光伏电源作动力,以过滤、生物接触氧化进行前处理,以超滤、纳滤进行污水处理,产品水再利用,浓水用于水培蔬菜,污泥干化制作花卉栽培土,污水全部资源化利用。其设备结构包括:小型光伏发电系统;过滤器与生物接触氧化系统;超滤、纳滤膜处理系统;浓水水培蔬菜系统。 
小型光伏发电系统配置:CSM306-34/S型太阳能光电板4块;铅酸蓄电池120AH/12V,4个;PAM2435型控制器,2个。光伏发电系统设计总功率1224W。太阳能光伏组件列阵如图1。 
生物接触氧化系统,设计采用软管+喷嘴的曝气方法。在曝气罐内安装4个曝气头,用软管与充气增氧泵连接。用1个24V直流增氧泵曝气。生物挂膜材料采用绳状生物接触材料,绳采用4mm尼龙绳,维纶丝外圈直径40~45mm,表面积1.4m2。生物接触氧化系统如图2。 
过滤器结构由滤网、阀门组合、文丘里管、清洗药剂容器几部分组成。具有反冲洗功能,过滤与反冲洗交替进行。保障膜系统不会堵塞。过滤器如图3。 
超滤、纳滤膜处理系统配置:2个超滤膜组件;1个纳滤膜组件。纳滤膜处理的最终产品水,达到饮用标准。纳滤膜排出的浓水,用于水培蔬菜。超滤、纳滤膜处理系统如图4。 
浓水水培蔬菜系统,由1个水培箱、1个PVC种植管、1个循环泵组成。浓水作为营养液可在水培箱与PVC种植管之间循环流动。浓水水培蔬菜系统如图5。 
污泥加活性碳粉末去异味,晾干,在光伏电源供电的小烘箱中高温消毒,做花卉栽培土。

具体实施方式    设备系统占地面积7.5m2,系统处理化粪池污水量,夏季15t/d,冬季10t/d。可供30户生活污水处理。 
日本净化槽在分散型生活污水处理方面,发挥了重要作用。中国也有引进、实验研究。但由于费用昂贵,出水总氮、总磷达不到中国污水排放标准,在中国推广困难。 
利用太阳能化粪池污水处理零排放技术设备,与净化槽相比,具有价格低廉、零排放、利用新能源、可带动有机水培蔬菜发展等优势。定型后批量化生产,进行推广,以解决农村、城镇分散型生活污水处理与资源化利用问题。

1.利用太阳能化粪池污水处理零排放技术设备,技术特征是,以光伏电源作动力,以过滤、生物接触氧化进行前处理,以超滤、纳滤进行污水处理,产品水达到饮用标准,再利用,浓水用于水培蔬菜,污泥干化制作花卉栽培土,设备包括:小型光伏发电系统;过滤与生物接触氧化系统;超滤、纳滤膜处理系统;浓水水培蔬菜系统,技术设备可将化粪池污水全部资源化利用。
