技术领域
本发明涉及工业锅炉的结构技术领域,具体为烟气温度可调型燃烧室结构。
背景技术
现有的燃油燃气锅炉的绝热燃烧室,烟气量和出口温度只能通过调节燃烧器作小幅调整,不能满足后部一些特殊受热面对烟气量和烟气温度的要求,使用范围不广。
发明内容
本发明提供了烟气温度可调型燃烧室结构,其结合燃烧器可对烟气量和烟气温度进行大幅调节,满足各类特殊受热面对烟气的要求,拓展了使用范围。
烟气温度可调型燃烧室结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括燃烧器、燃烧室、烟气出口,所述燃烧器连通所述燃烧室,所述燃烧室连通所述烟气出口,其特征在于:所述燃烧室的圆周面安装有布风管,所述布风管连通所述燃烧室内壁与锅炉外壳之间的布风通道,所述布风通道连通进风口,所述进风口开装于锅炉外壳,所述进风口连通外部冷空气。
采用本发明的结构后,冷空气通过进风口,进入布风通道,再通过布风管进入燃烧室,和由油气燃料通过燃烧器在燃烧室内燃烧产生的高温烟气混合,产生特定温度和特定烟气量的混合烟气,通过烟气出口进入后部受热面,通过对燃烧器和进入冷空气量的调节,可实现在大范围内对烟气温度和烟气量相对精确的控制,从而满足各类特殊受热面对烟气的要求,拓展了使用范围。

见图1,其包括燃烧器1、燃烧室2、烟气出口3,燃烧器1连通燃烧室2,燃烧室2连通烟气出口3,燃烧室2的圆周面安装有布风管4,布风管4连通燃烧室内壁8与锅炉外壳5之间的布风通道6,布风通道6连通进风口7,进风口7开装于锅炉外壳5,进风口7连通外部冷空气。

1.烟气温度可调型燃烧室结构,其包括燃烧器、燃烧室、烟气出口,所述燃烧器连通所述燃烧室,所述燃烧室连通所述烟气出口,其特征在于:所述燃烧室的圆周面安装有布风管,所述布风管连通所述燃烧室内壁与锅炉外壳之间的布风通道,所述布风通道连通进风口,所述进风口开装于锅炉外壳,所述进风口连通外部冷空气。
