Abstract

本发明是一种用于制作空调压缩机消音器的复合材料,其特征在于包括有如下组份:高分子基体、玻璃纤维和偶联剂,其中高分子基体为液晶聚合物(LCP),上述各组份的质量百分比如下:液晶聚合物(LCP)59.8-74.99%、玻璃纤维25-40%及偶联剂0.01-0.2%。本发明的复合材料具有优异的绝热、耐冷冻机油和制冷剂性能,既可以降低噪音,又能提高吸气效率;另一方面复合材料比重小,可通过注塑的方式生产制作空调压缩机消音器,成型加工简便节能,可降低空调压缩机消音器的制造成本和提高产品生产效率,并且还可以制作普通金属冲压不能制作的结构复杂的空调压缩机消音器,另外,通过注塑成型,还可以将消音器的吸气和排气口部位棱角变得平滑,能进一步降低噪音。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制作空调压缩机消音器的复合材料,属于用于制空调压缩机消音器的复合材料的改进技术。
背景技术
在全封闭制冷压缩机中,制冷剂在传输过程中会产生噪音。为了降低噪音,全封闭制冷压缩机通常设置有消音器。目前,空调压缩机消音器多数采用不锈钢冲压而成,成型工序较多,生产效率低下;并且,冲压而成的不锈钢消音器其吸气和排气口部位棱角较为尖锐,不利于消音。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝热、耐冷冻机油和制冷剂性能、低成本的用于制作空调压缩机消音器的复合材料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于制作空调压缩机消音器的复合材料,其特征在于包括有如下组份:高分子基体、玻璃纤维和偶联剂,其中高分子基体为液晶聚合物,上述各组份的质量百分比如下:
液晶聚合物                      59.8-74.99%
玻璃纤维                        25-40%
偶联剂                          0.01-0.2%
所述液晶聚合物为高结晶的热致热塑性塑料。
本发明的复合材料具有优异的绝热、耐冷冻机油和制冷剂性能,既可以降低噪音,又能提高吸气效率;另一方面复合材料比重小,可通过注塑的方式生产制作空调压缩机消音器,成型加工简便节能,可降低空调压缩机消音器的制造成本和提高产品生产效率,并且还可以制作普通金属冲压不能制作的结构复杂的空调压缩机消音器,另外,通过注塑成型,还可以将消音器的吸气和排气口部位棱角变得平滑,能进一步降低噪音。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
本发明用于制作空调压缩机消音器的复合材料,包括有如下组份:高分子基体、玻璃纤维和偶联剂,其中高分子基体为液晶聚合物LCP,上述各组份的质量百分比如下:
液晶聚合物LCP                   59.8-74.99%
玻璃纤维                        25-40%
偶联剂                          0.01-0.2%
本实施例中,所述液晶聚合物LCP占72.9%、玻璃纤维占27%、偶联剂占0.1%。所述液晶聚合物LCP为高结晶的热致热塑性塑料。
实施例2:
    本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:所述液晶聚合物LCP占59.8%、玻璃纤维占40%、偶联剂占0.2%。

1.一种用于制作空调压缩机消音器的复合材料,其特征在于包括有如下组份:高分子基体、玻璃纤维和偶联剂,其中高分子基体为液晶聚合物(LCP),上述各组份的质量百分比如下:
液晶聚合物(LCP)               59.8-74.99%
玻璃纤维                        25-40%
偶联剂                          0.01-0.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制作空调压缩机消音器的复合材料,其特征在于所述液晶聚合物(LCP)为高结晶的热致热塑性塑料。
