技术领域
本发明涉及人工土壤,特别是指一种利用生物藻剂制备红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的方法。
背景技术
我国的红层主要分布在西南、华南、华中及西北的广大地区,在我国红层地区的道路修建、水电开发、矿山开采等工程建设中,因边坡开挖造成了很多裸露的红层砂岩边坡。红层砂岩岩石由石英、长石、白云母、重矿物、岩屑等物质组成,主要呈粒状碎屑结构和泥状胶结结构两种典型结构形式,因胶结物质和风化程度的差异,其强度的变化很大。人工土壤是红层岩石边坡创面生态护坡工程中的重要物质基础,采用人工土壤在红层岩石边坡创面上实施人工客土、培养植物的生态防护措施,能够起到稳定边坡、保持水土、美化环境的良好效果(如中国专利ZL200810046488.6)。土壤藻类分布的范围极广,对环境条件要求不严,适应性较强。土壤藻类为光能自养生物,是有机物的制造和提供者。土壤藻类形成的有机物比较容易分解,能够促进养分循环和微生物的繁衍,对土壤的形成和土壤肥力的提高具有促进作用。然而,目前公知的人工土壤配制过程中因生物藻剂没有得到合理应用,导致红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的修复效果不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用生物藻剂制备红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的方法,以克服现有技术存在的不足,具有工艺简单、取材方便、成本低廉、功能完善等特点,对加速土壤营养元素的循环、增加土壤有效养分的供给、改善土壤理化特性、促进植被恢复具有显著的效果。
本发明的目的是通过如下的技术方案来实现的,利用生物藻剂制备红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的方法按照以下步骤进行:
①选择稻壳、麦壳、酒糟、沸石、膨润土、菌渣、壳聚糖、蒙脱石、硅藻土中至少一种物质粉料混合均匀后并过0.1~2 cm筛,为样品1;
②将小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)、立方色球藻(Chroococcus gardner)、月形短缝藻(Eunotia lunaris)、固氮鱼腥藻(Anabaena azotica)、沙角衣藻(Chlamydomonas sajao Lewin)分别进行发酵生产,发酵后的藻液分别用重量2~15倍的样品1吸附,将以上5种吸附后的单一藻剂按重量10~55:5~50:0~35:0~30:0~35的比例混合均匀,为样品2;
③选择边坡开挖产生的红层砂岩岩石用破碎机粉碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,选择当地农田土壤、自然土壤中至少一种熟化土壤用工具击碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,将过筛后0~35%的红层砂岩岩石粉料、25%~75%的熟化土壤粉料与0~55%的泥碳混合均匀,为样品3;
④取组分重量百分比分别为1%~20%的样品2、75%~95%的样品3、0.05%~6.5%的秸秆、0.2%~7.5%的畜禽粪便、0.03%~6.5%的粘合剂、0.002%~2%的木质素磺酸盐以及组分N、P2O5、K2O、B、Zn、Mn、Fe、Mo、Cu有效含量重量百分比分别为0.01%~0.7%的氮肥、0.01%~0.7%的磷肥、0.01%~0.6%的钾肥、0.001%~0.05%的硼肥、0.001%~0.05%的锌肥、0.001%~0.02%的锰肥、0.001%~0.03%的铁肥、0~0.005%的钼肥、0~0.01%的铜肥经过复混制得最终产品。
其中,秸秆是粉碎或切断成≤5 cm的水稻、小麦、油菜、甘薯、玉米、花生、胡豆、豌豆、大豆中至少一种农作物秸秆;畜禽粪便是猪、牛、兔、鸡、鸭、鹅、马、羊中至少一种畜禽的排泄粪便,其含水量为5%~30%;粘合剂是水泥、羧甲基纤维素、凹凸棒粉、聚醋酸乙烯酯中一种或二种;木质素磺酸盐是木质素磺酸铵、木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸铁、木质素磺酸钾中一种或二种;氮肥是尿素、碳酸氢铵、硫酸铵、磷酸铵中至少一种含氮化肥;磷肥是过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸铵中至少一种含磷化肥;钾肥是氯化钾、硫酸钾中至少一种含钾化肥;硼肥、锌肥、锰肥、铁肥、钼肥、铜肥分别是相应元素的无机态或有机态微肥。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
