The invention belongs to the field of the metal pipe joint sealing devices and relates to a pipe joint sealing device comprising a semi-circle sleeve, a rubber pad, an outer sheath, an inner sheath, and a plug, wherein the inner side of the semi-circle sleeve is in contact with the outer side of the pipe joint, and one end of the semi-circle sleeve is provided with an inward boss; and the boss is buckled in a groove at one end of the inner sheath, the outer side and the inner side of the inner sheath are all provided with screw threads in design. The semi-circle sleeve and the inner sheath are screwed into the outer sheath. The middle part inside the outer sheath is provided with a screw thread, and the two ends of the screw thread are provided with light holes in design. The light holes are matched with the outer diameter of the semi-circle sleeve so as to ensure that semi-circle sleeve is buckled in the groove of the inner sheath all the time. The rubber pad is placed in the pipe joint. The plug is screwed into the inner sheath, so that the rubber pad is tightly pressed by one end of the plug to accomplish the sealing of the pipe joint.

Background
The existing metal pipe is often connected with a pipe joint in a welding mode, and the pipe joint of the metal pipe needs to be sealed in order to test the sealing performance of the pipe joint and a welding point of the metal pipe or block the metal pipe with the pipe joint.
The sealing of the existing pipe joint is generally performed by using a combination of parts such as a flange, a rubber gasket, a bolt, a nut, a pressure plate and the like, as shown in fig. 3. The existing pipe joint sealing device needs the shape of the pressure plate and the flange plate to be consistent with the shape of the pipe joint, and the pipe joint needs to have larger strength to meet the pressure exerted by the pressure plate and the flange plate during sealing. If the pipe joint is special in structure and poor in strength, the sealing purpose cannot be achieved by the conventional method for sealing the pipe joint, and the pipe joint can be damaged.

A pipe joint sealing device comprises a semicircular sleeve 1, a rubber pad 2, an outer sleeve 3, an inner sleeve 4 and a plug 5;
the semicircular sleeve 1 consists of two semicircular parts, the inner surface of the semicircular sleeve is contacted with the outer surface of the pipe joint, an inward boss 7 is designed at the end, away from the metal pipe, of the semicircular sleeve 1, and the boss 7 is buckled into a groove 8 at one end, close to the metal pipe, of the inner sleeve;
the outer part and the inner part of the inner sleeve 4 are both provided with threads, the middle part of the inner part of the outer sleeve 3 is provided with threads, and the outer sleeve 3 is sleeved outside the semicircular sleeve 1 and the inner sleeve in a rotating way through the matched threads on the outer part of the inner sleeve and the inner part of the outer sleeve 3;

the outer part and the inner part of the inner sleeve (4) are both provided with threads, the middle part of the inner part of the outer sleeve (3) is provided with threads, and the outer sleeve (3) is sleeved outside the semicircular sleeve (1) and the inner sleeve (4) in a rotating way through the matched threads on the outer part of the inner sleeve (4) and the inner part of the outer sleeve (3);
