Abstract

本发明提供了一种触控反馈装置,其包括基座、分别固定在所述基座上的振动单元和支架,所述振动单元设有基片和分别贴设在所述基片两侧的压电片,其特征在于:所述振动单元与所述支架相隔一定距离,所述基片设有本体部和由所述本体部向靠近所述支架的方向弯折延伸的且平行于所述基座的固定部,所述支架靠近所述基片的一端设有向远离所述支架几何中心的方向延伸出的接合部,所述固定部与所述接合部固定相连。与相关技术相比,本发明的触控反馈装置结构简单,装配方便,生产效率高。

触控反馈装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种触控反馈装置,尤其涉及一种运用于便携消费性电子产品中的触控反馈装置。
【背景技术】
在移动电话等便携消费性电子设备快速发展的过程中,人们对产品的功能性要求越来越多,其体积也越来越微型化。传统的设备使用视觉和听觉为用户提供反馈,如视频播放和音频播放等。在一些设备中,运动反馈(如主动力和阻力反馈)以及触觉反馈(如振动、热能)能够提供给用户更强烈的使用体验。具体地,振动效果、振动触觉的触觉效果在提供真实的反馈以造成在模拟或虚拟环境里面的感官感受,如游戏机里面的爆炸效果会引起用户设备的强烈振动,而水滴则会引起较小的振动,这种体验的需求,正在不断被加温。触觉反馈技术正在被合并到手机、个人掌上电脑、便携式游戏机等设备中,例如一些便携式游戏机能够在操纵杆上给用户以振动的效果,此外,个人掌上电脑、手机中也可以利用振动的方式进行日程警报等操作。
触控反馈装置作为提供触觉反馈的主要器件,其结构亦随其应用被逐渐的改进。相关技术触控反馈装置包括基座、固定在所述基座上的振动单元、与所述振动单元相连的支架、贴设在所述支架上的触控屏和将所支架连接到所述振动单元的连接架。
然而,相关技术的触控反馈装置其连接架需要根据所述基座和支架结构单独加工制作,这种连接架结构复杂,装配繁琐,使得生产效率降低。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的触控反馈装置解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明需解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,产生效率高的触控反馈装置。
根据上述的技术问题,设计了一种触控反馈装置,其目的是这样实现的:一种触控反馈装置,其包括基座、分别固定在所述基座上的振动单元和支架,所述振动单元设有基片和分别贴设在所述基片两侧的压电片,其特征在于:所述振动单元与所述支架相隔一定距离,所述基片设有本体部和由所述本体部向靠近所述支架的方向弯折延伸的且平行于所述基座的固定部,所述支架靠近所述基片的一端设有向远离所述支架几何中心的方向延伸出的接合部,所述固定部与所述接合部固定相连。
优选的,所述触控反馈装置还设有固定柱,所述固定部设有贯穿其上的锁孔,所述接合部设有与所述锁孔配合的固定孔,所述锁孔与所述固定孔通过所述固定柱固定结合。
优选的,所述固定部设有两个,其关于所述本体部对称且两个所述固定部将所述接合部夹置在中间。
优选的,所述固定部垂直于所述本体部。
优选的,所述固定部位于所述本体部的中间位置。
与相关技术相比,本发明的触控反馈装置结构简单,装配方便,生产效率高。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-2所示,一种触控反馈装置1,其包括基座2、分别固定在基座2上的振动单元(未标号)和支架3。所述支架3上还贴设有触控屏4。振动单元设有基片5和分别贴设在基片5两侧的压电片6。其中,振动单元与支架3相隔一定距离。基片5设有本体部51和由本体部51向靠近支架3的方向弯折延伸的且平行于基座2的固定部52,支架3靠近基片5的一端设有向远离支架3几何中心的方向延伸出的接合部31,固定部52与接合部31固定相连。当使用触控屏4进行相关操作时,振动单元做出振动响应,振动通过支架3反馈给触控屏4,使得触控屏4跟着振动单元一起振动。
本实施方式中,具体的,触控反馈装置1还设有固定柱7,固定部52设有贯穿其上的锁孔521,接合部31设有与锁孔521配合的固定孔311,锁孔521与固定孔311通过固定柱7固定结合。更优的,固定部52设有两个且其关于本体部51对称。两个固定部52将接合部31夹置在中间,通过用固定柱7进行固定,这种结构可以使振动单元与支架之间固定得更牢。固定柱7为螺栓,但并非限于此。当然,固定部52的数量并非仅限于此,只需其数量与支架3上的接合部31配套即可,其原理都是一样。
本实施方式中,固定部52位于本体部5的中间位置,这样可以使得支架3的振动保持平衡,固定部52垂直于本体部5。其实,固定部也不限于位于本体部5的中间位置和垂直于本体部5,也可以设置四个固定部52形成两对或更多,使它们等距设置在基片5的本体部51上,其原理都是一样,使振动单元与支架3更牵固定相连且使振动单元的振动平衡的传递到支架3上。
与相关技术相比,本发明触控反馈装置省去了相关技术部的复杂的固定装置,直接由振动单元的基片延伸出与支架固定相连的第一固定部,这种结构简单,装配容易,进而提高产品的生产率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种触控反馈装置,其包括基座、分别固定在所述基座上的振动单元和支架,所述振动单元设有基片和分别贴设在所述基片两侧的压电片,其特征在于:所述振动单元与所述支架相隔一定距离,所述基片设有本体部和由所述本体部向靠近所述支架的方向弯折延伸的且平行于所述基座的固定部,所述支架靠近所述基片的一端设有向远离所述支架几何中心的方向延伸出的接合部,所述固定部与所述接合部固定相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触控反馈装置,其特征在于:所述触控反馈装置还设有固定柱,所述固定部设有贯穿其上的锁孔,所述接合部设有与所述锁孔配合的固定孔,所述锁孔与所述固定孔通过所述固定柱固定结合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的触控反馈装置,其特征在于:所述固定部设有两个,其关于所述本体部对称且两个所述固定部将所述接合部夹置在中间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的触控反馈装置,其特征在于:所述固定部垂直于所述本体部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的触控反馈装置,其特征在于:所述固定部位于所述本体部的中间位置。
