Abstract
本发明公开了一种中药药贴，特别公开了一种治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴。该治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴，包括贴片，其特殊之处在于：贴片内设有发热层，贴片上部依次设有药粉层、无纺布层和硅油纸，贴片左、右两端设有低致敏透气性护翼胶带，护翼胶带上粘贴有硅油纸；药粉层内的药粉，包括以下组分：当归、红花、高良姜、马钱子。本发明的药贴能够自行发热、热力持久、无毒副作用，能迅速疏经通络、驱风散寒、消炎镇痛、活血化瘀、改善微循环、加速组织修复功能，疗效显著，药性发挥好，标本兼治。共治疗560例肩部疼痛患者，总有效率98%；420例腰部疼痛患者，总有效率98%；240例产妇，总有效率96%。
Description
（一） 技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药药贴，特别涉及一种治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴。
（二） 背景技术
随着科学技术的发展，人民生活的不断提高，人们的保健意识在增强，我们国家的整体医疗水平也在逐渐的提升，越来越多的疑难病症都找到了很好的救治手段。由于肩周炎、腰肌劳损引起的肩、腰等部位的疼痛、肿胀发病时，给患者带来极大的痛苦，严重者可能会导致行动不便，影响了患者的生活。目前西医的治疗手段多采用抗炎镇痛药物，但由于存在较明显的不良反应，西医的治疗治标不治本，疗效低，副作用大，依赖性强；传统治疗推拿、牵引、针灸、理疗、按摩等，虽然不良反应较小，但其远期疗效尚难肯定。中医治本，但中药煎剂的煎熬过程麻烦费时，又难服用，旅行携带也不方便。
（三） 发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种疗效显著、使用方便的治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴，包括贴片，其特殊之处在于：贴片内设有发热层，贴片上部依次设有药粉层、无纺布层和硅油纸，贴片左、右两端设有低致敏透气性护翼胶带，护翼胶带上粘贴有硅油纸；药粉层内的药粉，包括以下重量份数的组分：当归1.2-1.5份、红花0.5-1份、高良姜0.3-0.5份、马钱子0.1-0.2份。
发热层中包括以下重量份数的组分：铁粉6-7份、活性炭0.8-1份、硅藻土2.5-3份、盐0.5-0.8份、水0.5-0.7份。
使用方法：直接贴敷患处，每天一贴，贴敷时间为10小时，10天为一疗程，一般1-3个疗程治愈。
该治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴的技术指标为：
①外观：表面平整、光洁、厚度均匀、裁剪整齐、无漏涂、无脱膏；
②规格尺寸：尺寸为：95mm×130mm（长×宽）；
③物理性能：
a.剥离强度不小于0.8N/cm；
b.持粘性不大于3mm；
c.粘胶层在温度37℃条件下放置30min后无残留粘性物质；
d.发热温度不大于60℃。
经国家食品药品监督管理局济南医疗器械监督检验中心全性能检测，各项技术指标均达到企业产品标准的要求。
肩、腰部疼痛多为慢性劳损及无菌性炎症引起的以病患部位疼痛、肿胀甚至功能受限为主的一组疾病，常见病包括：肩周炎，腰椎间盘突出，腰肌劳损，骨质增生等疾病。因起病比较隐蔽，症状不典型或疼痛时轻时重，有时甚至可自行缓解，因而不被广大患者所认识，从而错过了治疗的最佳时机。
（Ⅰ）肩周炎 由于慢性劳损，外伤筋骨或气血不足，又感受风寒湿邪所致。表现为肩部及上臂轻微疼痛，随后加重并感到肩部僵硬，夜间加重。多发于五十岁左右人群，又称“五十肩”。 （Ⅱ）腰肌劳损 系指腰部肌肉、韧带等积累性、机械性、慢性损伤或急性腰扭伤，没有获得及时有效治疗而转为慢性，表现为一侧或双侧疼痛，活动加重休息减轻，弯腰加重，多有过劳、外伤病史。 （Ⅲ）腰椎间盘突出 青壮年多发，多有腰部扭伤史，主要症状为一侧腰痛，同侧胯腿串痛，腹压增加时加重，临床常见腰有侧弯，X光片或CT可见椎间盘病变。 （Ⅳ）风湿性关节炎 多由正气不足，感受风寒湿邪痹阻经络，表现为关节红、肿、热、痛，急性期可引起风心病。临床检测抗Ｏ较高，血沉加快，多因天气变化而加重，多发于肩、肘、膝、踝关节，痛点游走不定，长久则关节活动受限，可致关节变形。 （Ⅴ）骨质增生性关节炎 多发于中老年人群。骨质增生为主要病理变化，骨刺压迫周围组织神经，是一种无菌性炎症，多发于颈、腰、膝关节，特点是关节僵硬转动不灵，活动受限，重者可致使关节变形，劳累加重，X光片可见骨质密度减小。
