随着对车辆经济性特别是车辆燃料经济性的增加的关注,汽车制造商转向更加小型且更轻型的车辆以及独特的车辆动力系,以便提高效率。因为车辆封装参数变得日益紧凑,所以减小尺寸可能需要传统发动机部件的独特配置。
发明内容
在示例性实施例中,提供了一种进气歧管组件,其用于安装到气缸盖,并且配置成将燃烧空气输送到气缸盖,所述进气歧管组件包括:中央定位的拉链管,所述中央定位的拉链管具有用于接收来自节气门体的燃烧空气的开口;第一和第二流流道,所述第一和第二流流道从所述中央定位的拉链管延伸,以终止于共用进气歧管集气室,用于将燃烧空气输送到共用进气歧管集气室;以及限定在所述第一和第二空气流流道之间的中央定位的进入开口。

具体实施方式

现在参考图1,本发明的示例性实施例是针对被配置成将燃烧空气输送到内燃发动机12的气缸盖14的进气歧管组件10。气缸盖14如同其他部件那样安装到气缸体16,所述其他部件例如后部安装的起动机18和前部安装的带驱动式交流发电机22,其中起动机18在起动模式期间接合并且旋转带齿的飞轮20。 
进气歧管组件10包括中央定位的拉链管(zip tube)24,拉链管24具有安装凸缘26,安装凸缘26配置成在其上接收并且支撑节气门体28。 中央定位的安装凸缘26包括开口30(图4),用于接收来自进气系统(未示出)的流经节气门体28的计量供给的燃烧空气。 节气门体通过合适的紧固件例如螺栓32固定到安装凸缘26,图2。
在图2和图5示出的示例性实施例中,中央定位的拉链管24在安装凸缘26下面分叉成第一空气流流道34和第二空气流流道36。第一空气流流道34和第二空气流流道36沿着进气歧管10轴向延伸,并且终止于共用进气歧管集气室38的轴向远端,流经节气门体28并进入拉链管24内的燃烧空气被输送到共用进气歧管集气室38。 进气歧管集气室38配置成将由第一空气流流道34和第二空气流流道36中每一个所输送的燃烧空气分配到多个进气流道,在该情形中,为第一进气流道40、第二进气流道42、第三进气流道44和第四进气流道46,第一进气流道40、第二进气流道42、第三进气流道44和第四进气流道46沿着共用进气歧管集气室38的长度并且围绕共用进气歧管集气室38的周缘轴向延伸,从而终止于出口端口48(图1),出口端口48流体地且密封地连接到气缸盖14的入口端口(未示出)。在示例性实施例中,第一和第二流流道终止于轴向间隔的进气流道之间。更具体地,在图2和图5的实施例中,分别地,第一空气流流道34延伸在第一进气流道40和第二进气流道42之间,而第二空气流流道36延伸在第三进气流道44和第四进气流道46之间。 
进气歧管组件10通过利用合适的紧固件例如螺栓50连接到气缸盖,螺栓50接合被附接到进气流道40、42、44、46的出口端54的密封凸缘52。在图2和图5的示例性实施例中,为了确保在进气流道40、42、44、46的出口端口48与气缸盖14之间的无泄漏密封,沿着密封凸缘52的全部长度将一致的密封力施加到密封凸缘52是很重要的。拉链管24分叉成第一空气流流道34和第二空气流流道36在第二进气流道42和第三进气流道44之间提供了中央定位的进入开口56,否则如果拉链管24以传统的单管方式将燃烧空气输送到进气歧管集气室38的中央,则进入开口56是不可得到的。通过进入开口56,紧固件(例如螺栓50)容易定位并且有效地提供了在进气歧管组件10的密封凸缘52和内燃发动机12的气缸盖14之间的可靠密封。
现在参考图1、图3和图4,在另一个示例性实施例中,进气歧管组件10A包括中央定位的拉链管24,拉链管24具有安装凸缘26,安装凸缘26配置成在其上接收和支撑节气门体28。安装凸缘26包括开口30(图4),用于接收来自进气系统(未示出)的流经节气门体28的计量供给的燃烧空气。节气门体28通过合适的紧固件例如螺栓32固定到安装凸缘26。
中央安装的拉链管24在安装凸缘26下面分叉成两个空气流流道34和36。流经拉链管24的燃烧空气被分到两个分立的流动路径里,并且输送到共用进气歧管集气室38。共用进气歧管集气室38配置成将分别由第一空气流流道34和第二空气流流道36中每一个所输送的燃烧空气分配到多个进气流道,在该情形中,为第一进气流道40、第二进气流道42、第三进气流道44和第四进气流道46,第一进气流道40、第二进气流道42、第三进气流道44和第四进气流道46沿着共用进气歧管集气室38的长度并且围绕共用进气歧管集气室38的周缘轴向延伸,从而终止于出口端口48(图1),出口端口48流体地且密封地连接到气缸盖14的入口端口(未示出)。然而,在该示例性实施例中,第一空气流流道34和第二空气流流道36两者延伸在第二进气流道42和第三进气流道44之间,拉链管24到空气流流道34和36的分叉提供了在它们之间的中央定位的进入开口56,否则如果拉链管24如同单管那样将燃烧空气输送到进气歧管集气室38的中心,那么进入开口56将是不可得到的。通过所述进入开口,紧固件例如螺栓50容易定位并且有效地提供在进气歧管组件10和内燃发动机12的气缸盖14之间的可靠密封(图1、图2和图3)。
尽管本发明已经以具有四进气流道的进气歧管组件公开,但是本发明设想还可以容易地应用到具有例如六进气流道(正如人们可以在直列式六缸发动机上发现的那样)的歧管组件。还可以设想其他发动机配置。
尽管参照示例性实施例已经描述了本发明,但是要理解的是,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,本领域技术人员能够实现各种变化,并且可以用等同物替代它们的元件。另外,可以实现许多修改以便使特定的情况或材料适应本发明的教导,而不会脱离其实质范围。因此,本发明并不意在被被限制于作为用于实现本发明所设想的最佳模式公开的特定的实施例,而是本发明将包括落入本申请范围内的全部实施例。