选择酒糟一种物质粉料并过1 cm筛制得酒糟粉料备用。将小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)、立方色球藻(Chroococcus gardner)、月形短缝藻(Eunotia lunaris)、固氮鱼腥藻(Anabaena azotica)、沙角衣藻(Chlamydomonas sajao Lewin)分别进行发酵生产,发酵后的藻液分别用重量5倍的酒糟粉料吸附,将以上5种吸附后的单一藻剂按重量35:10:20:20:15的比例混合均匀制得生物藻剂备用。选择边坡开挖产生的红层砂岩岩石用破碎机粉碎并过2 cm筛,选择当地农田土壤用工具击碎并过2 cm筛,将过筛后20%的红层砂岩岩石粉料、65%的农田土壤粉料与15%的泥碳混合均匀制得含岩石混合物备用。取组分重量百分比分别为5%的生物藻剂、85%的含岩石混合物、1.5%的切断成≤3cm的小麦秸秆、2.5%的含水量为10%的鸡粪便、2.5%的含水量为10%的猪粪便、0.5%的木质素磺酸钠、2%的水泥、0.3%的尿素、0.3%的过磷酸钙、0.3%的氯化钾、0.02%的硼砂、0.03%的硫酸锌、0.02%的硫酸锰、0.02%的硫酸亚铁、0.005%的钼酸铵、0.005%的硫酸铜经过复混制得最终产品。
实施例2:
制备时操作程序与实施例1相同。只是在本发明的操作程序所规定的范围内对原材料种类、数量、规格、含水量有改变,仍同样利用生物藻剂制备成本发明的红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤。

1.一种利用生物藻剂制备红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
①选择稻壳、麦壳、酒糟、沸石、膨润土、菌渣、壳聚糖、蒙脱石、硅藻土中至少一种物质粉料混合均匀后并过0.1~2 cm筛,为样品1;
②将小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)、立方色球藻(Chroococcus cubicus gardner)、月形短缝藻(Eunotia lunaris)、固氮鱼腥藻(Anabaena azotica)、沙角衣藻(Chlamydomonas sajao Lewin)分别进行发酵生产,发酵后的藻液分别用重量2~15倍的样品1吸附,将以上5种吸附后的单一藻剂按重量10~55:5~50:0~35:0~30:0~35的比例混合均匀,为样品2;
③选择边坡开挖产生的红层砂岩岩石用破碎机粉碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,选择当地农田土壤、自然土壤中至少一种熟化土壤用工具击碎并过0.5~2 cm筛后备用,将过筛后0~35%的红层砂岩岩石粉料、25%~75%的熟化土壤粉料与0~55%的泥碳混合均匀,为样品3;
④取组分重量百分比分别为1%~20%的样品2、75%~95%的样品3、0.05%~6.5%的秸秆、0.2%~7.5%的畜禽粪便、0.03%~6.5%的粘合剂、0.002%~2%的木质素磺酸盐以及组分N、P2O5、K2O、B、Zn、Mn、Fe、Mo、Cu有效含量重量百分比分别为0.01%~0.7%的氮肥、0.01%~0.7%的磷肥、0.01%~0.6%的钾肥、0.001%~0.05%的硼肥、0.001%~0.05%的锌肥、0.001%~0.02%的锰肥、0.001%~0.03%的铁肥、0~0.005%的钼肥、0~0.01%的铜肥经过复混制得最终产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种利用生物藻剂制备红层砂岩边坡创面人工土壤的方法,其特征在于秸秆是粉碎或切断成≤5 cm的水稻、小麦、油菜、甘薯、玉米、花生、胡豆、豌豆、大豆中至少一种农作物秸秆;畜禽粪便是猪、牛、兔、鸡、鸭、鹅、马、羊中至少一种畜禽的排泄粪便,其含水量为5%~30%;粘合剂是水泥、羧甲基纤维素、凹凸棒粉、聚醋酸乙烯酯中一种或二种;木质素磺酸盐是木质素磺酸铵、木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸铁、木质素磺酸钾中一种或二种;氮肥是尿素、碳酸氢铵、硫酸铵、磷酸铵中至少一种含氮化肥;磷肥是过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸铵中至少一种含磷化肥;钾肥是氯化钾、硫酸钾中至少一种含钾化肥;硼肥、锌肥、锰肥、铁肥、钼肥、铜肥分别是相应元素的无机态或有机态微肥。
