技术领域
本发明涉及人工土壤,特别是指一种含有微生物菌剂的红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的制备方法。
背景技术
我国的红层主要分布在西南、华南、华中及西北的广大地区,在我国红层地区的道路修建、水电开发、矿山开采等工程建设中,因边坡开挖造成了很多裸露的红层砂岩边坡。红层砂岩岩石由石英、长石、白云母、重矿物、岩屑等物质组成,主要呈粒状碎屑结构和泥状胶结结构两种典型结构形式,因胶结物质和风化程度的差异,其强度的变化很大。人工土壤是红层岩石边坡创面生态护坡工程中的重要物质基础,采用人工土壤在红层岩石边坡创面上实施人工客土、培养植物的生态防护措施,能够起到稳定边坡、保持水土、美化环境的良好效果(如中国专利ZL200810046488.6)。土壤微生物是土壤生物中数量最多的一类,在土壤中有多方面的作用,对土壤的形成发育、物质循环和肥力演变等均有重大影响。微生物菌剂是将某些有益土壤微生物经人工大量培养而制成的生物菌肥。微生物菌剂可通过微生物的生命代谢活动,增加土壤中的养分含量,抑制植物病原菌的活动,从而提高土壤肥力、缓解土壤生态环境的恶化、促进植物生长发育。然而,目前公知的人工土壤配制过程中因微生物菌剂没有得到合理应用,导致红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的修复效果不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有微生物菌剂的红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的制备方法,以克服现有技术存在的不足,具有工艺简单、取材方便、成本低廉、功能完善等特点,对加速土壤营养元素的循环、增加土壤有效养分的供给、改善土壤理化特性、促进植被恢复具有显著的效果。
本发明的目的是通过如下的技术方案来实现的,含有微生物菌剂的红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
①选择泥碳、沸石、蒙脱石、碳酸钙、硅藻土、膨润土、蛭石中至少一种矿物粉料混合后均匀并过0.1~1.5 cm筛,为样品1;
②将枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)、胶胨样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilagtmosus)、沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudanonas palustris)、泾阳链霉菌(Streptomyces jingyangensis)分别进行发酵生产,发酵后的菌液分别用重量3~25倍的样品1吸附,将以上5种吸附后的单一菌剂按重量10~50:0~30:15~55:0~20:0~25的比例混合均匀,为样品2;
③选择边坡开挖产生的红层砂岩岩石用破碎机粉碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,选择当地农田土壤、自然土壤中至少一种熟化土壤用工具击碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,将过筛后0~35%的红层砂岩岩石粉料与65%~100%的熟化土壤粉料混合均匀,为样品3;
④取组分重量百分比分别为0.1%~25%的样品2、70%~95%的样品3、0.01%~5%的秸秆、0.1%~10%的畜禽粪便、0.001%~1%的木质素磺酸盐、0.05%~5.5%的粘合剂以及组分N、P2O5、K2O、B、Zn、Mn、Fe、Mo、Cu有效含量重量百分比分别为0.01%~0.8%的氮肥、0.01%~0.8%的磷肥、0.01%~0.5%的钾肥、0.002%~0.05%的硼肥、0.001%~0.03%的锌肥、0.001%~0.015%的锰肥、0.002%~0.03%的铁肥、0~0.005%的钼肥、0~0.01%的铜肥经过复混制得最终产品。
其中,秸秆是粉碎或切断成≤5 cm的水稻、小麦、油菜、甘薯、玉米、花生、胡豆、豌豆、大豆中至少一种农作物秸秆;畜禽粪便是猪、牛、兔、鸡、鸭、鹅、马、羊中至少一种畜禽的排泄粪便,其含水量为5%~30%;木质素磺酸盐是木质素磺酸铵、木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸铁、木质素磺酸钾中一种或二种;粘合剂是水泥、羧甲基纤维素、凹凸棒粉、聚醋酸乙烯酯中一种或二种;氮肥是尿素、碳酸氢铵、硫酸铵、磷酸铵中至少一种含氮化肥;磷肥是过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸铵中至少一种含磷化肥;钾肥是氯化钾、硫酸钾中至少一种含钾化肥;硼肥、锌肥、锰肥、铁肥、钼肥、铜肥分别是相应元素的无机态或有机态微肥。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
