Abstract

一种多边形纸筒的折叠方法,取矩形纸,纵向N道反折线;横向一道正折线和两道反折线;正折线将纸上部分成N+1个全等小矩形;小矩形内画出同向对角线,小矩形宽边的对角=360度/2N;对角线与小矩形宽的三角函数关系为:sinα=对边/斜边=小矩形宽/对角线;横向正折线与第一道横向反折线间距离长于小矩形宽边长的1/3;第一、二道横向反折线之间距离和第二道横向反折线至纸下端边沿距离相等,并长于小矩形长度;折叠三道横向折叠线;折叠纵向N条反折线,左右两端穿插,形成N边形筒状;依照小矩形矩形边长和对角线折叠线折叠,即为N边形纸筒。制作不受筒高限制;不用胶粘,只是折叠,即成纸筒;挺括漂亮,简单实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种日常用品,尤其是一种纸筒的制作方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的纸盒类多是扁状,制作筒状则不便于操作;制作筒状多要粘合,或装订。
发明内容
为了克服现有的纸盒类多是扁状,制作筒状则不便于操作;制作筒状多要粘合,或装订,本发明提供一种便于操作,不用粘合和装订的多边形纸筒的折叠方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:取一张横宽纵长的矩形纸,画出折叠线;虚线为正面对折的正折线,实线加圈为反面对折的反折线;纵向画出N道反折线,形成N+1个全等的纵向矩形;横向画出三道折叠线,与N道反折线相交叉;由上至下,为一道横向正折线和两道横向反折线;横向正折线将纸的上部分成N+1个横宽纵长的全等小矩形;在N+1个小矩形内画出N+1道同向的对角线,对角线为正折线;小矩形横向宽边长的对角=360度/2N;对角线的长度与小矩形横向宽边长的比例,其三角函数关系为:sinα=对边/斜边=小矩形横向宽边长/对角线;横向正折线与第一道横向反折线之间的距离长于小矩形横向宽边长的1/3;第一、二道横向反折线之间的距离和第二道横向反折线至纸下端边沿的距离相等,并长于小矩形的纵长长度;
折叠第二道横向反折线;
折叠横向正折线和第一道横向反折线,形成N+1个纵向全等矩形;
折叠纵向N条反折线,将纸的左右两端穿插,使左右两个矩形重叠,形成N边形筒状;筒的上部为N个小矩形形成的N边形立体部分;
依照N边形小矩形部分的纵向矩形边长和对角线的折叠线折叠,压成平面状,即成筒底,上下颠倒的纸筒做成;
将纸筒上下翻身,即为N边形纸筒。
本发明的有益效果是,制作多边形纸筒不受纸筒高低限制,操作方便;不用胶粘,不用装订,只是折叠,即成纸筒;挺括漂亮,简单实用。

具体实施方式
实施例:取一张横宽纵长的矩形纸,画出折叠线;虚线为正面对折的正折线,实线加圈为反面对折的反折线;纵向画出六道反折线,形成七个全等的纵向矩形;横向画出三道折叠线,与六道反折线相交叉;由上至下,为一道横向正折线和两道横向反折线;横向正折线将纸的上部分成七个横宽纵长的全等小矩形;在七个小矩形内画出七道同向的对角线,对角线为正折线;小矩形横向宽边长的对角=360度/2N=30度,对角线与小矩形横向宽边长的比例为sinα=对边/斜边=小矩形横向宽边长/对角线,计算得出对角线的长度是小矩形横向宽边长的2倍;横向正折线与第一道横向反折线之间的距离长于小矩形横向宽边长的1/3;第一、二道横向反折线之间的距离和第二道横向反折线至纸下端边沿的距离相等,并长于小矩形的纵长长度;如图1;
折叠第二道横向反折线;如图2;
折叠横向正折线和第一道横向反折线,形成七个纵向全等矩形;如图3;
折叠纵向六条反折线,将纸的左右两端穿插,使左右两个矩形重叠,形成六边形筒状;筒的上部为六个小矩形形成的六边形立体部分,如图4;
依照六边形小矩形部分的纵向矩形边长和对角线的折叠线折叠,压成平面状,即成筒底,上下颠倒的纸筒做成;如图5;
将纸筒上下翻身,即为六边形纸筒;如图6。

1.一种多边形纸筒的折叠方法,其特征是:取一张横宽纵长的矩形纸,画出折叠线;虚线为正面对折的正折线,实线加圈为反面对折的反折线;纵向画出N道反折线,形成N+1个全等的纵向矩形;横向画出三道折叠线,与N道反折线相交叉;由上至下,为一道横向正折线和两道横向反折线;横向正折线将纸的上部分成N+1个横宽纵长的全等小矩形;在N+1个小矩形内画出N+1道同向的对角线,对角线为正折线;小矩形横向宽边长的对角=360度/2N;对角线的长度与小矩形横向宽边长的比例,其三角函数关系为:sinα=对边/斜边=小矩形横向宽边长/对角线;横向正折线与第一道横向反折线之间的距离长于小矩形横向宽边长的1/3;第一、二道横向反折线之间的距离和第二道横向反折线至纸下端边沿的距离相等,并长于小矩形的纵长长度;
