Abstract
The invention relates to a cable accessory of the electric power transmission system field of the power cable, more particularly to a 500 kV or over 500 kV outdoor terminal of a power cable. The outdoor terminal comprises a sleeve (1), an insulating compound (2), a stress cone (3), and a wrapping material (10). Besides, the terminal also includes an outlet hardware (6), an upper cover plate (7), a lower base plate (8), and a tail pipe (9). The stress cone (3) is installed in the sleeve (1) and is manufactured by liquid silicon rubber. Advantages of the invention are as follows that: (1), the performance is stable and reliable; the finished product yield is high and comprehensive cost is low. The liquid silicon rubber which is the material of the stress cone is produced by simple materials; the material quality is easy to control and the material viscosity is low; and the moulding manufacturability is good; (2), manufacturing technology is simple and the terminal is easy to make with low manufacturing cost. The liquid silicon rubber before vulcanization has low viscosity and good flowability as well as has excellent process moulding performance and needed moulding pressure is low. (3), product quality is good.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cable accessory in the field of power cable transmission systems, in particular to an outdoor terminal of a power cable of 500kV or more than 500 kV.
Background
At present, in a power cable transmission system with voltage levels of 500kV and above 500kV, most cables are crosslinked polyethylene insulated power cables, and an outdoor terminal is used for connection between the crosslinked polyethylene insulated power cables and an overhead line to realize transmission of electric energy. Along with the construction of large hydropower stations, pumped storage power stations and extra-high voltage power grids, the usage amount of outdoor terminals is larger and larger, the outdoor terminals are important connecting pieces in power cable connection systems of 500kV and above 500kV, and the reliability of the outdoor terminals directly influences the reliability of a power transmission system.
In 500kV and power cable outdoor termination more than 500kV, the stress cone of the outdoor termination commonly used at present is the whole prefabricated insulating structural style, and the outdoor termination of this kind of structure, it includes sleeve pipe, insulating agent, stress cone and around the package material, still including the gold utensil of being qualified for the next round of competitions, upper cover plate, lower plate and tail pipe, and the stress cone dress is in the sleeve pipe, and the stress cone is formed by ethylene propylene diene monomer material preparation. The stress cone mainly functions to achieve a uniform electric field and enhance insulation in the outdoor terminal when the cable insulation shield is cut off, and also provides necessary pressing force to the surface of the cable to improve the overall insulation level of the terminal, and is a key component of the outdoor terminal. Because the stress cone is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, the prior outdoor terminal of the power cable of 500kV or above has the following defects:
(1) the quality of the material for manufacturing the stress cone is difficult to control, the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber of the stress cone is mainly terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and non-conjugated diene, various additives are added in the mixing process, the formula is complex, and the quality of the material is difficult to control; the material has high viscosity and poor forming manufacturability, and the yield of the stress cone is only about 60 percent.
(2) The manufacturing process is complex, the pressure of the forming equipment required for processing the stress cone is large, the volume is large, and the manufacturing cost of the product is high. When the ethylene propylene diene monomer material is processed into the stress cone, the used rubber injection machine is structurally shown in figure 3, during manufacturing, the ethylene propylene diene monomer material is placed in a charging barrel 21 and injected into a mold 23 through an injection mechanism 22, the mold 23 is composed of an upper mold 23-1 and a lower mold 23-2 which are matched with each other, and the heated material is vulcanized and formed into the stress cone in a mold cavity of the mold. Because the viscosity of the plasticized ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber is very high and the flowability is poor, dozens of mega pressure is needed for injecting the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber into a die cavity, the die cavity and equipment need to bear very high pressure in the injection process, the size of a forming die is very large, a large-tonnage special large rubber injection machine and a large-scale die are needed for rubber injection forming, and the used materials need to be injected once, so that the stress cone of the outdoor terminal of the power cable of 500kV or above 500kV can be produced, the tonnage of the required rubber injection machine reaches above 1600 tons, the requirement of prefabricating the stress cone can be met only when the rubber injection is carried out once by more than 80 liters, the equipment size is large, the equipment cost is high, and the whole manufacturing cost is extremely high due to the increase of the equipment cost.
(3) The ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber has high hardness, Shore A60-70 and poor adhesion with the surface of a cable, so that the installation difficulty of a product and the increase of the failure rate of the product are caused, the mechanical performance (aging condition: 135 +/-3 ℃ and 7d) of an air box of the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber after aging is less than or equal to 15-25% of compression permanent deformation, less than or equal to 20-30% of tensile strength change rate and less than or equal to 20-30% of elongation change rate, the aging resistance and high temperature resistance of the material are poor, the product is required to operate under the environment condition of less than or equal to 100 ℃, the use is limited, and the application range is narrow.
