Abstract

喷雾分配器用于很多不同的应用中,包括厨房用产品、香水、除臭剂和抗汗剂、喷漆、雾化器、吸入器、头发用产品、液体/泡沫/凝胶产品、农药、除草剂和杀虫剂。当然还有很多其他应用。
常规的喷雾分配器具有两个不便的设计缺陷(它们与使用标准的“汲取管”来提取流体有关),即它们通常不能够在分配器本体的任意取向条件下工作,以及实际上不可能移除全部的内容物。这两个根本问题自从喷雾分配器首次发明时起已存在。
发明内容
在本发明中,我们将流体分配器中的标准汲取管用空心纤维膜代替,该空心纤维膜优先传输液体而不是气体。在压力差的影响下,与空心纤维膜的任何部分接触的任何液体穿过膜的壁并在内部沿着膜的长度向分配器头行进。
该流体分配器可以是自加压的,或者相反可以依赖于分配器头或者施加于分配器的本体上的外压以形成所需的压力差。
本领域已知的典型的分配器头包括触发喷雾器、雾化器、气溶胶喷雾器、香水喷雾器、乳液泵、吸入器、泡沫泵和螺旋微泵。
流体分配器头可以以飞花、流、泡沫、细雾或凝胶的形式喷射流体。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的流体分配器10的一个实例。流体分配器10具有空心塑料瓶11,该瓶装有常规的触发喷雾器分配器头12。流体分配器10包括由一段空心膜形成的汲取管13,该空心膜具有开口端14和封闭端17,该开口端联接到触发喷雾器头12中的流体口15,以便能够与触发喷雾器头12的出口16连通,该封闭端位于瓶11的主体中。
当手动启动触发喷雾器12时,在汲取管13的壁18的两侧形成压力差,以使得与汲取管表面的任何部分接触的瓶中的任何液体穿过汲取管13的壁18,并在此后沿着其内孔19行进至出口16。该流体分配器从而能够在基本上任何取向条件下进行操作,并且有效地分配瓶中的基本上全部内容物。
分配基本上全部内容物的一个优点在于,在一些国家,法律要求制造商在容器中加入更多的产品和推进剂以对如下现象进行补偿:在常规容器中,在使用末期经常在容器中留有产品。因此,例如,含有例如330ml的标称产品量的容器可能实际上有350ml,以考虑到常规汲取管通常在容器中留下约20ml这一事实。
适合用作本发明的汲取管13的空心纤维膜是市售的,例如可以使用来自Norit(www.norit.com)的X-flow(TM)毛细管膜。
优选的汲取管具有在0.01微米至250微米范围内的孔径大小。汲取管的精确孔径大小、壁厚、长度、形状和构型、内孔、颜色和透明性可以根据以下因素进行选择:待分配的流体和/或待使用的推进剂,一旦排出后得到的流体的性质,即泡沫的稠度、将要形成的雾的细度、雾化程度、推进剂与产品的混合以及容器的本体就尺寸、形状和颜色而言的性质。
汲取管的外径可以根据分配器头或任何其它连接体中的流体口的内径或外径进行选择。
用于形成汲取管的空心纤维膜可以通过热封/焊、卷曲、胶合、化学密封以及超声或高频焊在一端闭合。
用于汲取管的空心纤维膜优选包含选自聚四氟乙烯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、聚醚砜、聚偏氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯腈、纤维素、醋酸纤维素,其混合物、共混物和共聚物的材料。
用于汲取管的优选的空心纤维膜材料选自聚砜、聚醚砜、聚偏氟乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯腈、纤维素、醋酸纤维素,其混合物、共混物和共聚物。
特别优选的空心纤维膜材料包括聚醚砜和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的共混物。聚醚砜(PES)-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混物具有高的氧化剂耐受性(氯耐受性>250,000ppm-hours,耐受高锰酸盐和臭氧),并且耐受的pH范围宽,并且高度亲水。
该汲取管将优选在至少500Pa的最小操作压力差下运行。对于高压系统,操作压力差可以高达1000kPa。
图2示出了根据本发明的流体分配器20的另一个实例。在该实例中,容器是常规的气溶胶喷雾器罐21,其具有常规的气溶胶按钮喷雾器头22,但是具有由空心纤维膜形成的汲取管23,该空心纤维膜具有开口端并具有封闭端,该开口端联接到气溶胶分配器头中的流体口24以便能够与出口25连通,该封闭端位于喷雾器罐的主体中。
喷雾器罐21是自加压的,其除了待分配的流体以外还含有合适的推进剂。推进剂形成压力差,使得当手动启动按钮时与汲取管23表面的任何部分接触的瓶中的任何液体穿过汲取管的壁,并在此后沿着其内孔行进至出口25。该喷雾器罐在基本上任何取向条件下进行操作,并且有效地分配罐中的基本上全部内容物。如果使用的推进剂是液化气体,那么推进剂也将以其液体状态被分配。
图3示出了根据本发明的流体分配器30的再一个实例。在该实例中,容器31是常规的香水瓶,其具有常规的按钮雾化器头32,但是具有由空心纤维膜形成的汲取管33,该空心纤维膜具有开口端并具有封闭端,该开口端联接到雾化器头中的流体口34以便能够与出口35连通,该封闭端位于瓶的主体中。

