技术领域
本发明属于纯中药技术领域，具体地说是一种治疗流行性腮腺炎的外用药物。
背景技术
腮腺炎又称撑耳环、猪头腮等，是由腮腺炎病毒侵犯腮腺引起的急性呼吸传染病，是儿童和青少年中常见的呼吸道传染病，腮腺的非化脓性肿胀疼痛为突出的病征。腮腺炎属于中医的“痄腮”、“大头瘟”、“含腮疮”等的范畴。西医主要用腮腺炎三联疫苗，抗菌素，抗病毒药治疗，但其效果不理想，有效率低，治愈慢，而且易产生抗药性，有副作用。中医多用荆防败毒散(摄生众妙方)、五味消毒饮(医宗金鉴)加减治疗，或用金黄散(医宗金鉴)外敷，效果也不理想，治愈率低，治愈慢的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗流行性腮腺炎的外用药物，使用方便，效果好，有效率高，治愈率高，不易复发的能迅速治愈流行性腮腺炎的药物。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的，一种治疗流行性腮腺炎的外用药物，其特征在于：它是由下述重量份的中药原料组成的，蒲公英10、仙人掌12、马齿苋12、岗梅10、三桠苦10、紫花地丁10、大青叶10、板蓝根10、金花草10、薄荷12。将以上中药原料混合均匀共粉碎过300目筛的药粉收瓶备用。
使用方法：取适量药粉用适量生蜂蜜或用适量鸡蛋清调成稠糊状，外敷在患处。
治疗疗程：1-2天为1个疗程，轻者，1个疗程可治愈，重者，2个疗程可治愈。
治疗效果：有效率100％，治愈率在98％。
本发明的药物机理如下：
蒲公英：味苦、甘，性寒。入肝肾经。具有清热解毒，消痈散结的功效。参考(中医方药学，广东中医学院编，广东人民出版社，1973年6月第1版第1次印发，见166页)
马齿苋：味酸，性微寒。具有清热解毒，消痈肿的功效。(同上，见195页)
岗梅：味甘、微苦，性凉。具有清热生津，利咽喉，散瘀消肿止痛的功效。(同上，见141-142页)
三桠苦：味苦，性寒。气香。具有清热泻火，行气止痛，燥湿止痒的功效。(同上，见144-145页)
紫花地丁：味苦、辛，性寒。入心、肝经。具有清热解毒，消痈肿的功效。(同上，见165页)
大青叶：味苦，性寒。入心、胃、肺经。具有清热解毒，凉血消斑的功效。(同上，见167-168页)用于防治瘟疫及疫毒证，如，痄腮(腮腺炎)。
板蓝根：味苦，性寒。具有清热解毒，清利咽喉的功效。(同上，见168页)用于治疗大头瘟疫，痄腮(腮腺炎)。
金花草：味微苦，性微寒。具有清热解毒，清热利湿的功效。(同上，见200-201页)
薄荷：味辛，性凉。气浓香。入肺、肝经。具有疏散风热，清头目，利咽喉，透疹，疏肝开郁的功效。(同上，见83页)
仙人掌：味淡，性寒，具有行气活血，清热解毒，消肿止痛，健脾止泻，安神利尿的功效。参考清代赵学敏著的《本草纲目拾遗》。
按，方中用蒲公英、紫花地丁、大青叶、板蓝根清热解毒，消痈散结为主，治耳下腮部漫肿，坚硬作痛，腮腺局部红、肿、痛、热，耳前耳后肿，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，面正赤；辅以仙人掌、马齿苋、岗梅、三桠苦、金花草清热泻火，散瘀消肿，清热利湿，同时增强蒲公英、紫花地丁、大青叶、板蓝根清热解毒，消痈散结的作用，故能迅速消祛耳下腮部漫肿，坚硬作痛，腮腺局部红、肿、痛、热，耳前耳后肿，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，发热、面正赤；用薄荷者，因薄荷味辛，辛能透皮肤，能引药力渗透皮肤，又有疏散风热，清头目，利咽喉之功，故诸药相合，相得益彰，具有清热解毒，消痈散结之功，迅速治愈腮腺炎。
本发明的药物具有清热解毒，消痈散结之功能。
本发明的药物适用于腮腺炎。
主治：由腮腺炎引起的耳下腮部漫肿，坚硬作痛，腮腺局部红、肿、痛、热，耳前耳后肿，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，面正赤，发热。
中医认为腮腺炎是感受风湿邪毒所致。其发病机理为：风热上攻，阻遏少阳；胆热犯胃，气血亏滞和亏损，痰瘀阻留；邪退正虚，气阴亏耗等。因足少阳之脉起于内眦，上底头角下耳后，绕耳而行，故见耳下腮部漫肿，坚硬作痛，腮腺局部红、肿、痛、热，耳前耳后肿，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，面正赤，发热。应以清热解毒，消痈散结为治则，方能迅速治愈腮腺炎。
具体实施方式：
实施例：取蒲公英10、仙人掌12、马齿苋12、岗梅10、三桠苦10、紫花地丁10、大青叶10、板蓝根10、金花草10、薄荷12。将以上中药原料混合均匀共粉碎过300目筛的药粉收瓶备用。
使用方法：取适量药粉用适量生蜂蜜或用适量鸡蛋清调成稠糊状，外敷在患处。
治疗疗程：1-2天为1个疗程，轻者，1个疗程可治愈，重者，2个疗程可治愈。
治疗效果：有效率100％，治愈率在98％。
为表明本发明药物的疗效，将临床症状以耳下腮部漫肿，坚硬作痛，腮腺局部红、肿、痛、热，耳前耳后肿，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，面正赤，发热为诊断标准确诊为腮腺炎的100例患者平均分给对照组和实验组，对照组分给50例，实验组分给50例，立档留查加以统计对比。治疗1-3个疗程，对照组用金黄散(医宗金鉴)外敷患处24小时换一次药；实验组用本发明药物按上述使用方法外敷患处24小时换一次药，皆以症状耳下腮部漫肿，坚硬作痛，腮腺局部红、肿、痛、热，耳前耳后肿，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，面正赤，发热减轻为有效；症状耳下腮部漫肿，坚硬作痛，腮腺局部红、肿、痛、热，耳前耳后肿，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，面正赤，发热完全消失为痊愈，统计表明结果如下：

结果表明，本发明药物治疗腮腺炎的效果优于金黄散治疗腮腺炎的效果，值得推广。
举例：邻居7岁男孩，于2009年5月20号下午来研究所，大人述，孩子昨天上午说，右腮吃饭疼，不敢张嘴，没当回事，今天下午右腮肿起来了，咽喉疼，是不是痄腮啊，症见：右耳下腮部有点漫肿，按之硬且痛，腮腺局部红、肿、热，颊肿，咽喉肿痛，量体温37.8℃，临床诊断为腮腺炎，急取适量本发明药物用适量生蜜调成稠糊状，外敷右腮部，咐其在研究所待上2个小时，以观看消炎止痛效果，果不然，2个小时，问是否还疼，该男孩说不疼了，随让其回家，待明天下午再来，5月21号下午来，把药拿去，一切症状完全消失，再量体温，体温正常，为防复发，又敷一次，5月22号下午把药拿去，一切症状完全消失，随访未复发。