The existing outdoor terminals of 500kV and above 500kV power cables have the defects, but the technical problem can not be solved for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the 500kV and above 500kV power cable outdoor terminal which has stable and reliable performance, high yield, simple manufacturing process, easy manufacturing, low cost and good quality.
The technical scheme for realizing the aim is as follows: the utility model provides a 500kV and power cable outdoor termination more than 500kV, is including sleeve pipe, insulating agent, stress cone and around the package material, still including the gold utensil of being qualified for the next round of competitions, upper cover plate, lower plate and tail pipe, the stress cone dress is in the sleeve pipe, the stress cone form by the preparation of liquid silicon rubber.

The quality of the material for manufacturing the stress cone is easy to control, the liquid silicon rubber material of the stress cone is simple, independent mixing is not needed, the formula is simple, and the quality of the material is easy to control; the material has low viscosity and good forming manufacturability, the yield of the stress cone can reach about 90 percent, the product of the invention has more stable and reliable performance, the yield is high, the time and the energy are saved, and the comprehensive cost is reduced by more than 40 percent.
(2) The manufacturing process is simple, the manufacturing is easy, and the manufacturing cost is low. The liquid silicone rubber is organic silicone rubber which is relative to mixed semi-solid silicone rubber and common room temperature vulcanized single-component silicone rubber, the liquid silicone rubber has lower viscosity and better fluidity before vulcanization, the viscosity is only 1/10 of ethylene propylene diene monomer, and the process formability is more excellent, so the manufacturing process is simple, the manufacturing is easy, the required forming pressure is small, special large rubber injection machine and large mould with large pressure are not needed for injection forming, the injection forming can be completed only by using common injection equipment and moulds, if the liquid silicone rubber two-component injection machine is adopted, the required pressure intensity of the injection machine is only several mega, the pressure intensity is 1/10 of the ethylene propylene diene monomer injection machine, the injection machine can continuously inject, the pressure intensity can reach 400L in a single time, and the injection quantity can meet the requirement of the production of the stress cone of the outdoor terminal of the power cable with 500kV or more than 500kV, the equipment volume is small, the equipment cost is greatly reduced, the manufacturing equipment is easy to obtain, and the manufacturing is easy, so the manufacturing cost of the invention is low.
(3) The product quality is good. The liquid silicone rubber has lower hardness, Shore A35-45, good adhesion with the surface of a cable, easy product installation and low product failure rate, and the mechanical properties (aging conditions: 135 +/-3 ℃ and 7d) of the liquid silicone rubber after an air box is aged, the compression permanent deformation is less than or equal to 15 percent, the tensile strength change rate is less than or equal to 10 percent, the elongation change rate is less than or equal to 10 percent, the material has good aging resistance and high temperature resistance, the product can run for a long time under the environment condition of 100-150 ℃, the product quality is good, and the application range is wide.
The invention solves the complex technical problem of adopting the ethylene propylene diene monomer in the prior art by a simple and ingenious technical scheme, and solves the technical problem which is difficult to solve for a long time.

As shown in fig. 1, the outdoor terminal of the power cable of 500kV and above 500kV comprises a sleeve 1, an insulating agent 2, a stress cone 3, a wrapping material 10, an outgoing line hardware fitting 6, an upper cover plate 7, a lower bottom plate 8 and a tail pipe 9, wherein the stress cone 3 is composed of a conductor 3-1 and an insulator 3-2, and the insulating agent 2 is insulating oil. The stress cone 3 is arranged in the sleeve 1, insulating oil is filled in the sleeve 1, a wrapping material 10 connected with the tail pipe 9 is wound below the stress cone 3, and the stress cone 3 is made of liquid silicon rubber.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1, basically the same as the first embodiment, except that the insulating agent 2 is insulating gas, and the bushing 1 is filled with the insulating gas.
As shown in figure 2, when the stress cone 3 is manufactured, a liquid silicon rubber two-component glue injection machine is adopted, the required tonnage of the glue injection machine is 100 tons, the glue injection machine can continuously inject glue, the single time can reach more than 300 liters, materials of a liquid silicon rubber material with two components of A component and B component are respectively placed in two rubber cylinders 24 of the injection machine in the manufacturing process, the materials are injected into a material pipe 27 through an injection pump 26 on an injection frame 25, the materials are mixed by a mixer 28 and then injected into a die cavity in a die 29, the die 29 is locked by a die locking mechanism 30, and finally the die 29 is heated and vulcanized to form the integral prefabricated insulating part 1.
