背景技术
保健枕头的基本原理是根据中医理论闻香治病之原理，头颈部的体温使枕内药物的有效成份缓慢而持久的发散出来，药物的香味淡而不薄，清而不浊，散而不走，久而不厚，通过人的口鼻吸入机体内，作用缓和而持久。药物的有效成分，则可以通过头颈部的皮肤、毛孔和经络穴位进入人体内，起到疏通气血，调整阴阳的功效。头颈部是人体十二经脉和冲任督带交汇之处，又是呼吸、循环中枢延脑所在之处，药物的有效成分在人体体温的作用下，通过经络穴位进入经脉，从而起到疏通经络，活血化瘀，协调脏腑功能的作用，达到防病治病、摄生康复的目的。现有的保健枕头多数将有利于保健、养生的中草药物少量装进多个小袋子里，作为枕芯的一部分，保健、养生的中草药物量少，中草药物不能得到充分的利用和发挥，未能真正起到保健作用，且人们睡眠时不够舒适。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种枕芯中间形成窝状槽，枕芯内全部填充颗粒状中草药物的保健枕头。
本实用新型可以通过以下方式来实现：包括枕芯，所述的枕芯中央设有2～4条缝线，枕芯两边设有穿透线，穿透线两端设有结，结之间设有间距，枕芯内装有颗粒物。
所述的颗粒物是山苍子或布惊仁、决明子。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构，更符合人体头部和颈椎的生理结构，能有效地使头部和颈椎的接触部位增大，能突出保持特定的颈椎、头部接触部位，使人们睡眠更加舒适。枕芯内颗粒状的中草药物不因熟睡时的翻动而使枕芯内的颗粒物发生位移，保持头部和颈椎接触部位的通风透气，有利于中草药物的药性挥发，使中草药物得到充分的利用和发挥效果。

下面结合附图，对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
请阅图1，枕芯1可以用单层布车成，也可以用两层布车成，通常是用两层布，内层是用厚实的棉布，表层用外观图案鲜艳的布料；枕芯1中央车有2～4条缝线2，缝线2是用耐用的棉线将枕芯1两面连接，缝线2之间一般为2～5厘米，长度为8～15厘米，缝线2可以车成直线，也可以车成弧线；枕芯1两边设有穿透线3，穿透线3是由较粗的棉线将枕芯1的两面连接，穿透线3两端打有结，结之间设有间距，一般为1～3厘米，枕芯1内装有颗粒物4，颗粒物4是山苍子或布惊仁、决明子等。
枕芯1内装入山苍子或布惊仁、决明子等后，枕芯1中段的两边即突起面包状，中央则突起条状。突起的面包状是承托接触颈椎部位，中央条状是头部的接触部位。枕芯1两面连接部位形成槽即条状之间的位置，槽起到通风透气、有利于山苍子或布惊仁、决明子等药性挥发。穿透线3既能有效防止颗粒物4产生位移，穿透线3又使枕芯1形成了分布均匀的旋涡状。分布在枕芯1两边的多个旋涡状，增大了通风透气的面积，使山苍子或布惊仁、决明子等药性得到更大的挥发，当人侧卧时，有利于脸部平贴枕芯1。
山苍子具有温中散寒、行气止痛等功效，可用于胃寒呕逆、脘腹冷痛、寒疝腹痛、寒湿郁滞等；山苍子具有平喘、抗过敏、抗血栓、抗菌、抗病毒、抗阴道滴虫、降解黄曲霉素的药理作用，在日常生活中使用是最好的纯天然抗菌、抗流感病毒的居家生活常用品。山苍子用于作物虫害防治：防治茶树、棉花黄萎病，防治茶毛虫和红锈草病都有一定的作用，且对人体无毒，不污染环境。
布惊仁，《本草纲目记载》具有祛风散热等药效作用，布惊仁果粒加工而成的保健枕，具有超强透气干爽、吸汗除潮、环保之功效，对祛风祛湿镇痛、失眠有辅助疗效作用，对有风湿性、头风、高血压患者疗效尤为明显，是消除疲劳、担神醒脑、缓解神经紧张、提高睡眠质量等人体保健上佳选品。
决明子性微寒，略带青草香味，决明子的硬度恰好可对头部和颈部穴位按摩，所以对头痛、头晕、失眠、脑动脉硬化、颈椎病等还有辅助治疗作用。

1.一种保健枕，包括枕芯(1)，其特征在于枕芯(1)中央设有2～4条缝线(2)，枕芯(1)两边设有穿透线(3)，穿透线(3)两端设有结，结之间设有间距，枕芯(1)内装有颗粒物(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健枕，其特征在于颗粒物(4)是山苍子或布惊仁、决明子。
