一种混凝土钢管桩蒸压养护生产用复合掺合料及制作方法,将轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂以一定比例复合后磨细至比表面积不小于380m2/kg即可;用此复合掺合料可以替代部分水泥,提高混凝土抗压强度;同时在钢管和混凝土间建立化学预应力,使钢管—离心混凝土复合结构能充分发挥二种材料的力学特性,提高结构承载能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土掺合料的制作方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,预制高强混凝土薄壁钢管桩(简称:混凝土钢管桩)生产所用的胶凝材料为42.5级以上的高标号硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,专利申请公开号CN 101003152A“压蒸高强混凝土薄壁钢管桩化学预应力技术方法”中提出了在混凝土搅拌中掺加5%~35%的轻烧氧化镁;专利申请公开号CN 1411968“钢管离心混凝土制品化学预应力工艺技术方法”中提出在混凝土配制时使用自应力水泥、膨胀水泥,或者在硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥中添加各种类型的混凝土膨胀剂。但轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂以一定比例复合后粉磨至一定细度制成为一种新型的混凝土复合掺合料,专用于蒸压养护生产混凝土钢管桩的技术未见有报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混凝土钢管桩蒸压养护生产用复合掺合料及制作方法,用该复合掺合料生产混凝土钢管桩时可以等量替代10%~40%的42.5级以上的高标号硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,并使钢管和混凝土之间建立化学预应力,增强钢管和混凝土的共同工作,提高混凝土钢管桩的结构承载能力。
本发明的技术方案是:一种混凝土钢管桩蒸压养护生产用复合掺合料及制作方法,将轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂以一定比例复合后磨细至比表面积不小于380m2/kg即可;复合掺合料中高硅砂掺加的比例为94%~98%,高硅砂中的SiO2的含量不小于90%,轻烧氧化镁掺加的比例为2%~6%,轻烧氧化镁中的MgO的含量不小于90%;粉磨时可以掺加助磨剂,助磨剂的掺加量不大于轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂二组分总重量的1%。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:一种混凝土钢管桩蒸压养护生产用复合掺合料及制作方法,用此掺合料可以替代部分高标号硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,降低水泥用量,提高混凝土抗压强度;同时在钢管和混凝土间建立起化学预应力,增强钢管和混凝土的共同工作,使“钢管一离心混凝土”复合结构能充分发挥钢管和混凝土这二种材料的物理力学特性,提高结构承载能力。
具体实施方式
一种混凝土钢管桩蒸压养护生产用复合掺合料及制作方法,将轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂以一定比例复合后磨细至比表面积不小于380m2/kg即可;复合掺合料中高硅砂掺加的比例为94%~98%,高硅砂中的SiO2的含量不小于90%,轻烧氧化镁掺加的比例为2%~6%,轻烧氧化镁中的MgO的含量不小于90%;粉磨时可以掺加助磨剂,助磨剂的掺加量不大于轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂二组分总重量的1%。
实施例1.将轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂以重量百分比4%∶96%的比例复合配制,共同磨细至比表面积420m2/kg即可;其中,高硅砂中的SiO2的含量为92%,轻烧氧化镁中的MgO的含量为91%;粉磨时助磨剂的掺加量为掺合料总量的0.05%。用这种复合掺合料等量替代30%的普通硅酸盐水泥,经常压蒸汽养护后(总时间7小时、恒温温度85℃)混凝土强度为52MPa,后再经蒸压养护(总时间10小时、恒温温度185℃、恒温压力1.0MPa),混凝土强度为96MPa,其桩身混凝土自应力测试值达到0.4MPa,有效保证钢管与混凝土的共同作用。

1.一种混凝土钢管桩蒸压养护生产用复合掺合料及制作方法,将轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂以一定比例复合后磨细至比表面积不小于380m2/kg,粉磨时助磨剂的掺加量不大于轻烧氧化镁与高硅砂二组分总重量的1%;其所述的特征是:复合掺合料中高硅砂与轻烧氧化镁掺加的重量百分比为94%~98%∶2%~6%,高硅砂中的SiO2的含量不小于90%,轻烧氧化镁中的MgO的含量不小于90%。
