本发明涉及无线通信行业基站蓄电池的防盗,将蓄电池安防罩双层防护板中间插入蓄电池连接条,用专用止回螺栓下沉式固定,固定后的螺栓上表面低于蓄电池安防罩的上护板,螺栓必须用特制的工具扳手进行安装,蓄电池安防罩连接两块蓄电池,全部安装完毕后,整个基站的蓄电池变成一个整体,达到防盗的功能。

本发明依据,专用止回螺栓下沉式固定,必须采用特制工具扳手进行安装、拆除,蓄电池双层连条防护罩设计采用抗切割材料,同时该防护罩通过设计,切割片半径无法接触下面防护板,确保防盗功能。
背景技术
伴随着无线通信行业的发展,无线信号覆盖辐射范围越来越广,无线通信已成为全球最重要的通信方式,已成为工作和生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分,无线通信基站的数量也越来越多,不少无线基站座落于野外,基站内现有的防盗措施达不到蓄电池防盗效果,蓄电池丢失严重,既造成了无线通信行业的经济损失,又影响了无线通信基站的正常运转,造成手机信号中断,影响了无线通信行的信誉。
发明专利内容
本发明提出解决的问题就是要针对野外蓄电池丢失严重的情况,设计出了蓄电池安防罩,确保了蓄电池的防盗功能。
本发明是蓄电池安防罩,包括:安防罩双层护板防护措施,专用止回螺栓下沉式固定,必须采用特制工具扳手进行安装、拆除,连条防护罩设计采用双层抗切割材料,同时该防护罩通过设计,于手持角磨切割片半径无法接触下面防护板,可插入两块蓄电池间连接带,达到安防防盗效果。其技术方案是:将蓄电池安防罩双层防护板中间插入蓄电池连接条,用专用止回螺栓下沉式固定,固定后的螺栓上表面低于蓄电池安防罩的上护板,螺栓必须用特制的工具扳手进行安装,蓄电池安防罩连接两块蓄电池,全部安装完毕后,整个基站的蓄电池变成一个整体,达到防盗的功能。
本发明的另一个改进是:专用止回螺栓下沉式固定,必须采用特制工具扳手进行安装、拆除。
本发明还有一个改进是:蓄电池安防罩的连条防护罩设计采用双层抗切割材料,该防护罩采用双层板夹蓄电池连条,切割片半径无法接触下面防护板,达到防盗的功能。

具体实施方式
本发明是蓄电池安防罩如(图一),将蓄电池安防罩双层防护板中间插入蓄电池连接条(如图三、图四),用专用止回螺栓下沉式固定,固定后的螺栓上表面低于蓄电池安防罩的上护板(如图二),螺栓必须用特制的工具扳手进行安装,蓄电池安防罩连接两块蓄电池,全部安装完毕后,整个基站的蓄电池变成一个整体(如图五),达到防盗的功能。

1.蓄电池连条防护罩,其特征在于:该连条防护罩双层护板防护措施,专用止回螺栓下沉固定,必须采用特制工具扳手进行安装,连条防护罩设计采用双层抗切割材料,同时该连条防护罩通过设计,手持角磨切割片无法接触下面防护板,蓄电池连条防护罩插入两块蓄电池间连接带,达到安防防盗效果,其中,所述专用止回螺栓,即螺栓的栓头为圆柱体,在圆柱体的上表面,设计有两个直径相等的圆孔,两个圆孔的直径之和小于圆柱体上表面的直径,所述特制工具扳手与所述专用止回螺栓相对应,用于能够打开专用止回螺栓。
