本发明涉及木枕头的制作方法，具体地说是一种沉香木枕的制作方法。
背景技术
枕头是一种睡眠工具，选择适合自己高低、软硬的枕头十分重要。俗话说：“高枕无忧”，虽然枕头高些，能使人情绪安定，易于入睡，但长期使用过高的枕头，就会使患有颈椎病的人加重症状。而枕头过低，流入头部的血液偏多，血管充血，颈部肌肉也不能放松，经过一夜时间，晨起会觉得头胀、颈酸、眼皮浮肿。夏季在枕头内放些青蒿、藿香、薄荷等，能起到防暑生凉，提神醒脑，解热祛暑之功效。高血压病人可在枕内放些野菊花、桑叶等，可减轻头昏眼花等症状；失眠健忘者可放些菖蒲、侧柏叶等。现有的沉香木枕都是方形的，不方便人们使用。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题：本发明的目的是提供了一种沉香木枕的制作方法。该方法制作生产的沉香木枕对颈椎有一定的保健作用，同时，沉香木中散发出来的芳香对人体有利。
技术方案：一种沉香木枕的制作方法是：取长方形沉香木支撑板长28CM，高6CM，厚1CM，在支撑板上端两边做成一边高一边低的圆弧形，使支撑板为凹形结构，支撑板为两块。取长方形浪波式沉香木面板，长36CM，宽28CM，厚1CM。取一块长方形沉香木底板长34CM,宽27CM，厚1CM。将沉香木面板两边分别固接在两块支撑板之上；沉香木底板装入支撑板下部；在沉香木面板之圆弧面上钻通若干孔隙。
本发明效果是：本发明采用上述制作方法简单，生产成本低，节省材料，生产出来的圆弧形浪波式沉香木枕，对颈椎有一定的保健作用。沉香，又名；白木香，土沉香，女儿香，牙香树。为植物白木香的含有树脂的木材，有特殊香气。燃烧时有油渗出，发浓烟，香气浓烈。主产海南。《日华子本草》：沉香，调中，补五脏，益精壮阳，暖腰膝，去邪气。《药品化义》：沉香，纯阳而升，体重而沉，味辛走散，气雄横行，故有通天彻地之功，治胸背四肢诸痈及皮肤作痒。且香能温养脏腑，保和卫气。若寒湿滞于下部，以此佐舒经药，善驱逐邪气；若跌扑损伤，以此佐和血药，能散瘀定痛。

具体实施方式
沉香木枕的制作方法是：取长方形沉香木支撑板（见图1中标号2），长28CM，高6CM，厚1CM，在支撑板上端两边做成一边高一边低的圆弧形，使支撑板为凹形结构，支撑板为两块。
取长方形浪波式沉香木面板（见图1中标号1），长36CM，宽28CM，厚1CM。沉香木面板似“3”字形状。
取一块长方形沉香木底板（见图1中标号3），长34CM,宽27CM，厚1CM。
将沉香木面板两边分别固接在两块支撑板之上。
将沉香木底板装入支撑板下部。在沉香木面板之圆弧面上钻通若干孔隙。

1.一种沉香木枕的制作方法，其特征在于方法包括：
（1）、取长方形沉香木支撑板长28CM，高6CM，厚1CM，在支撑板上端两边做成一边高一边低的圆弧形，使支撑板为凹形结构，支撑板为两块；
（2）、取长方形浪波式沉香木面板，长36CM，宽28CM，厚1CM；
（3）、取一块长方形沉香木底板长34CM,宽27CM，厚1CM；
（4）、将方法（2）之沉香木面板两边分别固接在方法（1）之两块支撑板之上；
（5）、将方法（3）之沉香木底板装入方法（1）之支撑板下部；
（6）、在沉香木面板之圆弧面上钻通若干孔隙。
