技术领域
本发明涉及一种设置在鞋面上无需穿孔的卡扣型鞋带定位装置技术及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上出售的鞋一般是由鞋底以及带有穿鞋带用的圆孔的鞋面构成,当人们穿鞋带时得将鞋带一个个地穿过圆孔,这是一种已经为人们所接受的一种穿鞋带的传统方式。
发明内容
本发明之目的:
提出一种能够快速穿上鞋带在鞋面上无需穿孔的卡扣型鞋带定位装置及其使用方法。
为了实现本发明之目的,拟采用以下的技术:
有:通过洞孔定位在鞋面上的鞋带,其特征在于:在上述鞋面定位的鞋带是通过卡扣取代上述洞孔来实现的。——所述的卡扣是由扣弧,通过扣弧上的下定位孔和上定位孔固定的弹性扣杆,以及位于扣弧下方的固定孔构成。
本发明的使用方法,即将鞋带定位在由扣弧与弹性扣杆两者形成的密封型扣环内的方法如下:用手将鞋带横向通过弹性扣杆压进由扣弧与弹性扣杆两者构成的密封型扣环内即可。——显然,该使用方法简单于现有技术在鞋面上多个洞孔中依次序穿过鞋带的方法。
本发明与现有技术比较的特点:
由于现有的鞋面是通过设置在它上面的洞孔来定位鞋带的,而在本发明中是通过上述的卡扣来取代上述洞孔的,这就为人们提出了另一种可以不通过上述的洞孔就能够实现让鞋带方便地通过嵌入方式定位在鞋面原来穿过鞋带的洞孔创造了条件。——揭示了另一种在鞋面上定位鞋带结构形式的途径,并且,其使用方法比现有技术简单得多。

具体实施方式
代替传统鞋面2的洞孔来实现系紧鞋带Q的卡扣P是由能够嵌入鞋带Q的扣弧3、能够锁住扣弧3弯钩部位的弹性扣杆4、定位并让弹性扣杆4具有通过弹性锁住扣弧3弯钩部位的下定位孔5与上定位孔6,以及用于将整个卡扣P固定在鞋面2上的固定孔7。——通过固定孔7与鞋面2之间的缝纫方式将整个卡扣P牢固地定位在鞋面2原来设置穿鞋带洞孔的位置上面;由于下定位孔5与上定位孔6存在位置,即高低之差,该两个孔又是同时定位住弹性扣杆4的两个具有高低之差的横向底脚的,那么,只有当该两定位孔的圆心连线与上述弹性扣杆4的杆臂侧视中心线相互重合时,即上定位孔6与下定位孔5圆心连线与弹性扣杆4杆臂的中心线两者之间的夹角B等于零时,该弹性扣杆4处于稳定的位置,即不存在任何方向的弹性力。
如果上述的上定位孔6与下定位孔5圆心连线与弹性扣杆4杆臂的中心线两者之间的夹角不等于零时,即上述连接线与上述弹性扣杆4的杆臂侧视中心线之间存在迫使上述夹角B趋于零的弹性力。
显然,如图3所示,其中的夹角B不等于零,上述弹性扣杆4相对于扣弧3的弯钩位置存在着弹性力,造成弹性扣杆4与扣弧3的弯钩位置两者之间相互接触的“弹性封闭状态”。
使用时,只要通过手将鞋带Q横向压进的方式(如图2中鞋带Q嵌入本发明中的箭头示意),即可使得上述鞋带Q横向穿越上述的“弹性封闭状态”,即嵌入进由弹性扣杆4与扣弧3两者构成的全封闭型洞孔,达到了现有技术中鞋带Q穿过鞋面2上穿带洞孔的相同效果。——既然上述效果相同,那么,鞋带Q就能够在本发明的结构中,与现有技术完全相同的方式将鞋带Q系紧。
不难看出,本发明揭示了又一种在鞋面2上设置常规鞋带Q的结构形式,供人们参考与选用。

1.一种设置在鞋面上无需穿孔的卡扣型鞋带定位装置,有:通过洞孔定位在鞋面(2)上的鞋带(Q),其特征在于:在上述鞋面(2)定位的鞋带(Q)是通过卡扣(P)取代上述洞孔来实现的;所述的卡扣(P)是由扣弧(3),通过扣弧(3)上的下定位孔(5)和上定位孔(6)固定的弹性扣杆(4),以及位于扣弧(3)下方的固定孔(7)构成。
