本发明专利申请涉及独特的“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,尤其涉及由高效率使用的蜂窝电话通过使用电信网络中现存的、以新的方式组织的技术资源来实现的系统,它允许通过向主叫订户发送广告和/或机构消息以使一些或所有计费时间由赞助商补贴来实现呼叫。
众所周知,当前由于全球化以及其他因素(诸如技术的扩张),经济体系的各个部分的竞争益发激烈,迫使各个公司在产品、过程和设施的优化上进行投资。
电信网络中的已知技术不允许订户在没有为部分或所有收费时间付费的情况下执行呼叫。对紧急号码的呼叫是例外,诸如号码190(警察)或者具有前缀0800的巴西非地理代码。可用于无成本呼叫的资源是取决于被叫号码是否同意的待收费呼叫,称作直拨收费(巴西DDC)。

本发明专利申请所要求保护的主题,“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,主要由通过高效率使用的一般意义上的电信网络使用现存的、以新的方式组织的技术资源来实现的系统(S)构成,它使得能通过向主叫订户发送广告和/或机构消息来使用一些或所有收费时间由赞助商补贴来执行呼叫。
系统(S)基本上包括主叫订户(X)、运营商的交换中心(5)、消息平台(3)以及被叫订户(1),其中在该交换中心(5)处发生呼叫的导向(5)和收费(2)。具体而言,系统(S)使用运营商的特定格式(例如,*abc)的服务代码来将呼叫导向到促销消息的路由。在第一步骤中,通过由主叫订户(X)拨运营商的服务代码串连上被叫订户(1)的号码来激活系统(S)。交换中心(5)当接收到服务代码时识别到订户是预付费的(a)并激活预付费平台来准备对呼叫(2)的收费。接着,交换中心(5)基于对服务代码(b)的分析将呼叫转发到消息平台(3)的路由。该消息平台(3)基于服务代码的标识符“c”,并且最终还基于一天中的时间、一周中的周几以及日期的类型(周末、假日)来选择适当的消息/商业广告、广告、促销或公司通告来发送(4)至主叫订户(c)。在消息结束时,消息平台将呼叫的控制权返回给交换中心(5),交换中心随后基于当激活该过程时由主叫订户指示的、与服务代码串连的被叫订户(d)的号码来对呼叫进行导向(6)。如果被叫订户是空闲的,则交换中心(5)建立主叫订户与被叫订户之间的连接(7),由此这两个订户可发起会话(e)。由这两个订户中之一的复位标记的呼叫结束使得交换中心在两个方向上均释放连接(8)。接着,交换中心(5)通知预付费平台该呼叫的总时间(已减去由赞助商定义的受赞助时间),从而从主叫订户可用的帐款中扣除流动时间。因此,主叫订户享受取决于呼叫的持续时间呼叫的部分或全部计费时间由赞助商付费的利益。如果该设施扩展到后付费订户和一般意义上的电信网络,则交换中心将不需要涉及预付费平台,或者控制(2)和(9)将不执行,结束该过程(f)。基于该呼叫的服务代码,在处理订户的账户期间受赞助时间将从收费时间中扣除。

Claims (9)

1.“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,其特征在于,使用电信网络中现存的资源在主叫订户与被叫订户之间的一些或全部收费通信由赞助实体支付的情况下来进行电话呼叫;作为回报并在得到主叫订户的同意的情况下,所述主叫订户接收所述赞助商的消息、商业广告、广告、促销或机构通告。
2.如权利要求1所述的“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,其特征在于,使用运营商的服务代码作为资源,用于激活所述系统的规程;用于从呼叫的计费时间扣除受赞助时间的规程;消息平台和通过语音、文本或多媒体实现的商业广告、广告、促销通告的消息。
3.如权利要求1所述的“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,其特征在于,由运营商的预定义的格式的服务代码来识别,其中能取决于“c”的值来定义不同的路由。
4.如权利要求3所述的“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,其特征在于,优选的格式*abc。

7.如权利要求1所述的“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,其特征在于,具有在订户的账户处理期间基于服务代码从总时间扣除受赞助时间的规程,呼叫的总计费时间是针对后付费订户和一般意义上的电信网络。
8.如权利要求1所述的“补贴电话呼叫的系统”,其特征在于,使用允许对于运营商的服务代码的元素“c”的每个可能值,根据一天中的时间、一周中的周几和诸如周末和假期的特定日,来关联消息、商业广告、广告、促销或机构通告的消息平台,除了根据编排发送所述消息、商业广告、广告、促销或机构通告外,所述消息平台在所述消息结束时将所述呼叫转发至在激活规程中指示的被叫订户的号码,控制整个导向过程,或者,如果所述网络连接至支持机构以便返回对所述呼叫的导向的控制并利用适宜的信令系统,则将对导向的控制返回给所述网络。
