[0002] 随着经济技术的发展和生活水平的不断提高,我国城乡居民的居住条件日益改善,对生活质量的要求越来越高,空调已走入大部分城市居民家庭,并且正在向农村居民家庭普及。目前广泛使用的家用空调中,氟电空调仍占有很大份额。为了解决空调高耗电量和对环境的污染问题,空调行业不断在研发新产品,如蒸发式冷却技术利用空气的不饱和性,将水分布在多孔湿帘上,增大换热面积,由风机引风,使水在湿帘上加快蒸发吸热,产生 冷风降温。按照这种技术制作的冷风机虽然造价低、使用方便、无污染,可以在エ厂车间和农村大棚中应用,但是由于这种冷风机制冷量不恒定,冷风湿度大,容易受环境空气湿度的影响,不适宜在家庭住宅居室及办公场所应用。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的,就是提供一种耗电量低、无环境污染、具有自然除湿功能的制冷空调,将不加任何外能源的除湿系统与间接蒸发冷却技术相结合,利用产生的低温冷水对空气加以冷却,向室内吹送干燥冷空气,起到稳定可靠的降温制冷作用,降低使用成本,满足家庭住宅和办公场所的使用需求。
[0004] 本发明的任务是这样完成的:设计ー种自然除湿空气能制冷空调,由外机和内机分体组成,外机内装设除湿帘、热交換器、制冷帘、风机,外机壳体下部由隔板分隔为溶液腔和储水腔,除湿帘设置在溶液腔的上面,溶液腔中设置溶液泵,通过溶液管连接除湿帘上面的除湿布水管,热交換器、制冷帘、风机设置在储水腔的上面,储水腔中设置循环水泵,由供水管连接内机,再由回水管引回外机连通制冷帘上面的制冷布水管,热交換器与供水管、回水管连通,热交換器和制冷帘的上面设置水平挡风板,内机中装设制冷盘管和抽风扇,制冷盘管通过供水管、回水管连接外机,内机上装设电气控制板,通过电线分别连接风机、循环水泵、溶液泵、抽风扇。除湿帘、制冷帘采用防水纸质填料制作,分别架设在溶液腔、储水腔上面的外机壳体侧壁的卡板上。热交換器是由多排冷水盘管连接构成,架设在储水腔上面外机壳体侧壁的卡板上,冷水盘管的底部开ロ与连通循环水泵的供水管连接,顶部开ロ与通向制冷帘的回水管连通,回水管连接制冷布水管。储水腔内设置补水浮球,通过补水管伸出外机,连接自来水源。内机中,制冷盘管设置在内机腔的中间支板的上面,由开有冷风栅的内机上门封闭,抽风扇设置在中间支板的下面,由开有进风栅的内机下门封闭。外机壳体内由进风到排风方向依次排列除湿帘、热交換器、制冷帘、风机,环境空气受风机抽动,由外机的抽风栅吸入外机腔,首先进入除湿帘,除湿布水管在除湿帘上方喷淋过饱和硝酸铵溶液,对环境空气进行预冷和除湿,变成干燥的冷空气,再进入热交換器,通过热交換器的冷水盘管进行间接热交換,继续冷却降温,形成更低温度的干燥冷空气。然后进入制冷帘,与制冷布水管喷淋的水流直接接触,通过水蒸发吸走热量,制取低温冷水,最后高湿低温冷空气通过外机的排风栅向外排出。低温冷水不断穿过制冷帘滴落进入下方的储水腔,由循环水泵通过供水管输向内机的制冷盘管,内机的抽风扇将室内的空气通过进风栅抽入内机腔,经过与制冷盘管接触进行热交換降温后,向冷风栅外吹出干燥冷空气,供室内流通降温。
[0005] [0005]按照上述技术方案制作、试验,证明本发明的设计结构合理,除湿系统不加任何外能源,与间接蒸发冷却技术相结合,实现自然除湿,充分利用产生的低温冷水,对进入内机的循环空气进行热交换加以冷却,向室内吹出冷空气,起到制冷降温作用。除湿功能好,耗电量低,无环境污染,运行成本低,舒适自然,适于在家庭住宅和办公场所应用,较好地达到了预定目的。

