Abstract

本发明为工业生产九水偏硅酸钠提供了一种新方法,其特点是以无水芒硝(元明粉)代替了传统生产九水偏硅酸钠方法中所用的Na2CO3和NaOH并由两步法变为一步法,工艺简单,原料易得,价格低廉,从而大幅度降低了生产成本,是一种可靠的实用技术。

Description

本发明属于硅酸盐工业。
九水偏硅酸钠(Na2SiO3·9H2O)广泛用于合成洗涤剂、洗衣粉、浮选剂、固体涂料及奶酪乳化剂。传统的生产方法是以纯碱(Na2CO3)或无水芒硝(Na2SO4)与石英砂高温反应生成水玻璃,然后再与烧碱(NaOH)反应,或直接以石英砂与烧碱反应生成Na2SiO3·9H2O结晶。以下文献对已有技术有详细报导。

上述方法中均是先用纯碱或芒硝生产出水玻璃,然后再用烧碱调模后制备九水偏硅酸钠,都是用两步法且要用到价格昂贵的烧碱,故使其生产和应用受到限制。因此寻求纯碱和烧碱的代用品,简化生产方法以制备Na2SiO3·9H2O具有重要意义。
本文的目的在于:以我国丰产的芒硝为原料代替NaOH和Na2CO3,在高温下与石英砂和炭反应,用一步法制备Na2SiO3·9H2O结晶。
本发明的实施过程为:
将元明粉(Na2SO4),石英砂和煤粉(C)以1∶1∶2-5(摩尔比)的配比混合均匀后,置于反射炉中于1350℃至1400℃温度下反应,等反应完成后,将熔料水淬、溶出、过滤,滤液浓缩到热比重为1.5-1.6,将滤液冷却至60℃以下然后加入滤液重量5-10%的Na2SiO3·9H2O做为晶种,等结晶完成后经粉碎,过筛即得产品。

本发明有一个实施例如下:
先将元明粉与煤粉按摩尔比1∶2混合均匀后再与1摩尔石英砂拌匀,装入反应器中,在1400℃的高温炉中反应4小时,熔体经水淬后加压溶出,离心过滤后将滤液浓缩至热比重1.5-1.6之间,倾入结晶盘中,等温度降低至60℃以下后加入液体重量5%的Na2SiO3·9H2O晶种,搅拌均匀后放置至全部结晶成块,经粉碎,过筛即等产品。

Claims (2)

1、一种九水偏硅酸钠的制备新方法,其特征是:将元明粉、石英砂、煤粉按摩尔比1∶1∶2-5混合均匀后,置于反射炉中于1350-1400℃高温下反应完全,然后将反应产物水淬、溶出、过滤、滤液经浓缩后加入滤液重量5-10%的Na2SiO3·9H2O做为晶种,结晶后即得九水偏硅酸钠。
2、根据权利要求1所说的一种九水偏硅酸钠的制备新方法,其特征是:浓缩液热比重在1.5-1.6之间为宜;加入晶种时浓缩液的温度应低于60℃。
