Abstract

本发明是一种高频感应发光的双端头电磁HID灯,灯管由弧管和外管组成,弧管的两端各置入一个启动极,外壁各缠绕一组线圈。点灯电路采用工作频率2~3MHz的电子振荡电路,两条输出线分别与两端的启动极与线圈做电连接。灯启动时,点灯电路的高频电压施加到启动极上产生高频电场,同时高频电压通过线圈产生高频磁场,在高频电场与高频磁场的双重作用下,激励工作介质产生气体放电,产生大量可见光。本发明灯内无传统电极,大大延长使用寿命,并消除镇流器的功耗,节约能源。

Description

双端头电磁HID灯
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种高频感应发光的高气压气体放电灯,属于日用照明光源。
二、背景技术
高气压气体放电灯(HID灯)是常用的大功率照明电光源,HID灯由灯管和点灯电路两部份组成,灯管分弧管和外管两部份,弧管是硬料玻璃,内充金属卤化物、钠或者其它工作介质;外管是普通玻璃,起保护和隔离的作用。HID灯启动时,电子触发器产生一系列高频脉冲,触发弧管内的电极产生电弧,再激发弧管内的工作介质产生气体放电,完成电能光能的转换。工作状态稳定后,灯管的电压降维持在合适范围,多余的电压由镇流器分担,保证HID灯长期工作,
HID灯作为气体放电灯,必须使用电子触发器启辉与镇流器限流才能保证正常工作,目前一般选用电感镇流器。电感镇流器原理是利用磁心绕组负担多余的电压,因此带来自身功耗高、功率因素低等缺陷,不符合环保节能的要求。
三、发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提出解决方案,其技术方案如下:
图1是灯的结构示意图,图2是灯的一个实施例的结构示意图。
如图1所示,灯管由弧管1和外管2组成。弧管1抽真空后,充入金属卤化物、钠、硫或者其它工作介质,外管2抽真空后,起保护和隔离的作用。弧管1的两端各置入一个启动极5,启动极5由镍片卷成圆筒,和钼丝焊接在一起,钼丝与弧管1封接。弧管1的两端外壁各缠绕一组线圈4,也可以把两个线圈连接起来,变成一个贯通的线圈4。点灯电路6采用工作频率2~3MHz的电子振荡电路,两条输出线分别与两端的启动极5做电连接。线圈4的一端与点灯电路6的输出线做电连接,另一端悬空。如果两个线圈连接起来,两条输出线与线圈4的两端分别做电连接。
灯启动时,点灯电路6的高频电压施加到启动极5上,产生高频电场;同时,高频电压通过线圈4产生高频磁场施加到弧管1,在高频电场与高频磁场的双重作用下,激励工作介质产生气体放电,产生大量可见光。弧管1内发光后形成放电电流,线圈4转化为馈电装置发挥能量输入的作用,点灯电路6转化为限流装置,使灯工作稳定。
在图2的实施例中,弧管1的两端的两个线圈连接起来,变成一个贯通的线圈4,点灯电路6的两条输出线与线圈4的两端分别做电连接。
本发明的有益效果:
1.不需要产生电弧维持灯工作,灯内无传统电极,大大延长使用寿命;
2.不需要电感镇流器限流,消除镇流器的功耗,节约能源;
3.使用高频电子电路,功率因素高,成本低,使用方便。

Claims (4)

1.一种双端头电磁HID灯,灯管由弧管和外管组成,弧管的两端外壁各缠绕一组线圈,点灯电路采用工作频率2~3MHz的电子振荡电路,线圈与点灯电路的输出线做电连接,其特征是弧管的两端各置入一个启动极,启动极由镍片卷成圆筒,和钼丝焊接在一起,钼丝与弧管封接,点灯电路的两条输出线分别与两端的启动极做电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述双端头电磁HID灯,其特征是弧管抽真空后,充入金属卤化物、钠、硫或者其它工作介质,外管抽真空后,起保护和隔离的作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述双端头电磁HID灯,其特征是线圈的一端与点灯电路的输出线做电连接,另一端悬空。
4.根据权利要求1所述双端头电磁HID灯,其特征是如果两个线圈连接起来,两条输出线与线圈的两端分别做电连接。