图1至3中的实例中所示的汲取管布置成与各个容器的相对的侧壁以及底部接触,以尽可能保证容器中的液体基本上总是与汲取管接触,而无论容器的取向如何。然而,其它构型也是可能的。容器中汲取管的构型也可以根据容器的形状和待分配的内容物进行选择。图4A至4E示出了可以使用的一些不同的汲取管几何形状。
图5A和5B示出了根据本发明的流体分配器50的再一个实例。容器51的侧壁是叠缩式的,以便可以坍缩。图5A示出了处于挺立构型的流体分配器,而图5B示出了处于坍缩构型的流体分配器。这种可坍缩设计对于降低容器的存储和运输体积尤其有用,该容器通常在一个国家或地点制造然后运输到它处进行装填。
在该实例中,容器51具有常规的按钮喷雾器头52,但是具有由空心纤维膜形成的可坍缩的螺旋形汲取管53。该空心纤维膜汲取管53具有开口端56和封闭端57,该开口端联接到气溶胶分配器头中的流体口54以便能够与出口55连通,该封闭端位于容器51的主体中。在该实例中,汲取管53的封闭端57与容器51的底板附接,以使得当容器侧壁伸展时汲取管从其盘绕状态展开。
根据容器的形状和用于形成侧壁的材料,用于容器和汲取管的其它可坍缩构型也是可能的,以将坍缩后的体积最小化。
本发明的流体分配器可用于分配很多不同的流体,包括凝胶和泡沫。
流体分配器可用于很多不同的应用中,包括厨房用产品、香水、除臭剂和抗汗剂、喷漆、头发用产品、液体/泡沫/凝胶产品和杀虫剂。当然还有很多其他应用。
本领域已知的典型的分配器头包括触发喷雾器、雾化器、气溶胶喷雾器、香水喷雾器、乳液泵、泡沫泵、吸入器和螺旋微泵。这些中的任何一种可以用于上述空心纤维膜汲取管以实施本发明。分配器头可以以飞花、流、泡沫、细雾或凝胶的形式喷射流体。
合适的容器包括由塑料、玻璃、金属、陶瓷、纸或复合材料制成的容器。在一些优选实施方案中,容器可以具有柔性壁,以使得当用手挤压时形成足够的压力差以迫使流体通过空心膜汲取管的壁到达相关联的分配器头中的出口。
尽管在以上实例中提供了仅一个汲取管,但是在一些优选实施方案中可以提供多个汲取管。这些汲取管可以具有相同的材料性质和性能。或者,这些汲取管可以制造成以不同的方式起作用,例如通过改变孔径大小、壁厚、刚度、形状、材料、联接位置和长度。
汲取管可以直接联接到分配器头(如实例中所示),或者相反可以通过另一段管道间接联接到分配器头。

Claims (14)

1.流体分配器,其包含:
用于液体的容器;
安装到该容器上并具有流体出口的分配器头;以及
由一段空心膜形成的汲取管,该空心膜具有开口端和封闭端,该开口端联接到分配器头以便能够与流体出口连通,该封闭端位于该容器中,
其中该空心膜适于优先传输液体而不是气体,从而当启动分配器头时,在形成于膜的壁两侧的压力差作用下,液体从液体容器通过汲取管的壁向流体出口行进。
2.根据权利要求1的流体分配器,其中该分配器头是可启动的,以形成压力差从而从该容器提取液体。
3.根据权利要求1的流体分配器,其中该流体容器是自加压的。
4.根据权利要求1的流体分配器,包括推进剂。
5.根据权利要求4的流体分配器,其中该推进剂是液化气体推进剂。
6.根据以上任一项权利要求的流体分配器,其中该分配器头是触发喷雾器、雾化器、气溶胶喷雾器、香水喷雾器、乳液泵、泡沫泵和螺旋微泵之一。
7.根据以上任一项权利要求的流体分配器,其中该汲取管直接联接到分配器头。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任一项的流体分配器,其中该汲取管间接联接到分配器头。
9.根据以上任一项权利要求的流体分配器,其中该空心膜布置在液体容器中,以使得无论该容器的取向如何,该空心膜与液体连通。
10.根据以上任一项权利要求的流体分配器,其包含联接到分配器头的多个空心膜。
11.根据以上任一项权利要求的流体分配器,其中该空心膜是柔性的。
12.根据以上任一项权利要求的流体分配器,其中该空心膜基本上在流体储存器的整个长度范围内延伸。