Claims (7)

1.一种进气歧管组件,用于安装到气缸盖并且配置成将燃烧空气输送到所述气缸盖,包括∶
中央定位的拉链管,所述中央定位的拉链管具有用于接收来自节气门体的燃烧空气的开口;
第一空气流流道和第二空气流流道,所述第一空气流流道和第二空气流流道从所述中央定位的拉链管延伸,以终止于共用进气歧管集气室,用于将所述燃烧空气输送到所述共用进气歧管集气室;和
限定在所述第一空气流流道和第二空气流流道之间的中央定位的进入开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的进气歧管组件,其特征在于,其还包括:
多个进气流道,所述多个进气流道沿着所述共用进气歧管集气室的长度并围绕所述共用进气歧管集气室的周缘轴向延伸,以终止于出口端口,所述出口端口流体地且密封地连接到所述气缸盖,其中所述第一空气流流道和所述第二空气流流道延伸在中央定位的进气流道之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的进气歧管组件,其特征在于,其还包括:
密封凸缘,所述密封凸缘附接到所述多个进气流道的出口端;和
紧固件,所述紧固件穿过所述中央定位的进入开口定位,以便接合所述进气歧管、所述密封凸缘和所述气缸盖,从而限定它们之间的密封。
4.一种进气歧管组件,用于安装到气缸盖并且配置成将燃烧空气输送到所述气缸盖,包括:
中央定位的拉链管,所述中央定位的拉链管包括用于接收来自节气门体的燃烧空气的开口;
第一流流道和第二流流道,所述第一流流道和第二流流道从所述中央定位的拉链管延伸,以终止于共用进气歧管集气室的轴向远端;和
限定在第二流流道和第一流流道之间的中央定位的进入开口。
5.如权利要求4所述的进气歧管组件,其特征在于,其还包括:
第一、第二、第三和第四进气流道,所述第一、第二、第三和第四进气流道流体连接到所述共用进气歧管集气室,并且配置成将来自所述共用进气歧管集气室的燃烧空气传输到所述气缸盖,并且第一流流道和第二流流道分别终止在第一和第二进气流道之间以及终止在第三和第四进气流道之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的进气歧管组件,其特征在于,其还包括:
密封凸缘,所述密封凸缘附接到所述第一、第二、第三和第四进气流道的出口端;和
紧固件,所述紧固件穿过所述中央定位的进入开口定位,以便接合所述进气歧管、所述密封凸缘和所述气缸盖,从而限定它们之间的密封。
7.如权利要求4所述的进气歧管组件,其特征在于,其还包括:
多个进气流道,所述多个进气流道流体连接到所述共用进气歧管集气室,并且配置成将燃烧空气从所述共用进气歧管集气室传输到所述气缸盖,以及所述第一流流道和第二流流道终止于轴向间隔的进气流道之间。
