技术领域
    本发明涉及电缆领域,具体的讲,是涉及一种铜包铝芯丁晴PVC绝缘及护套抗拉移动电缆。
背景技术
抗拉移动电缆主要用于一些频繁移动,具有较大拉扯力的场合,例如:起重机、龙门吊、升降机的动力臂,由于电动机连接电源的主电源线也要随之频繁移动,同时需承受较大拉力,这些设备目前采用的是普通的胶套电缆。众所周知的,铜导体密度大、成本高、不易移动,使用范围受到限制。所以需要一种使用环境恶劣,还能抗撕裂、耐磨、防水、防腐蚀的电缆。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种耐热、耐水、耐磨、耐腐蚀,且性价比高的铜包滤芯丁晴PVC绝缘及护套抗拉移动电缆。
本发明所要解决的技术方案如下:导体采用铜包铝,导体由绝缘层包覆,绝缘层采用丁晴PVC,绝缘层和外层的护套之间由填充物填充,护套采用丁晴PVC。
铜包铝芯丁晴PVC绝缘及护套抗拉移动电缆采用的丁晴护套具有柔软、防水、耐磨、耐腐蚀等有点,采用丁晴作为绝缘层具有耐热性、能抗撕裂、耐磨,采用铜包铝作为导体,由于铜具有良好的导电性、抗拉性,并且易焊接、密度小、重量轻、性价比高。

具体实施方式
导体1采用铜包铝,导体1由绝缘层2包覆,绝缘层2采用丁晴PVC,绝缘层2和外层的护套3之间由填充物4填充,护套3采用丁晴PVC。
铜包铝芯丁晴PVC绝缘及护套抗拉移动电缆采用的丁晴护套具有柔软、防水、耐磨、耐腐蚀等有点,采用丁晴作为绝缘层具有耐热性、能抗撕裂、耐磨,采用铜包铝作为导体,由于铜具有良好的导电性、抗拉性,并且易焊接、密度小、重量轻、性价比高。

1.铜包铝芯丁晴PVC绝缘及护套抗拉移动电缆,其特征在于:导体采用铜包铝,导体由绝缘层包覆,绝缘层采用丁晴PVC,绝缘层和外层的护套之间由填充物填充,护套采用丁晴PVC。
