Description

Refrigeration device
[ technical field ]
The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a refrigerator having a regenerator.
[ background art ]
It is known in the art to provide a cold accumulator in a refrigeration appliance to reduce the temperature of a space/object within the refrigeration appliance or other space/object to be cooled by absorbing heat through the cold accumulator when required.
Refrigerators having a regenerator arranged on a freezing chamber door are disclosed in the prior art. For example, CN101398249A discloses a refrigerator, which has a protruding portion protruding toward a refrigerator body formed on the rear side of a refrigerator door, and a recessed portion formed on the protruding portion to form a space for accommodating a regenerator. This approach requires a modification to the structure of the existing refrigeration appliance door, which involves a modification of the mold used to make the door, thereby increasing costs.
[ summary of the invention ]
The present invention has been made to overcome at least one of the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator in which a regenerator can be arranged on a refrigerator door without changing the structure of the refrigerator door.
The invention therefore relates to a refrigerator comprising a refrigerator door, at least one regenerator and a door carrier mounted on the door, the door carrier having a container space for storing goods to be cooled, characterized in that the door carrier comprises a fixing device for fixing the regenerator.
The cold accumulator is stored on the door bracket, so that the cold accumulator can be stored on the refrigerator door which is easily obtained by a user without changing the structure of the existing refrigerator door, and the cost is saved. On the other hand, because the door bracket is provided with the fixing device for fixing the regenerator, the possibility that the regenerator falls from the door bracket in the movement process of the refrigerator door is greatly reduced.
Other features which are considered as characteristic for the invention, individually or in combination with other features, are set forth in the following appended claims.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixing device is located in the receptacle space of the door carrier.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the securing device comprises a partition element which divides the container space into a first space for holding the cold accumulator and a second space for holding further goods to be cooled. Thus, the mutual interference between the regenerator and other cooled articles stored in the door brackets can be significantly reduced, which facilitates the user to conveniently and quickly take and put the regenerator and/or other cooled articles.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first space and the second space are not in fluid communication at least between the bottoms thereof, so that even if a small amount of liquid is present in the second space, this liquid cannot easily enter the first space and contaminate the regenerator.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the dividing element extends transversely within the container space to divide the container space into the first and second spaces. Thus, the first space and the second space may be distributed back and forth, for example, by keeping the less frequently accessed space (e.g., the first space) at a location remote from the user and arranging the more frequently accessed space (e.g., the second space) at a location close to the user, which may further improve the convenience of use of the refrigeration appliance.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the separating element is formed by a separating wall. According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the separation element has a box-like or box-like shape to define the first space.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first space is closer to a rear surface of the door than the second space, and the regenerator is closer to the rear surface of the door. The cold accumulator is arranged at a position far away from a user, so that the adverse effect of the cold accumulator on the operation of the user when the user takes and puts other articles to be cooled is basically avoided.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cold accumulator is fixed in the container space by a side wall of the first space.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the separating element is integrally formed on the door carrier.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the partition element is detachably mounted on the door bracket. In the case of a refrigerator having a plurality of storage containers, this offers the possibility that the user can arrange the first space on a door carrier he wants, depending on his preference.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention at least a part of the separating element is resilient to provide a clamping force to the regenerator.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least two regenerators are fixed in the door bracket.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the at least two regenerators are fixed in the door bracket at a distance from one another. This can effectively prevent the occurrence of a situation in which the cold accumulator is frozen together.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixing means comprises a projection between adjacent regenerators to space apart adjacent regenerators.
The construction of the present invention and other objects and advantages thereof will be more apparent from the following description of the preferred embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
[ description of the drawings ]

[ detailed description of the invention ]
Referring to fig. 1, the refrigeration device 1 includes a heat insulating box 30 and a door 31 hinged to a front end side of the box 30. The bin 30 and door 31 together define an insulated storage compartment 32 for storing items to be cooled.
In this exemplary embodiment, the refrigeration device 1 has only one storage compartment 32. Preferably, the storage compartment 32 is a freezer compartment. It should be understood that the present invention should not be limited to a specific distribution of the storage compartments of the refrigeration appliance, but the present invention can also be applied to other forms of refrigeration appliances, such as a refrigerator having a refrigerating compartment and a freezing compartment in an up/down/up distribution, a side-by-side refrigerator, a refrigerator having a drawer type door and/or a french side-by-side door, and the like.
A plurality of shelves 3 and drawer type storage containers 2 are provided in the box body 30 to store the objects to be cooled. A plurality of door brackets 22 are detachably mounted to the inner side of the door 31 to store the items to be cooled at the inner side of the door 31. Hereinafter, only the door bracket 22 related to the present invention will be described.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the door bracket 22 includes a lower wall 37, a rear peripheral wall 28 adjacent to the rear surface 4 of the door 31, a front peripheral wall 29 opposite to the rear peripheral wall 28 and facing the user behind the door opening, and left and right peripheral walls 38 connected between the front and rear peripheral walls 28, 29. Together, these walls 28, 29, 37, 38 define a container space 21 with an upper end opening for storing the items to be cooled. The door bracket 22 includes a mounting portion 39 at the rear end of the left and right peripheral walls 38, the door bracket 22 is fixed to the rear side of the door 31 by the mounting portion 39, and the rear peripheral wall 28 is in close contact with the rear surface 4 of the door 31.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the front and rear peripheral walls 28, 29 and the left and right peripheral walls 38 have substantially the same longitudinal height. However, in other embodiments, the door bracket may be provided without the rear peripheral wall or with the rear peripheral wall having a height smaller than that of the other peripheral walls so that the rear end of the container space is open or partially open, and is closed by the refrigerator door after the door bracket is fixed to the inside of the refrigerator door.