肩周炎、腰肌劳损引起的肩、腰等部位的疼痛、肿胀等，从病理原因上讲都是局部微循环阻滞的结果，该发明药贴能促进人体局部微循环系统运转正常，从而消除各种微循环阻滞给人体带来的危害，达到治愈的目的。
该药贴为真空包装，打开真空包装后，发热层内的物质遇到空气即开始自行发热，自动发热10分钟见效，近靶点治疗，直接贴敷病灶痛点（痛点，在针灸学上称阿是穴），保持在60℃最科学、合理的灸疗温度，生物能直接地、迅速地穿透真皮层以下，持续10小时释放热量，具有温经通络、驱风散寒、消炎镇痛、活血化瘀、改善微循环的功能。对治疗肩周炎、腰部扭伤及需要热疗的病症效果显著。
本发明的药贴专门用于治疗肩周炎、腰肌劳损引起的肩、腰等部位的疼痛、肿胀等，以及产妇暖宫，能够自行发热、热力持久、安全可靠，无毒副作用，能迅速疏经通络、驱风散寒、消炎镇痛、活血化瘀、改善微循环、加速组织修复功能，不污染衣物，疗效显著，药性发挥好，标本兼治。共治疗560例肩部疼痛患者，总有效率98%；420例腰部疼痛患者，总有效率98%；240例产妇，总有效率96%。

（五） 具体实施方式
实施例1：
该治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴，包括贴片1，贴片1内设有发热层2，贴片1上部依次设有药粉层3、无纺布层4和硅油纸5，贴片1左、右两端设有低致敏透气性护翼胶带6，护翼胶带6上粘贴有硅油纸5；药粉层3内的药粉，包括以下重量份数的组分：当归1.3克、红花0.7克、高良姜0.4克、马钱子0.15克。
发热层2中包括以下重量的组分：铁粉6.5克、活性炭0.9克、硅藻土2.7克、盐0.6克、水0.6克。
使用方法：直接贴敷患处，每天一贴，贴敷时间为10小时，10天为一疗程，一般1-3个疗程治愈。
实施例2：
药粉层3内的药粉，包括以下重量份数的组分：当归1.2克、红花0.5克、高良姜0.3克、马钱子0.1克。
发热层2中包括以下重量的组分：铁粉6克、活性炭0.8克、硅藻土2.5克、盐0.5克、水0.5克。
其余同实施例1。
实施例3：
药粉层3内的药粉，包括以下重量份数的组分：当归1.5克、红花1克、高良姜0.5克、马钱子0.2克。
发热层2中包括以下重量的组分：铁粉7克、活性炭1克、硅藻土3克、盐0.8克、水0.7克。
其余同实施例1。
实施例4：临床观察
（1）一般资料
本发明人于1998年至今对560例肩部疼痛患者、420例腰部疼痛患者及240例产妇进行临床观察治疗，年龄25到72岁，病程1年-12年不等。
（2）治疗方法：取实施例所制药贴直接贴敷患处，每天一贴，贴敷时间为10小时，10天为一疗程，一般1-3个疗程治愈。
（3）疗效评定标准
“治愈”：临床症状体征消失，恢复正常。
“显效”：临床症状体征基本或大部分消失。
“有效”：临床症状明显好转。
“无效”：临床症状体征无改善。
（4）治疗效果：
肩部疼痛患者：临床治愈521例，占93%；显效17例，占3%；有效11例，占2%；无效11例，总有效率98%；
腰部疼痛患者：临床治愈386例，占92%；显效13例，占3%；有效13例，占3%；无效8例，总有效率98%；
产妇：临床治愈216例，占90%；显效10例，占4%；有效5例，占2%；无效9例，总有效率96%。
典型病例：
1洪某，男，41岁 患肩周炎10余年，平时常感肩部发紧不舒服，严重时还出现恶心、呕吐等症状。虽经多方治理，效果均不理想，使用本发明实施例1所制药贴直接贴敷患处，每天一贴，贴敷时间为10小时，10天为一疗程，三个疗程后症状大幅缓解，肩部不适症状消失。
2郭某，女，30岁，于五年前在田间劳动，突然感觉腰部奇痛，不能动弹，卧床休息3天后逐渐好转，但以后腰部疼痛在劳作或遇寒后经常反复发作。近日因疼痛剧烈贴敷本发明实施例2所制药贴，每天一贴，贴敷时间为10小时，当天疼痛即大幅缓解，连续贴敷10天后，诸症消失，至今未再复发。
3粟某，女，28岁，产妇，贴敷本发明实施例3所制药贴，每天一贴，贴敷时间为10小时，当时即觉腹部暖和，很舒服，连续贴敷10天，暖宫效果较好。

1.一种治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴，包括贴片（1），其特征是：贴片（1）内设有发热层（2），贴片（1）上部依次设有药粉层（3）、无纺布层（4）和硅油纸（5），贴片（1）左、右两端设有低致敏透气性护翼胶带（6），护翼胶带（6）上粘贴有硅油纸（5）；药粉层（3）内的药粉，包括以下重量份数的组分：当归1.2-1.5份、红花0.5-1份、高良姜0.3-0.5份、马钱子0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肩、腰疼痛及产妇暖宫的药贴，其特征是：发热层（2）中包括以下重量份数的组分：铁粉6-7份、活性炭0.8-1份、硅藻土2.5-3份、盐0.5-0.8份、水0.5-0.7份。