[0016] 溶液腔20中设置溶液泵21,连通向上的溶液管18,与设在除湿帘19上面的除湿布水管27连通,将溶液Y输入除湿布水管27,通过布水管孔R向下方的除湿帘19喷淋,溶液Y穿过除湿帘19滴淌回到溶液腔20中。溶液Y是由固体化学物质硝酸铵加水形成的过饱和硝酸铵溶液。由于硝酸铵具有强吸湿作用,空气中的湿度水分被结晶的硝酸铵溶解吸收,使通过除湿帘19的空气变干燥。同时硝酸铵溶解于水吸收热量,使除湿帘19的温度降低。在气流和水流的连续循环的过程中,除湿帘19的温度降至空气的露点温度以下,进风空气中的湿度水分被低温充分凝结成水,达到进一歩的除湿效果。在不加任何外能源的情况下,对进风的环境空气进行了充分的自然除湿,同时进行降温,形成了干燥低温的空气流,吹向热交換器16。热交換器16由冷水盘管M下ロ与供水管3的三通管连通,上ロ与伸向制冷帘15上方的回水管2连通,通过制冷布水管28的布水管孔R向下方的制冷帘15喷淋水流,穿过制冷帘15滴淌到底部储水腔23内。热交換器16上方设置挡风板17,水平放置在制冷布水管28上面,两侧卡板由螺钉固定在外机壳体H的两侧壁板上。除湿帘19上蒸发的水分成为冷凝蒸汽,通过挡风板17上面的空间形成的冷凝气通道,经排风栅P排出外机1,起到自然除湿作用。挡风板17下面是主气流,穿过除湿帘19的干燥低温空气流过热交換器16,与冷水盘管M进行间接热交换,形成更低温的干燥冷风,进入制冷帘15,与淋浙在制冷帘15内的水流直接接触。通过水蒸发吸热,水流和气流的温度进ー步降低,向制冷帘15下方淋浙的低温冷水S滴落于储水腔23中,作为内机4制冷的冷源,由循环水泵24经过供水管3输向内机4的制冷盘管6。内机4中的抽风扇11通过进风栅J抽进内机腔G的空气,经过制冷盘管6进行热交換进ー步降温后,成为干燥冷空气吹出冷风栅F,向室内送出冷风,实现室内制冷。

[0019] 采用本发明进行室内空气调节制冷,自然除湿,直接蒸发制冷、间接输出冷量,提高了制冷空气质量,清洁卫生、无任何污染,再生冷量的反馈运用加强了制冷效果。高效除湿功能作为标准的空调制冷エ况,可以在干燥地区取代电空调。介质在循环中不再回收,采取补水方式解决,完全省略了压缩机的高能耗。耗水量为5L/h,运行成本低,开机后室内温度能够比室外温度降低8〜15°C,制冷降温效果好。以制冷面积30m2的柜机为例,与电空调耗电量1800W/h相比,本发明整机运行耗电量仅260W/h,节电率达85%。电空调的外机排出热风,温度比环境温度高8〜12°C,破坏环境,而本发明的外机排出冷风,温度比环境温度还要低6〜8°C,对环境完全没有污染,实现了真正意义上的低碳环保。本发明的制作成本低,售价仅为电空调的60%,适于在家庭居室和办公场所应用。若按年产本发明10万台计,年产值达2. 7亿元,能 够大幅度降低耗电量,減少碳排放量,经济社会效益显著,具有广泛的推广应用价值和良好的市场发展前景。

1. ー种自然除湿空气能制冷空调,由外机(I)和内机(4)分体组成,其特征在于外机Cl)内装设除湿帘(19)、热交換器(16)、制冷帘(15)、风机(14),外机壳体(H)下部由隔板(E)分隔为溶液腔(20)和储水腔(23),除湿帘(19)设置在溶液腔(20)的上面,溶液腔(20)中设置溶液泵(21),通过溶液管(18)连接除湿帘(19)上面的除湿布水管(27),热交換器(16)、制冷帘(15)、风机(14)设置在储水腔(23)的上面,储水腔(23)中设置循环水泵(24),由供水管(3)连接内机(4),再由回水管(2)引回外机(I)连通制冷帘(15)上面的制冷布水管(28),热交換器(16)与供水管(3)、回水管(2)连通,热交換器(16)和制冷帘(15)的上面设置水平挡风板(17),内机(4)中装设制冷盘管(6)和抽风扇(11),制冷盘管(6)通过供水管(3)、回水管(2)连接外机(1),内机(4)上装设电气控制板(9),通过电线(L)分别连接风机(14)、循环水泵(24)、溶液泵(21)、抽风扇(11)。
2.按照权利要求I所述的自然除湿空气能制冷空调,其特征在于所述的除湿帘(19)、制冷帘(15)采用防水纸质填料制作,分别架设在溶液腔(20)、储水腔(23)上面的外机壳体(H)侧壁的卡板(22)上。
3.按照权利要求I所述的自然除湿空气能制冷空调,其特征在于所述的热交換器(16)是由多排冷水盘管(M)连接构成,架设在储水腔(23)上面外机壳体(H)侧壁的卡板(22)上,冷水盘管(M)的底部开ロ与连通循环水泵(24)的供水管(3)连接,顶部开ロ与通向制冷帘(15)的回水管(2)连通,回水管(2)连接制冷布水管(28)。
4.按照权利要求I所述的自然除湿空气能制冷空调,其特征在于所述的储水腔(23)内设置补水浮球(25 ),通过补水管(26 )伸出外机(I),连接自来水源。
5.按照权利要求I所述的自然除湿空气能制冷空调,其特征在于所述的内机(4)中,制冷盘管(6)设置在内机腔(G)的中间支板(10)的上面,由开有冷风栅(F)的内机上门(7)封闭,抽风扇(11)设置在中间支板(10)的下面,由开有进风栅(J)的内机下门(13)封闭。
