Abstract
一种用于治疗聋哑病的药物，采用天然中草药为原料，应用科学方法配制而成，其特征在于其原料组成物所含的各种原料的重量份数比为：天仙果20～30∶冬虫5～10∶苘麻20～30∶枇杷叶20～30∶竹叶15～25∶鱼腥草15～25∶蛇含10～20。与已有技术比较，本发明具有药效明显，疗效显著，只要用药对症，施药合理，坚持用药，再配合一些外搽外擦的涂贴药剂可取得明显治疗效果，多年来对部分先天性或后天性聋哑患者使用，对10周岁至40周岁的聋哑患者疗效可达85%，对10周岁以下聋哑小孩疗效更佳。
Description
(一)技术领域：
本发明涉及一种治疗聋哑疾病的药物，特别是一种可用于治疗先天性或后天性聋哑病的药物(组合物)。
(二)背景技术：
众所周知，自古以来，得聋哑病患的十分难治，不论是先天性还是后天性聋哑病患者，再高明的大夫，再有名的大医院对其只能束手无策，二十世纪六十年代，祖国医务界中虽有采用针炙针刺的办法治疗聋哑病患者的电视新闻报道，但因种种原因，该医疗方法始终没有最后推广。由于聋哑病自古以来就认为是难以用药物就能治愈的“绝症”，因此至今还未见到有关能基本治愈聋哑病的报道。
(三)发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种可用于治疗聋哑病的药物，该药物制剂对先天性聋哑病人或后天性聋哑病人的治疗具有疗效确切，效果显著，甚至可以根治。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的：本发明是基于现代药理研究，并根据本申请人多年的实践经验，以中医内治法为主要突破口，采用天然中草药为配伍原料(可灵活配合本人另外研制的外敷外搽辅助药，拟另外申请专利)，应用科学方法精制而成，本发明药物的特征在于其原料组成物主要包括天仙果、冬虫、苘麻、枇杷叶、竹叶、鱼腥草、蛇含等，其原料组成物所含的各种原料的重量份数比为：天仙果20～30∶冬虫5～10∶苘麻20～30∶枇杷叶20～30∶竹叶15～25∶鱼腥草15～25∶蛇含15～20。
在具体实施时，本发明还可在前述原料的基础上灵活添加如下辅助原料组成物(有效组份的重量份数)：观音竹(又名徐长卿)8～12，威灵仙8～12，川芎10～15，党参10～15，熟地10～15。
本发明之所以选择上述配伍的中草药原料进行制备，是缘于天仙果的性味功能：甘、微辛温，无毒，具有祛风化湿，止痛，主治关节风湿疼痛，头风疼痛，跌打损伤，小儿发育缓慢。苘麻性味微辛平，无毒，能消肿解毒，清热润肠，主治肺热声嘶，咽喉刺痛，久聋，急慢性中耳炎。枇杷叶：甘酸平、无毒、能镇咳祛痰、和胃、去劳郁胸闷。竹叶：性味甘、淡、寒，能清热除烦，主治热病烦渴、口舌生疮，失声音(声哑)。鱼腥草：性味辛、微寒、能清热解毒，消痈排脓，治肺痈，肺热咳嗽，毒蛇咬伤、中耳炎、利尿通淋。蛇含性味：苦微寒、无毒、祛风解毒、活血行瘀、止咳化痰、消肿止痛，主治：风热咳嗽，跌打损伤或旧伤发痛，缠身蛇(带状疱疹)。观音竹(又称徐长卿)性味：辛温、无毒、理气祛风、去瘀生新、止痛解毒，主治跌打肿痛，消化不良，毒蛇咬伤，风湿痛。威灵仙性味：苦温、无毒、通经活络，散结止疼，主治风湿关节炎，坐骨神经痛，食道癌，百日咳。川芎性味：辛温，能活血行气，治跌打肿痛、胸肋疼痛、治头痛、风湿痹痛、心气痛。
本发明的毒性毒理问题：本发明使用安全，所用某些中草药虽或许有一定毒性，但在安全剂量范围内用药十分安全，无明显毒副反应。
与已有技术比较，本发明具有药效明显，疗效显著，只要用药对症，施药合理，坚持用药，若再配合一些外搽外擦的涂贴药可取得明显治疗效果。根据本申请人多年来对部分先天性或后天性聋哑病患者使用，对10周岁至40周岁的聋哑患者，证实疗效可达85％，对10周岁以下聋哑小孩疗效更佳。
(四)具体实施方式
本发明可以采用传统提取工艺方法制成内服药，包括口服液、汤剂合剂外，还可根据需要并采用常规方法制成片剂或颗粒剂或粉剂，还可制成外用涂贴药剂(制备的工艺步骤包括按配比称取中草药各组分，切碎、干燥、破碎浸泡、煎煮、过滤、浓缩等步骤)。

1、一种用于治疗聋哑病的药物，采用中草药为原料提取有效成分所制成，其特征在于：制成有效成份的原料为：天仙果、冬虫、苘麻、枇杷叶、竹叶、鱼腥草和蛇含，其所用的各种原料的重量份数比为：天仙果20～30，冬虫5～10 苘麻20～30，枇杷叶20～30，竹叶15～25，鱼腥草15～25，蛇含10～20。
