Abstract

一种LED灯及LED阵列,该LED灯包括发光组件和固定于该发光组件两端的灯头,该发光组件包括散热件、灯板和灯罩,该灯板和灯罩依次固定在散热件上。该灯板上固定排布有多个发光二极管组,每个发光二极管组中包括多个相互串联的发光二极管,该多个发光二极管组所包含的发光二极管形成发光二极管阵列,其中,该发光二极管阵列的每列或每行上的至少两个发光二极管分别属于不同的发光二极管组。本发明的LED灯,通过将每个发光二极管组相互交错排列,即使一组或几组发光二极管组不亮,也不会使该LED灯照明时出现整条明显的暗区。

LED灯及LED阵列
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,尤指一种避免单颗发光二极管损坏导致整体灯管出现明显暗区的LED灯及LED阵列。
背景技术
和传统光源相比,发光二极管(LED)具有较高之发光效率(光源温度较一般灯泡低)、低辐射、低耗电、寿命长、低电压、启动快速、环保、抗震抗压、灯具可小型化等优点,以LED作为光源的照明装置目前被广泛应用于各种照明,如室内照明、室外照明、可携式照明(如手电筒)、情境照明等应用中。但现有LED灯的分布采用常规的依序排列,如图1所示,每列的多颗LED串联排布,当灯板上有1颗LED损坏时,会有一串灯不亮,灯管便会有明显的暗区出现,影响光照的均匀度,不利于人的感官视觉。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种LED灯及LED阵列,即使一串发光二极管不亮,也不会导致LED灯管出现明显的整条暗区。
一种LED灯,包括发光组件和固定于该发光组件两端的灯头,该发光组件包括散热件、灯板和灯罩,该灯板和灯罩依次固定在散热件上。该灯板上固定排布有多个发光二极管组,每个发光二极管组中包括多个相互串联的发光二极管,该多个发光二极管组所包含的发光二极管形成发光二极管阵列,其中,该发光二极管阵列的每列或每行上的至少两个发光二极管分别属于不同的发光二极管组。
一种LED阵列,其包括至少两个发光二极管组,每个发光二极管组均包括相互串联的多个发光二极管。每一发光二极管组所包括的发光二极管与其他发光二极管组所包括的发光二极管相互交错排列,形成规则的所述发光二极管阵列,每列或每行上的每一个发光二极管属于不同的发光二极管组。
本发明的LED灯,每个发光二极管组中相互串联的发光二极管分布于不同的行或列中,而非传统的相互串联的发光二极管排列成一行或一列的结构,如此,当一发光二极管组由于其所包含的一个发光二极管损坏而无法发光时,也不会使该LED灯照明时出现整条明显的暗区。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参考图2,本发明LED灯的整体示意图。所述LED灯100包括发光组件10和灯头20。灯头20通过螺钉等固定元件固定在发光组件10的两端,发光组件10通过灯头20的引脚22固定在用于固持LED灯100的灯管支架(图未示),并与该固持部的相应端子接触以建立电连接,如此电能通过该固持部传输至该LED灯100。
请参考图3,所述发光组件10包括散热件11、灯板12和灯罩13。本实施方式中,该散热件11由具有良好导热性的材料如铝合金板制作。所述灯板12的正面安装交错布置的发光二极管121。灯头20的引脚22通过导线与各发光二极管相连(图未示)。灯罩13由透明且防火的材料制成,其呈半圆柱形。灯板12和灯罩13依次固定在散热件11上。
请一并参考图4,所述灯板12上固定有一个发光二极管阵列123,该发光二极管阵列123包括至少两个发光二极管组,该至少两个发光二极管组相互并联连接,每个发光二极管组均包括相互串联的至少两个发光二极管121及一个恒流二极管122(CRD),该恒流二极管122通过引脚22与一电源电连接(图未示),为发光二极管121提供电量。例如:图4示出的灯板12上固定有7个发光二极管组,每个发光二极管包括10颗发光二极管121及一恒流二极管122。该恒流二极管122可在很宽的电源电压范围内输出恒定的电流,从而能够保障发光二极管121的发光稳定性及延长使用寿命。
所述每一发光二极管组所包括的发光二极管121与其他发光二极管组所包括的发光二极管121相互交错排列,形成规则的发光二极管阵列123,其中,该发光二极管阵列123中每列或每行上的至少两个发光二极管121属于不同的发光二极管组。
本实施方式中,所述7组LED灯串构成10行7列的发光二极管121阵列,每行上的每一颗(7颗)发光二极管121分别串联于7组LED灯串,并分别与一颗恒流二极管122串联。
通过上述结构排列本发明的LED灯100的发光二极管,使每个发光二极管组中相互串联的发光二极管121分布于不同的行或列中,而非传统的相互串联的发光二极管排列成一行或一列的结构,如此,当一发光二极管组由于其所包含的一个发光二极管损坏而无法发光时,也不会使该LED灯100照明时出现整条明显的暗区。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED灯,包括发光组件和固定于该发光组件两端的灯头,该发光组件包括散热件、灯板和灯罩,该灯板和灯罩依次固定在散热件上,其特征在于,该灯板上固定排布有多个发光二极管组,每个发光二极管组中包括多个相互串联的发光二极管,该多个发光二极管组所包含的发光二极管形成发光二极管阵列,其中,该发光二极管阵列的每列或每行上的至少两个发光二极管分别属于不同的发光二极管组。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该散热件由铝合金板制作。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该灯罩由透明且防火的材料制成,其呈半圆柱形。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:每个发光二极管组中还串联有一恒流二极管。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该发光二极管阵列中每行上的发光二极管都属于不同的发光二极管组。
6.一种LED阵列,其包括至少两个发光二极管组,每个发光二极管组均包括相互串联的多个发光二极管,其特征在于:每一发光二极管组所包括的发光二极管与其他发光二极管组所包括的发光二极管相互交错排列,形成规则的所述发光二极管阵列,每列或每行上的每一个发光二极管属于不同的发光二极管组。
7.如权利要求6所述的LED阵列,其特征在于:每个发光二极管组中还串联有一恒流二极管。