选择泥碳一种矿物粉料并过1 cm筛制得泥碳粉料备用。将枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)、胶胨样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilagtmosus)、沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudanonas palustris)、泾阳链霉菌(Streptomyces jingyangensis)分别进行发酵生产,发酵后的菌液分别用重量5倍的泥碳粉料吸附,将以上5种吸附后的单一菌剂按重量30:15:25:15:15的比例混合均匀制得微生物菌剂备用。选择边坡开挖产生的红层砂岩岩石用破碎机粉碎并过2 cm筛,选择当地农田土壤用工具击碎并过2 cm筛,将过筛后25%的红层砂岩岩石粉料与75%的农田土壤粉料混合均匀制得含岩石混合物备用。取组分重量百分比分别为5%的微生物菌剂、85%的含岩石混合物、1%的切断成≤3cm的小麦秸秆、3%的含水量为10%的鸡粪便、3%的含水量为10%的猪粪便、0.1%的木质素磺酸钠、1.9%的水泥、0.3%的尿素、0.3%的过磷酸钙、0.3%的氯化钾、0.03%的硼砂、0.02%的硫酸锌、0.02%的硫酸锰、0.02%的硫酸亚铁、0.005%的钼酸铵、0.005%的硫酸铜经过复混制得最终产品。
实施例2:
制备时操作程序与实施例1相同。只是在本发明的操作程序所规定的范围内对原材料种类、数量、规格、含水量有改变,仍同样制备成本发明的含有微生物菌剂的红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤。
Claims (2)
1.一种含有微生物菌剂的红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
①选择泥炭、沸石、蒙脱石、碳酸钙、硅藻土、膨润土、蛭石中至少一种矿物粉料混合均匀后并过0.1~1.5 cm筛,为样品1;
②将枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)、胶胨样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)、沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)、泾阳链霉菌(Streptomyces jingyangensis)分别进行发酵生产,发酵后的菌液分别用重量3~25倍的样品1吸附,将以上5种吸附后的单一菌剂按重量10~50:0~30:15~55:0~20:0~25的比例混合均匀,为样品2,样品2中巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)、沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)、泾阳链霉菌(Streptomyces jingyangensis)3种菌剂的重量均不为0;
③选择边坡开挖产生的红层砂岩岩石用破碎机粉碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,选择当地农田土壤、自然土壤中至少一种熟化土壤用工具击碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,将过筛后0~35%的红层砂岩岩石粉料与65%~100%的熟化土壤粉料混合均匀,为样品3;
④取组分重量百分比分别为0.1%~25%的样品2、70%~95%的样品3、0.01%~5%的秸秆、0.1%~10%的畜禽粪便、0.001%~1%的木质素磺酸盐、0.05%~5.5%的粘合剂以及组分N、P2O5、K2O、B、Zn、Mn、Fe、Mo、Cu有效含量重量百分比分别为0.01%~0.8%的氮肥、0.01%~0.8%的磷肥、0.01%~0.5%的钾肥、0.002%~0.05%的硼肥、0.001%~0.03%的锌肥、0.001%~0.015%的锰肥、0.002%~0.03%的铁肥、0~0.005%的钼肥、0~0.01%的铜肥经过复混制得最终产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种含有微生物菌剂的红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的制备方法,其特征在于秸秆是粉碎或切断成≤5 cm的水稻、小麦、油菜、甘薯、玉米、花生、胡豆、豌豆、大豆中至少一种农作物秸秆;畜禽粪便是猪、牛、兔、鸡、鸭、鹅、马、羊中至少一种畜禽的排泄粪便,其含水量为5%~30%;木质素磺酸盐是木质素磺酸铵、木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸铁、木质素磺酸钾中一种或二种;粘合剂是水泥、羧甲基纤维素、凹凸棒粉、聚醋酸乙烯酯中一种或二种;氮肥是尿素、碳酸氢铵、硫酸铵、磷酸铵中至少一种含氮化肥;磷肥是过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸铵中至少一种含磷化肥;钾肥是氯化钾、硫酸钾中至少一种含钾化肥;硼肥、锌肥、锰肥、铁肥、钼肥、铜肥分别是相应元素的无机态或有机态微肥。
