Description

Multilayer laminated shoe-pad
Technical field
The method that the present invention relates to multilayer laminated shoe-pad, is used to make the method for shoe-pad and changes the shoe-pad size.
Background technology
Removable shoe-pad is inserted in the shoes usually, so that provide extra buffering and support for the wearer.Usually, these shoe-pads are made into one-size-fits-all (one-size-fits-all) product, and the consumer who buys shoe-pad must come the described insole material of cutting with scissors or similar tool, so that described shoe-pad is trimmed to suitable dimension.
Shoe-pad is made of multilayer material usually, and many shoe-pads also are not easy to be used the scissors cutting by the consumer. In order to cut off described material, the consumer must be carefully along being imprinted on the shoe-pad, being molded in the shoe-pad or the finishing pattern that is applied to described shoe-pad carries out cutting. The consumer dislikes repairing shoe-pad with scissors usually, and this is because worry misalignment pattern when cutting, perhaps fails to cut the correct labeling on the described pattern.
U.S. Patent No. 4,864,740 have described a kind of disposable hygienic shoe-pad, and this Sanitary shoe-pad has three layers: the top layer of spunbond polypropylene material; Melt and spray to the pulp fiber of top layer and the composite bed of polypropylene fibre; And melt and spray to the bottom of the polyethylene vinyl acetate ester of composite bed.Described shoe-pad is included in the line hole of shoe-pad front side and inner arcuate section, reduces the length and the width of shoe-pad to allow the user.In addition, described shoe-pad comprises the hole line of striding its arcuate region. The hole line of these back allows by the part of the arcuate region that tears shoe-pad and the toe of attached shoe-pad and heel section shorten the length of shoe-pad again subsequently.
U.S. Patent No. 6,526,676 have described a kind of disposable sandals, and described sandals are formed by a sheet material, and this sheet material comprises the fabric that is laminated to polyurethane foam.Rear heel and/or toe portion place at the sandals sole are provided with a series of perforation to allow being resized to of sandals is suitable for user's pin.
