技术领域
本发明属于固体废物处理技术领域。
背景技术
本发明中所提到的污泥是指污水处理过程中产生的污泥和垃圾蒸煮后形成的泥浆。
污泥具有一定的热值,其含水率越低、有机质含量越高,则热值越高。
所以将污泥焚烧以利用其热值的方法是一种资源化利用方法。
目前污泥焚烧主要采用先热干化再焚烧、污泥加煤粉制水煤浆焚烧的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的污泥焚烧方法。
本发明的方法是:先将污泥压滤脱水干化,再粉碎成粉末,然后与醇类燃料(主要是甲醇)、污泥压滤脱出水或垃圾渗滤液进行混合形成流体,就制成了醇基燃料。
本发明的原理是:污泥粉末较污泥热值高很多,而且很容易分散于醇类的水溶液中,能保证均匀燃烧;甲醇热值较高,只要添加少量即可起到很好的助燃作用,醇类还可以吸收污泥的臭味;污泥压滤脱出水和垃圾渗滤液COD(化学需氧量)较高,具有少量热值,需要处理才能排放,但如果将它做为污泥粉末的载体制成液体燃料,则既可以利用其热值,又可以节省处理费用。当此液体燃料喷入高温炉膛之后,污泥粉末颗粒表面的水分首先蒸发,然后逐渐向颗粒内部扩展,颗粒内部的水分逐渐向外表面转移,水分蒸发区移向颗粒内部,剩下的污泥粉末颗粒形成多孔结构或中空球珠;此后,水的蒸发速度明显下降,固体表面温度急剧上升,最后着火燃烧;起燃以后,颗粒内部水分继续汽化,产生的蒸汽穿过多孔的燃烧区与燃料中的碳发生反应,加速燃烧过程,并促进反应的气体产物充分燃烧。
具体实施方式
在本发明的一个实施例中,本发明方法的流程是:将餐厨垃圾蒸煮处理后形成的泥浆进行压滤脱水干化,再粉碎成微米级粉末,然后与甲醇、泥浆压滤脱出水进行混合形成流体,就制成了醇基燃料;其物料配比为:粉末(热值5000kcal/kg)占70%,泥浆压滤脱出水(COD为50000mg/L,热值为-390kcal/kg)占20%,甲醇(热值5000kcal/kg)占10%,可计算出此醇基燃料的热值为3922kcal/kg。

成粉末,然后与醇类燃料、污泥压滤脱出水或垃圾渗滤液进行混合形成流体,就制成了醇基燃料。