The door bracket 22 is designed to accommodate the regenerator 23. In this embodiment, the cold accumulator 23 comprises a cold storage medium enclosed within a closed housing, the cold storage medium being solidified within the normally operating storage compartment 32 (the temperature range of the storage space 32 being below the freezing point of the cold storage medium), and when the cold accumulator 23 is placed in an environment having a higher temperature, the cold storage medium transforms from a solid state to a liquid state and absorbs heat to cool the surrounding environment, such as the abnormally operating storage compartment 32 or a space/object outside the refrigeration appliance 1.
In this embodiment, the door bracket 22 may house two regenerators 23 of the same form and size, it being understood that in other embodiments, the door bracket 22 may also be designed to house one or more identical/different regenerators, depending on the size and shape of the regenerator 23.
The door bracket 22 includes a fixing means for fixing the regenerator 23 to the door bracket 22 so that the regenerator 23 is securely held in the door bracket 22 also during the opening or closing of the refrigerator door. In this embodiment the securing means comprise a partition element 24 located within the container space 21 to divide the container space 21 into a first space 25 for holding the cold accumulator 23 and a second space 26 for holding other goods to be cooled.
Preferably, the first space 25 and the second space 26 are not in fluid communication at least between the bottoms thereof to prevent liquid in the second space 26 from flowing into the first space 25 to foul the regenerator 23.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the partition member 24 is formed by a partition wall 27 located in the container space 21. The partition wall 27 is integrally formed on the door bracket 22. In other embodiments, the divider wall 27 may be a separate member that is secured within the door bracket 22.
The partition wall 27 extends transversely in the container space 21, and the second space 26 and the first space 25 are arranged in front and rear. The first space 25 is located between the partition wall 27 and the rear peripheral wall 28, and the second space 26 is located between the partition wall 27 and the front peripheral wall 29. Therefore, the first space 25 is closer to the rear surface 4 of the door 31 than the second space 26, and the regenerator 23 is fixed in the door bracket 22 close to the rear surface 4 of the door 31. Since the second space 26 is closer to the user after the door of the refrigerator is opened, the user can take out articles from the second space 26 or put in articles without being interfered by the cold accumulator 23.
The distance in the front-rear direction of the first space 25 (in the present embodiment, the distance between the partition wall 27 and the rear peripheral wall 28) is designed to be substantially equal to the thickness of the regenerator 23, so that the partition wall 27 and the rear peripheral wall 28 can restrict the regenerator 23 from moving forward and backward after the regenerator 23 is inserted into the first space 25.
The fixing means includes a protrusion 40 extending into the first space 25 between adjacent two regenerators 23, the adjacent regenerators 23 being spaced apart by a predetermined distance by the protrusion 40. In the present embodiment, the projection 40 is formed on the partition wall 27 to have a nose shape including a pair of walls 41 facing the left and right peripheral walls 38 of the door bracket 22, respectively. The distance between the wall 41 and the corresponding peripheral wall 38 is substantially equal to the width of the corresponding regenerator 23 to restrict the movement of the regenerator 23 in the left-right direction.
Accordingly, the regenerator 23 is fixed in the container space 21 by the restriction of the side wall of the first space 25 (including the partition wall 27, the rear peripheral wall 28, and the wall 41 of the protruding portion 40). Preferably, the distance of the first space 25 in the front and rear direction is slightly smaller than the thickness of the regenerator 23, and the partition wall 27 has a certain elasticity so that the partition wall 27 and the rear peripheral wall 28 can provide a clamping force to the regenerator 23, thereby making the fixation of the regenerator 23 more stable.
Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of a separating element according to another preferred embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the partition element 5 has a box-like shape including four side walls to enclose a first space 6 adapted to receive and fix the regenerator 23. The partition element 5 is preferably detachably mounted in the container space of the door bracket. After the partition member 5 is installed in the door bracket, the container space of the door bracket is partitioned into a first space 6 for storing and fixing the regenerator and a second storage space for holding other articles to be cooled. The regenerator is fixed to the door bracket by the side wall of the partition element 5.
By providing a separate space (i.e. the first space 25) on the door bracket 22, which is suitable for storing the regenerator 23, on the one hand, the regenerator 23 can be stored on a door of the refrigeration appliance, which is convenient for a user to take and place the regenerator 23, without having to perform any structural change on the door of the refrigeration appliance, and on the other hand, the degree of mutual interference between other articles to be cooled stored in the door bracket 22 and the regenerator 23 can be greatly reduced. In addition, by providing the fixing means on the door bracket 22, the regenerator 23 can be stably fixed in the door bracket 22 without generating noise by moving and/or shaking according to the movement of the door 31 or dropping the regenerator 23 from the door 31.
