有绝缘套环的金属陶瓷电热体内燃机气缸压力传感器,涉及一种内燃机气缸压力传感器。所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种有绝缘套环的金属陶瓷电热体内燃机气缸压力传感器。解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含外壳、金属陶瓷电热体、电热体外绝缘层、膜片、膜片固定环、压力传感器、传感器环及绝缘套环;外壳装在内燃机壳体上,金属陶瓷电热体装在外壳中心孔中;电热体外绝缘层装在金属陶瓷电热体外表面;膜片中心孔与电热体外绝缘层连接,膜片外沿装在外壳上;绝缘套环装在金属陶瓷电热体端部的外面;传感器环连接在外壳与绝缘套环之间;压力传感器装在传感器环中。应用于内燃机电子控制燃油喷射装置。有益效果是,不会形成电热体与外壳接地之间的分流通路。

技术领域
涉及一种内燃机气缸压力传感器。 
背景技术
已有技术内燃机气缸压力传感器,包含外壳、电热体及压力传感器;电热体装在外壳内,其端部伸入气缸内感受气缸内压力;外壳装在内燃机气缸壁上;压力传感器连接在外壳与电热体之间。已有技术的不足之处是,压力传感器连接在电热体与外壳之间,构成电热体与外壳接地之间的分流通路,影响电热体的正常工作。 
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种有绝缘套环的金属陶瓷电热体内燃机气缸压力传感器。 
解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含外壳、金属陶瓷电热体、电热体外绝缘层、膜片、膜片固定环、压力传感器、传感器环及绝缘套环;外壳装在内燃机壳体上,外壳有中心孔,金属陶瓷电热体装在外壳的中心孔中,以其端部伸入气缸内感受气缸内压力;电热体外绝缘层装在金属陶瓷电热体的外表面;膜片有中心孔,以其中心孔与电热体外绝缘层连接,膜片的外沿装在外壳的下端面上,膜片固定环装在膜片外沿的下端面之下;绝缘套环有中心孔,以其中心孔装在金属陶瓷电热体的端部的外面;传感器环有中心孔,以其上端面的外沿与外壳连接,以其中心孔上端面的周边与绝缘套环连接;压力传感器装在传感器环中。 
金属陶瓷电热体为含氮化硅、硅化钼、氧化铝及氧化镱成分的金属陶瓷电热体; 
外绝缘层为含氧化铝成分的绝缘层。 
压力传感器可以是应变式压力传感器,也可以是压阻式压力传感器,也可以是压电式压力传感器。 
有益效果:应用于内燃机气缸压力传感器。有益效果是,不会形成电热体与外壳接地之间的分流通路,不会影响电热体的正常工作。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式如下,包含外壳1、金属陶瓷电热体2、电热体外绝缘层3、膜片4、膜片固定环5、压力传感器6、传感器环7及绝缘套环8;外壳1装在内燃机壳体上,外壳1有中心孔,金属陶瓷电热体2装在外壳1的中心孔中,以其端部伸入气缸内感受气缸内压力;电热体外绝缘层3装在金属陶瓷电热体2的外表面;膜片4有中心孔,以其中心孔与电热体外绝缘层3连接,膜片4的外沿装在外壳1的下端面上,膜片固定环5装在膜片4外沿的下端面之下;绝缘套环8有中心孔,以其中心孔装在金属陶瓷电热体2的端部的外面;传感器环7有中心孔,以其上端面的外沿与外壳1连接,以其中心孔上端面的周边与绝缘套环8连接;压力传感器6装在传感器环7中。

1.有绝缘套环的金属陶瓷电热体内燃机气缸压力传感器,包含外壳(1),其特征在于,还包含金属陶瓷电热体(2)、电热体外绝缘层(3)、膜片(4)、膜片固定环(5)、压力传感器(6)、传感器环(7)及绝缘套环(8);外壳(1)装在内燃机壳体上,外壳有中心孔,金属陶瓷电热体(2)装在外壳(1)的中心孔中,以其端部伸入气缸内感受气缸内压力;电热体外绝缘层(3)装在金属陶瓷电热体(2)的外表面;膜片(4)有中心孔,以其中心孔与电热体外绝缘层(3)连接,膜片(4)的外沿装在外壳(1)的下端面上,膜片固定环(5)装在膜片(4)外沿的下端面之下;绝缘套环(8)有中心孔,以其中心孔装在金属陶瓷电热体(2)的端部的外面;传感器环(7)有中心孔,以其上端面的外沿与外壳(1)连接,以其中心孔上端面的周边与绝缘套环(8)连接;压力传感器(6)装在传感器环(7)中。
